Jason was amazingly helpful! We got a nail in our tire on vacation and he gave incredible advice and service. He also checked on spare tires for us and checked the leak. Best customer service ever!

I have been going to this location for 7 years and I will NEVER go back again!!!! I simply went there for an oil change and asked to have my tires rotated because the ones in the back need changing soon and I needed them in the front. They did not even check the tires pressure which were all over the place. The service manager Jason was soooooo rude and disrespectful while no one was around and changed his tune when other customers were present . I will not tolerate anyone talking to me like that. It is so disgusting and unprofessional and he had the nerve to tell me not to come back for no reason what so ever except for the fact that I wanted my tires rotated.I am not the only one that brings my car there in regards to friends and family which I made aware of the situation and will never go there again. I am so very upset and I cannot believe a company as large as they are would tolerate such behavior from management. I have been in management most of my life and believe me when I tell you if that was my employee they would be gone!!!!

I have been a customer at this Tire Kingdom since they opened and have no complaints. I feel super comfortable with the staff and they are always so helpful. They always take the time to explain in detail whenever any type of service is needed on my vehicle and I don’t feel like they are trying to upswell you on any unnecessary maintenance.For this most recent visit I had to get 4 new tires and I must give a shout out to Mike Medina and his team for doing such an awesome job!!

Everyone is very professional. They were very accommodating as my appointment was made to the Tire Kingdom by my house instead of this location. They didn’t have a lot of traffic for a Thursday morning but it can be a hit or a miss with car maintenance anywhere. Andres was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of! Very upfront about the time it could possibly take. I will continue to use Tire Kingdom for all my car maintenance needs.

Thinking I had a nail in my tire because I recall running over something in my garage, and getting ready to go on a long trip, took my truck to the Tire Kingdom on Dr Phillips Blvd. They were very busy but the rep took the time before writing it up to check all the tires, and said there was nothing but a small plastic piece that is what I ran over stuck in treads, but no puncture. They topped off all 4 tires, and sent me on my way with a big smile and a no charge....have a good trip. This is the way service is supposed to be; honest, friendly, and neighborly. I dont even live close to them and Ill definitely go back if I have future issues! Great management and great staff!

Listen, Andres is super nice and gave me half off my oil change which saves this review, but I had an appointment at 8:30am for an oil change + new battery and it took them FOUR HOURS. They told me it would take AN HOUR. Every single time I have been here they double/triple the wait time once Ive sat down or try and sell me products I dont need, so I dont know why I keep coming back lmao. Again, Andres is so friendly.

I traveled from California to Florida, it was excellent adventure through a lot states and watching interesting places, but tires of my lovely Hyundai Elantra wished be retired. After deep analysis I selected Tire Kingdom. Why I select this company? First full, they showed all prices, other places tried to trick you, hide all fees or making fake discounts. Here I got excellent polite experience how should be real American the best service, where client is important person. I bought there 4 Korean tires for my Korean car, they replaced old and installed new with balancing and new sensors. Before I had vibration on the steering wheel, manager strongly recommended me to take alignment. Thank you so much for this advice, My issue was solved, because analysis showed that front driver wheel had wrong degree of incline. Now I’m happy, my car looks like a brand new car, so smooth, so quite, and turns are easier then before. I strongly recommend this company for people who wishes get excellent service for reasonable price.

Got a screw in a tire for the 100th time. The screw was too close to the edge to patch. So I had to buy a tire. Michael and Luis took good care of me. I made an appointment so I got right in. Thank you PS. The flag in the showroom is mounted in an unusual manner. It is set as if it were a patch on a soldiers right shoulder. (See the Picture I posted). AR 670-1 Ch 21-18.

Had the best experience you could ask for thanks to one of the CSAs Andres Sandrea. This gentleman was super friendly, honest, straightforward, and informative! Helped me diagnose whatever issue(s) I was having with my car, and assisting me in pinpointing the exact services I was looking for in little to no time at all. All the while without overcharging me or trying to fleece me with any extra and/or unnecessary work. Would highly recommend going in on a day that he is working if possible. 5 stars doesnt even begin to do him justice.

I only come to this location at this point aside from being convenient, the staff is extremely helpful. Andrew and Michael are always up front in explaining what I need and why and theres no pressure to do anything if you just dont have the funds that visit, but theyre genuinely interested in just keeping your car doing well and I really appreciate it. I usually have to wait when I visit and they do their best to try not to keep you there all day. And the customer waiting area always has available outlets and coffee and wifi if you want to get some work done while you wait.

Andrew Johnson is a really helpful,cool and chill dude, I went to him this morning to fix my tire that had a nail in it, he was able to get the job done really fast, and i was out if there in less than 10 minutes.

Worst tire kingdom I have yet to deal with in 17 years, the guys on the front were too lazy to check their emails from the insurance and it was easier for them to send my 16 year old son away . The guy on the fron didn’t have any clients and was still too arrogant to check on the email and ended up throwing my paperwork to the other guy next to him to process my paperwork. Then they made me sign that I declined alignment even thought I told them it was never offered to me . Horrible Horrible Horrible service

Awesome human touch. Visited for a wheel alignment recommended by the dealer. Only one of the wheels was a little bit off, they ended up fixing the wheel and not charging me at all. Great service A++

I needed a oil change at the last minute, and most places I called were busy and didnt have an appointment for a week or more. Tire Kingdom was able to see me the same day I called. And they helped me get a discount as well, which was really nice of them to offer.

I have had only great experiences here. The service is prompt, helpful and honest. My needs were addressed immediately and the work done was reliable and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!Unfortunately, last week I booked another online appointment for an oil change tomorrow morning. Today, I was called and told that the online bookings were overbooked in error, and they couldn’t fit me in unless I could leave my car overnight. I came in this afternoon to leave my car overnight, and was told it would be 2799. When I got the bill I was told it would be $37. He could not explain why and said “there’s nothing else he could do.” Unfortunately, I left in frustration.

Recently got new tires and I am in LOVE! I’ve needed tires desperately for a while and didn’t know what I was going to do. Being able to see a variety of options at different prices and quality was fantastic. I now have 4 new Nittos and couldn’t be happier! Smooth process and great customer service! Now I just have to come back for my spare!

I had an appointment at 3pm. My car was started at 5:45. This location closes at 6. I offered to reschedule my appointment to another time to be respectful of the workers. I was assured my car would be completed. I had 4 new tires, balance, alignment and battery installed. This location is top notch, excellent service and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an oil change for my 2018 Camry online with oil change discount. Mike Medina service Manager handled the check out transaction. There was a mix up on the check out and was over charged. We went in for a simple oil change, even had an appointment. It took them THREE HOURS to complete a job that takes thirty minutes. If someone schedules an appointment it should take priority over other appointments scheduled later or walk-ins. Not like people plan out their day in advance, this essentially ruined our entire day, thank you Tire Kingdom. Ive noticed this is a common complaint with Tire Kingdom no matter the location. They also try to upsell you on problems with your vehicle. Its safe to say that we wont be returning and doing our on oil change in the future.

The tires on my Jag were totally Jag-cked(yes, I’ll be here all week!)so I took it to my go-to guys at Tire Kingdom and they had me in and out with a new set quicker than the Jag can hit 60!! I can only give 5 stars but I wish I could submit this review twice and double that to 10. I will never go anywhere else in Orlando for any tire work I need done. One guy is particularly polite and helpful. His name is Joe or Joey or something along those lines. Give that dude a raise!

An employee by the name Andres Sandera offered great customer service, really nice and friendly, he was a huge help when it came down to figuring out what my car needed and which option of service on vehicle was the best for my convenience if you are ever greeted from him upon walking in tire kingdom just know your in great care!

Wife has a new car. RR has a slow leak. Needed to get it patched if possible. Wife made a appointment and took car in. Few minutes later she calls and says itll be $XXX dollars as it needs two new tires and an alignment. She said the guy just kept telling her a bunch of numbers about tires and she needed him to explain what he was talking about. I told her that was to high for two tires and the size on her car. She said no to their offer and I heard the guy in the background start coming down in price rapidly. She had already asked if it was the best price. Taking advantage of a woman?? I had a bad experience with Tire Kingdom years ago myself, before I did any tire research. Seems like they havent changed sorry to say. Done with TK.Update: Took car to another tire shop and they actually fixed the tire and found another tire with a nail in it. Fix them both no charge. They wouldnt let me pay..incredible. Guess I know where Im buying tires from now on. That company knows what real customer service looks like.

I have a special set of tires on my mustang and the brand name that I get I stand by which are the Coopers. After finding a nail in my tires sidewall, I called roughly 10-15 tire shops in the Orlando area and ended up getting connected with Larry and Jason at the DP Tire Kingdom. Larry and Jason were very informative and they let me know that they had the certain tire that I wanted for my vehicle at a Clermont location. I drove over to Clermont as I did not want to wait the next day for delivery and I called back and they let me know that they would get the new tire put on today. It was 6:30 when I arrived there and they closed at 7.They took immense care of me, and the mechanic willing to stay over their closing hours, Brennan, was an awesome guy and I could not recommend this location enough. These guys have a good team here and treated me like a friend.Brennan, thank you for doing the work. Larry and Jason, thank you for taking care of me and getting everything situated! I love coming here. Ever since the first time I worked with Mike Medina, Tire Kingdom is my go to whenever I need service for my car. He always takes the time to explain what is going on with my vehicle so that I can make the best decision what I need instead of someone telling me what I have to do and giving me a huge bill. Someone stole my valve cap which made my PSI go down on my rear passenger tire and I just noticed it an hour ago but my car was telling me my tire was low on pressure for a week now. I was looking everywhere to find valve caps and I stumbled upon this place. The guy was nice enough to give me free valve caps at 8:05pm when I didn’t have anywhere else to purchase them. I will not buy from this store again. I bought some tires for $ 700 but I did not like them, no problem with the tires is just that I didn’t like how my car looked so I went the next day saying that I did not like the tires, the sales person called I guess the manager and He told me in a super rude way that he was going to do me a favor just because I had bought the tires the day before ... They have a 30 day return policy in case the customer does not like their purchase. The truth was that they made the change in a super unpleasant way. They even made me sign a document that they only make the change once. I ended up paying 1000 $ for the new tires and the customer service was horrible, I will not go to this site again.
