Went to RNR to have a set of Audi rims that are reverse installed and these are one of the few shops that i know that does them in Orlando.These guys were able to get me in and out in less then an hour for full mounting new tires and rims. On top of that, they were honest and didn’t charge me unnecessary stuff like other shops. Had a very nice experience here!

Talk about just an AMAZING Team to put your trust onto when it comes to your car. Very informative staff and managers that are willing to help out as much as possible and even more. Great comfortable environment where you can feel the Family energy as they take care of you as one of their own. Everyone needs Peace of mind when they are getting their car worked on and this place definitely does that. My car is my baby, and we dont just leave our baby in anyones hand.... this place has earned my Trust.

Visiting for the week from Tn and at some point during our travels we damaged our rear passenger tire. After two days of morning trips to the air pump we decided to stop into RnR to get it inspected and repaired. The staff was very fast in getting our car in the back and a managed to find the problem and repair it. The waiting area was very clean and spacious which is great during these times. We are glad we didn’t have to buy a new tire but they had a large selection of it came to that. They are also very military friendly which is also always a plus. If we need tire work on future trips to Orlando the Orange Blossom location will be our go to location.

What an experience!! Immediately upon entry we were greeted by the amazing and knowledgeable duo of Steven and Shawn. They took their time to help me understand the science behind tires and pros of cons of the designs and styles. They then taught me all about wheels (which I called Rims) and how to select the best choice beyond looks! The team doing the work took time to show me what was happening each step of the way and although I asked a million questions no one seemed bothered or annoyed. Working with them, I not only got an amazing deal, but I am knowledgeable about the wheels, tires and maintenance required. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a warm, non rushed, meaningful experience to make your car pop!!

Sean was very helpful from start to finish. He even stayed to help me after hours because I couldnt get off from work before they closed. Got some Nexen tires with 65k warranty and they have zero road noise. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend, and I will return.

I had a bad experience I came into my appointment on time, people that when in after I received the same services (wheel alignment) faster and got their cars back within the hour. it took almost 2 hours of waiting time. I do and the service was done wrong my car came out worse than I came in two weeks late I had to take the same car to the dealer to get the wheel alignment redone again and here’s the proof of the bad job that they did.

100% satisfied came in to replace two wheels and tires from clipping a curb. Sean,Steve,Mario and Edwin were super helpful and friendly. They talked about various options from getting wheels repaired or getting another from yard or waiting a day to have them come in from warehouse. Due to time constraints I opted for complete replacements and they found a way to work a deal with me. They kept me updated every step of the way. From the initial phone call to the replacement on my tires. I spoke with Shawn over the phone, assured me they could do the job on my custom rims and they could squeeze me in the same day. I got her was greeted by Luis who was nice and very knowledgeable. When my car was worked on by Mario he explained to me that I need more than a repair on my tire I needed a replacement. Shawn walked me to the back of the shop and showed me where the damage had a occurred. My start to finish this shop has the best customer service and made me feel comfortable, as an out of towner, that my vehicle and wallet were in safe hands. They even offered to order an Uber for me to the hotel!

My experience with RNR have been pleasant until i went to their store on Orange blossom trail.For a service that i have done 3 times and charged $100 at their other store,these people charged me $220.If i were you i would steer clear from these people .

I went in with a Groupon for an alignment and balance. Turns out there were other repairs on my vehicle that needed to be made before this could happen and even though they didnt offer those services they were able to refer me out. Appointments at the OBT and Oakridge location were booked up for almost a week when I called about using the Groupon, so I came in as a walk-in and took my chances, counting on a cancellation. I was still able to receive service and answers to my questions within the first hour or so that I was there, which is a pretty good time frame considering how busy they were. I would definitely be a repeat customer and am even considering upgrading my rims just based on the service, I would like to give them more of my business

These guys are another level. By far best experience I’ve had in Florida. Coming from California I had trust issues in taking my car to new places. Coming in I was warmly welcomed by Matthew and felt taken care of and at ease to hand over my keys. The guy who worked on my car came in and explained the issues and what was done to fix them. Purchased a Groupon for an alignment and made an appointment 5 days in advance. Today was my appointment at 5pm. I arrived at 4:34 didnt want to be late or stuck in traffic so I arrived early. Gentlemen seemed bothered that I arrived before 5. He checked my tires and then proceeded to tell me that I couldnt get my car alignment done because I needed to replace my two front tires which still had a few to go before they need to be replaced I know this because my boyfriend is a mechanic he just doesnt have the tools to do an alignment. No problem so my boyfriend comes due to his appointment being 2 days from now same location. So they agree to do his alignment in replacement of my appointment which my boyfriend arrived right before 5. They decided to let another vehicle go before us. Keep in mind I had an appointment well in advance even arrived ahead of time. Please work on your customer service. I will return to pepboys after this experience.

The staff here was very attentive and friendly. Patrick was the technician that assisted my husband and I with our tires. He assured that we get the right tires that were affordable and very good quality. Patrick took very good care of us. I would recommend RNR Tires and make sure you see Patrick. You would not be disappointed with the level of service he is willing to give.
