I have not even Started my vacation yet and my experience with this company has been awful. I have been trying to reach a representative for our vacation house for over a week, and no returned calls. I finally received a text asking me to call back the day before check in. Well its Saturday and the offices are closed! I have left numerous messages with the emergency contact number and still no contact.What the heck am I supposed to do??!!

A friend referred me to DEPAULA to rent a vacation home for two weeks. I confess that I was a little afraid because it would be our first time in Orlando and Disney. Just as my friend described, I was treated very well from the first contact. They answered all my questions and even helped me with information and directions for our entire tour. We repeat the trip every two years and we have always been very well treated and very well received. We are already a family! Super recommend! 😊

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had some minor electrical & HVAC work done to my place and working with JAM, the team at De paula Management and the skillful vendors they contract have been a complete pleasure to work with. They have been professional, courteous, took the time to explain what caused the issue and most importantly on-time. Every property issue I’ve had requested thus far has been fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Top not service all around.

DO NOT USE DE PAULA VACATIONS -I rented a home directly from De Paula Vacations as they offered me a lower rate than listed through VRBO. I was a little bit concerned about their contract language which was filled with penalties for checking in early, checking out late, using things you werent supposed to, putting garbage out etc. It was very harsh but its just a rental house so I moved forward.When we arrived to the resort community there was traffic backed up on the entrance road for miles. Apparently the 4pm check in time is for every house in a huge community and this was a holiday weekend. It took us an hour and a half to get through the line to check in. De Paula Realty should have altered their check in time to keep us from having this problem or at least let us know of the situation so we could have avoided the traffic jam. Instead they said they couldnt control the resort, they just manage the property. While true, not great customer service.Once we checked in I noticed there was not way to turn on the hot tub. I asked and was told that since I didnt pay to heat the pool, the spa would not be heated or even work. Their rental listing did not say anything about the spa not being heated. I would never have rented the house if I had known the spa would not be heated. I asked about this and was told it was written in the contract. In fact its not written in the contract, just that the pool would not be heated unless we paid for it. They then said it was on their rental listing. It is on their rental listing NOW, but it was not on it when I originally rented from them. They changed it when I called them on it. This was again a terrible way to handle a customer.While we were there I had to contact them about how to work the three remote TV set up, the dishwasher didnt work and the pillows and one of the master beds were lumpy.Otherwise, the house was nice, roomy and well stocked.I would highly suggest if you like this community, which is great, rent from another source. Do not use De Paula Vacations.

DePaula Realty is great company. Paulo Alves is easy to talk to and he gives a great consultation on how to buy houses for business purpose.

DePaula and I had an agreement to rent one of their houses. Four months later, DePaula sold the house, canceled the agreement, and gave me no details as to why this happened. When I called, they said that they sent an email explaining the situation. The email did not say that and when I called them out on it, they got frustrated and quit on the conversation. They claimed that it was not their intention to sell the house out from under me. While it might not be their intention, it is their practice to break agreements with their customers. Beware.

This was one of the worst experience ever. I rented an apartment at paradise parade apartments and it had bedbugs. My daughter got bit up the first night we stayed there. I chose this place because it was around the corner from my other family members so after the bedbugs incident I had to move far from my family. The worst 400 plus dollars I ever spent.

They have a nice office and people are friendly. Rental units are clean. No complaints so far!

STAY AWAY!!!!!Unprofessional team, since the first day!!!! We rented one of their townhouses in Campass Bay, Kissimme, FL. Most of the walls were scratched and has a whole behind the main door.We got locked out the 2 nights before checking out, around 11.50 pm and the assigned code didnt work. We called their EMERGENCY number but no answer. We had to recall again several times until they answered. The lady on the phone was helpful in the beginning and tried to reset the door passcode several times but it didnt worked then she started being rude and blaming us on what happened and saying that we were the reason of the door jam. I tried to explain to her that the door didnt open since the first time we entered the code, then she said you supposed to have the keys with you!!! instead of finding a way to help us. I had to rise my voice to stop her from reproaching me. We had to wait until 1.15 am Family with kids and infant until their technician arrived with the master key which didnt open the door as well So whether we have the key or not the door wouldnt open. After too many calls he decided to break the door handle and we finally in after 2 hours waiting at the doorstep with the kids!!!!Overall, Ill never stay here again or Ill never recommend it to anyone.

These guys are crooks. We rented one of their units in Toscana townhomes and we left the place better than when we first found it. When it came time to do the final walk through they came in with a shark in-house inspector that didnt know the original condition of the place and started charging me for things that were existing conditions of the townhome when we first moved in. DePaula tried to deduct $600 dollars from my security deposit to which I then had to hire a lawyer to get back. The conclusion was that I ended up getting $250 back from the $600 and they wouldnt budge on the other $350. By this time I had paid that in lawyer fees so called it quits. Please dont let this happen to you too. Do not rent a property from these guys.

Short terme rental: Horrible properties not matching description: poor service, unresponsive team, and rude staff (hanging up on customers). Sliding doors jam, dirty kitchenware, OLD and stained mattresses (cant sleep), old iron, no phone in house (cant call for emergencies), BAD EXPERIENCE. Do not rent from them

Efficient and cordial service

I booked one of the houses for a client of mine and they loved it, the house was new and all the utensils too. As for the reservations team, they were very helpful and agile.

We rented a house in the compass bay group on their way .. When we returned at night we could not open the door as usual with the password .. We called the company emergency at 11.55 pm and we had to wait until the technician arrived at 1.15 am .. He could not open the door until he broke the handle 🙁 👎
