I previously posted a review, and I couldnt find it, so I am posting it again. I have been going to this facility for many years. They recently changed locations, and will be providing the same great service at the new location. It can be a bit tricky to find due to the way the stores were numbered, but here are some pictures to help you find it.

It is truly a wonderful hidden community resource! Many key services such as getting help applying for or finding a place to live, financial assistance to pay for rent, light bill, gas bill, DCF SNAP Benefits, Senior aid, and so much more are offered here. You will be pleasantly surprised! :-)

I rated Charity and love two stars because of how the business is ran, and the character of others. The business is great if you need help with applying for food stamps, trying to get some clothing, and being able to know what other resources are in your community that can better assist you, etc. However, the people that work there will try their best as far as helping you with whatever you need. But, I will say that if you are in a position with receiving help from the owner you must have tough skin and stay professional at all times. Some days are good and some days are unpredictable, but its better to be prepared rather than unprepared. My personal experience was not something that I expected it to be, but everyone experience can vary. All I can say is that they offer good services, but the functionality of the office itself can be off at times, so you must have a lot of patience.

Mrs Barbara Is Very Educated Person. and Her Staff Volunteer To Help Her. They Do Get The Job Done. I See Some Comments is not good. But the that text negative words needs Patience And The Government has the last say so In what benefits you get All I have To say Be Thankful That You Can Get Whatever Done There.

They treat you with respect, love and help you in everything they can. The boss has a big heart saw me with my baby and offered me clothes for him I really needed her.

If you need help they do their best. Clothes food a place to sleep they do it all.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Supervisor is very rude and doesnt communicate well. Acts as if shes their mother and speaks with authority. Failure to reach understanding with people that come in for help. WORST!!!
