If I could rate a 0 this wouldn’t even apply. Their service is not on point and they don’t respond quickly to problems or inquiries. In fact they only respond when it’s time to pay rent and they send reminders. Any problem that arises they advise you to take care of on your own now how am I suppose to handle an electrical power issue with no experience? It’s been months since the outlets haven’t worked in both kitchen and bathroom. There has been a pool leak since October but even worse is the complaints I made about resurfacing and or the dangers of the pool to children. I will be posting pictures as well. This company only cares about money not the tenants and the rent is at least $200 over priced compared to other homes nearby. And for what? Sockets that don’t work...damaged wood floors...cracks in the ceiling...a leaky pool....and a perimeter fence that’s damn near about to fly away? Not worth it and I will be sure to write a review weekly with pictures and currently obtaining a lawyers advice. Hope this helps.

As a property manager, he placed good tenants in the house and then kept the property in good repair, including setting up a fantastic yard service ( Tim Paul, thank you! ) and initiating repairs whenever needed. We could download monthly status reports and see what exactly was done and how the costs were distributed. As a property manager, he was always extremely professional, responded to inquiries quickly, and most of all I felt the property was well looked after.When it came time to sell, it was clear that Jon and his Team (Melissa Vance) were to be our realtor. He gave us some great advise as to how to renovate the house, and it soon paid off with the house selling.Jon calls his company a boutique realty, but to us the smaller size meant more personal attention. I feel Jon was the best I could have hired. I recommend him to anybody, and would definitely use Jon again myself.Melissa Vance from the Metro City team was the realtor who successfully sold our home.
