We sought out Key Property Management to manage a new rental home when the company managing our other properties delivered a progressively poor level of service. Dania and Gus were a breath of fresh air, making sound recommendations regarding how to maximize rent and performing stringent due diligence in screening tenants. When we had some issues related to the builders actions, Gus visited the property, surveyed the issue, and sent us photos along with his findings. Most important to us is Key Property Managements timely communication. As out of state owners, this aspect of their service is priority #1. As a result of Keys outstanding service, we are transitioning another property from the other property management company to them.

Look no further for a property manager! Dania and her team have managed our rental property since 2012. From finding tenants, dispatching maintenance personnel, collecting payments and even providing hurricane updates for the area, her service is top notch. She communicates well and helps us make decisions regarding the property. There is definitely less worry knowing Dania and her team are working for us!

Absolute worst customer service Ive ever encountered. They do not return phone calls.They said the property that my mom rented was move in ready and livable, when in fact the living room had an active roof leak and no cold running water in the kitchen. The lawn was never even mowed and broken pavers laying around which are a hazard.I could go on and on, but how is it legal for this company to be operating this way?The only reason we continued on with them is to have my mom right next door, but I wouldnt do any business with them!! They should be shut down for the illegal and unethical way they do business.And yes, Althea was horrible to deal with as other review stated.Unbelievable that this company allowed to stay in business in this day and age in the United States.

Key is the absolute best property management company out there. They managed my investment property for over 10 years and I never had any issues in all of that time. Everything was handled efficiently, professionally, and always with a smile! Literally never had to deal with anything and when something came up, I was contacted immediately, and if a repair was needed, I was given a few estimates and then received confirmation once the job was completed. SIMPLY FANTASTIC!!!!

Poor customer service at finest, you can never reach out to someone that has the answer you’re looking for since they never answer their phone and when they do, clueless. Took Gus 2 weeks to tell me that my application was denied after I tried to reach out to him multiple times. Dude completely wasted my time after taking $150 application fee for two people smfh do business with these crooks at your own risk

Dania and Gus work intensively to find a place for my husband and I. We just came from Hurricane Maria and were looking for a place desperately. They found a perfect place for us, with everything that we needed. Near I-4, supermarket, doctors, hospital, etc. I will forever be grateful for their work and help. Never had any issue with them or the unit.

We viewed and applied for a lovely property. Some one was approved before us, but Gus gave us a call and let us know so we werent just foforever waiting. Treated us really kindly. He responded to all our emails and phone calls promptly. I would highly recommend.

They never answer their phones. I called Gus Grana not less than 8 times for a listing, left voicemails, texted him on WhatsApp and sent him emails and he would NEVER response. Calling the office is not much more helpful. They seem like they don’t wanna talk to you. Very poor quality. Lost a AMAZING house for their lack for response in every possible way.

The worst experience I rented a house in August 2019 with a 12 month contract, the house was completely full of black mold. I informed Gus grana about the situation and only offered to cancel my contract. After a month of getting sick and starting to lose all my property, I decided to go to his office, where he got us rudely. I lost everything in my house, 4 sets of rooms, furniture, dining table, clothes, shoes, everything. Then they sent me a letter that I had to vacate the house on January 7, without answering anything, leaving me in the street with 3 small children. They are the worst, I just hope God punishes them for what they did to my family

Gustavo Grana is as shady as they come. This person is extremely rude and unprofessional I had a confirmation to visit a property almost 4+ hours away from where I currently live just for it to be canceled mid travel. This man made me spend time, gas, and money just to cancel my appointment. Do not do business with Key Real Estate & Property they are a time waste and unreliable.

I have had Dania and Gus manage my properties for 5 years now. They have been excellent to get tenants and manage any situation that comes up. I am not a hands on type of person, so they make it easy to be a landlord. They are well worth their management fee!

First of all weve been treated with no interest at all, as if they werent interested in selling, lack of customer service, and very rude attitude.When we lastly got an appointment to see the house we want, made plans to travel more than 3hours away, our appointment was cancelled less than half a day before, worst company Ive ever dealt for property management!
