Margaret is the best agent in Central Florida; I can say this because I have worked with her every way possible. I bought my first house from her in 2009 and she made the process so easy and worry free. Buying a first home can be a scary thing to do but Margaret listened and understood my wants and needs and we closed in 21 days from offer because of her hard work and attention to detail. In 2012 my now husband and I purchased a home together and she rented out both of our properties for us again with very little effort from us as she knew we were busy professionals. Margaret was able to rent my husband’s townhome in Longwood in less than a month (tenant just renewed for a third year) and my downtown Thornton in less than a week (two year tenant). She handled the background check, employment verification and getting the lease executed all we had to do was sign the paper work. I can back to Margaret this past September because my tenant had decided to move on to a house further away from downtown with a little more room. We decided with the market where it was at we would both list it for sale and for rent to see what we could get first. Margaret came to me within days with interested buyers and interested renters because of her quick turnaround to get it listed in the right places. We moved forward with the purchase offer and sold the same house that I had bought with her in 2009.
