Finding someone who you can trust is not always easy especially when it comes to real estate. I have been holding off on buying a house because of this until I was referred to Carlton by a friend of my mother’s. They say you should not fall in love with the first house you see but I did and found an awesome location. A house on a hill is not that common on Florida and we found one with the layout and design that I loved.However we did visit houses below and above my budget and I think this was an important step because it help calibrate what’s out there and gives you an idea of what’s available.The world is an ever changing place and it’s become a challenging environment. However we faced these challenges as a team and we where able to resolve issues that came up between us and the builder.
