My experience with Custom Pest Solutions has been an amazing one. I was looking for a one time treatment for rental purposes and the lease was almost up, but we suddenly had a sugar ant infestation that needed taken care of. Jennifer was our technician and she did a thorough sweep in the house and outside of it. As part of our one time service she also offer to come back in two weeks to check things out and spray again in the heavy areas where the ants were still getting in. Since the second visit we finally can live in peace without those little pest until we move out! Thank you so much for such great service!

Custom Pest Solutions came out to my home about a week ago to give me a quote for treating the inside & outside of my home as a preventative. Jeff spent almost an hour with me discussing my options and making sure he completely understood my concerns and what I wanted for my home. He was informative & I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me on anything, just recommending what he would do if it was his home with the same concerns.I decided to go with them and Im SO happy I did. Jeff came out for our first spray today. What I like about this company is that he was not just in & out. He took the time & answered all of my questions and informed me of everything he was doing & more. My biggest concern is always keeping my dog safe and keeping the bugs out - Jeff takes great care to make sure we are 100% informed of what our dog can & cannot be around & for how long.Very glad I trusted Custom Pest Solutions to handle our preventative needs!

Custom Pests Solutions is amazing! The arrive on time. They walk around your home and remove any webs, wasp nests etc. They spray the bug spray. They inform you of what they did and always ask if there is anything else they can do. They are super. I highly recommend them!

I called three different pest controls including Custom Pest Solutions. The first two came earlier that day and gave me quotes. But As soon as Tyler, from Custom Pest Solutions, came to my house with shoe covering (which was much appreciated since I just finished mopping my floors) and a mask, I immediately felt safe and relived i didn’t have to worry about dirt and pest.Tyler checked my drawers and cabinets for the evidence of pest and which kind. He was very knowledgeable in his field and was able to let me know what we are dealing with. To much relief, i thought i was dealing with terminates and fire ants!He was honest about his treatment plan on how to control the pest and gave me some quotes. Each quote was affordable, reasonable and clear.We chose the yearly service because i don’t want to ever deal with this pest nightmare again. And he offered same day service! Tyler was very quick and efficient.I love this family owned business and I’m happy to support local small business.
