I experienced a coworking experience while a trip in Austin, TX and decided to do some research and see if Orlando offered the same idea. After some results, Serendipity caught my eye and decided to reach out.Ingrid was awesome! She not only explained that I could do day passes but that I could sign up for a membership. I am exploring to see if there is interest from the team that I work with to see if it will be approved. While that happens, Ingrid was great and let me experience Serendipity for a day! That was awesome, since I got to see what the office looked like, felt and all that it offers.There is complimentary coffee, water and tea and you are able to use their cups that you have to place in the dishwasher after use. You can bring your lunch and there is a microwave and small eating area, where you could enjoy your food. They have drinks and snacks but those come at an extra charge.There is a printer, scanner, copier and office supplies that you can use. With the day pass you can reserve mini rooms for meetings for a couple of hours if needed. For an all day meeting room, there is a different charge and reservation.The space is shared with businesses that have offices and some that have employees come to a shared desk area. There is even a podcast room that can be rented if interested.Parking is $20 at the City Commons garage and there is no validation or complimentary option. The sunrail station is not that far away and could be a good option if you want to save money. From the garage, there is a walkway on the 3rd floor that will take you right by the security desk that will notify Serendipity and let you to Serendipity.I had a great experience and I am looking forward to visiting in the future soon. The parking situation was bad and the security to get in was intense. Manager was rude and dismissive when asking about pricing.

I was in search of an office space for my growing sales force. To be frank, I never considered co-working space. I had such a bad experience in NYC (different company). Somehow an ad for serendipity labs populated on my social media account. I quickly booked a tour and the rest is history. The office is well kept and is extremely beautiful. However, the staff is what makes this location GREAT. Sid, Karen, Justina and Kyle are by far the most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff! They take care of every single tenant and know us all by name.The office is located in the heart of downtown Orlando, with probably the best views of the city.We opted to lease two rooms, 12 dedicated desk(modern cubicles). There are a number of Focus rooms, for private phone calls, and they are amazingly decorated and cozy.They also have a ton of events to show their appreciation ! Such as lunch specials, wine down Wednesdays, happy hour on Fridays, etc.All and all I would recommend Serendipity to any and everyone! Not only is this location amazing but youll have access to all of the other locations across the nation!

We have been enjoying our time here at Serendipity Labs and absolutely love the super nice, accommodating and professional team. They take the time to talk to you, get to know you and help you with anything they can.The office space is beautiful, spacious, modern, elegant and clean.We also do enjoy the occasional free donuts in the community kitchen ;-)

What can I possibly say about Serendipity Labs Orlando that hasnt already been stated in the other reviews!? This place has a great work/collaborating environment right in the middle of vibrant Downtown Orlando. The other tenants are comprised of an eclectic mix of talented professionals and the lab management staff is absolutely amazing. From day one, Justina and Syd have made me feel like family and I always look forward to heading to office!
