During the weekend they charge by day, so for example if you go on a Friday night and park there, they force you to pay ahead ($15) and if you leave after midnight (Saturday) youll have to pay another $15 because the day changed.... so when you look at it a 10pm - 2am (4 hrs) will cost you $30... The security guy told me to use the same card, but a week later I still have both charges in my account.

I dont going to park there anymore. My car was hit for someone, and the Manager Valery S. told me that Highwoods Properties is not responsible for damage in your car not Mather is there cameras. These parking is not cheap. Is not a professional way to take care your customers.

Never park your car in basement parking. These guys are cheaters. 4-24hr parking costs 17usd. When you check out it automatically turns to 20usd and when you ask what the hell is going on they say its weekend thats why and when you ask why you didnt put any notes regarding it they say oh sorry we have to update it. Ill report about it tot the police as well so next time you dont cheat people!
