I come to this place serval times thinking every time would be a different & better experience but, today topped all of my experiences there. I walked in & was help immediately. Soon after 6 people walked in and I was pushed to the side to let my nails soak off which is understandable until an hour goes by without being assisted. Now I was able to take off my old nails before someone came & asked me what I would like to get done. I answered & she walked away. After that a different lady came & asked me what I would like to get done. I told her the same response & then she walked away. After that I just had enough & walked out. I will never go back to this place they are so unorganized & not a stable company at all. I guess all I can say now is thanks for the free soak off.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!They made me a very bad manicure, I didnt like it, but I paid and left. However, then the nails began to hurt and BLEED. I was cut in some places and the blood did not start immediately, but when I started taking any things from a nearby store. I went back to the salon and asked to remove all my nails because I feel pain. The employees were very unfriendly to me. They all started staring at me. When I asked for a refund, employee began to argue with me and said that he did not see the cuts at all. It was the worst experience of my life. Girls, dont repeat my mistakes!

Advises it was a 5 minute wait and I asked are you sure, because I have a schedule and I can come back with a reservation another day.. no .. 5 mins. 15 minutes later, after they take others who may or may not have had reservations, I was told it would be 10 minutes more…. ( 25 minutes from initial ask). Better if a business was honest at the beginning. They wasted my time.. and that is not nice or professional.

I walked in without an appointment and was accommodated immediately for a pedicure with gel polish. $45 seemed like a fair price for the service.

Ive been here several times thinking maybe the next one is better but its always a disappointment after the service is done. They are not the best in cleaning and shaping nails and putting nail polish. Its all over the place.

Update I just got serviced by Kevin he did a super amazing job I’m soooo happy with my birthday nails & toes!!😍 everyone that works there really gets the job done fast & great quality 🤩Awesome place to go to my nail tech Flex did a great job had me laughing and smiling the whole time! Fast & good quality service

The worst place thats ever treated my nails. The man with the tattoos who did my nails completely messed up my real nails by taking out my gel color with him filling it down with the machine. He was very rough with my nails and treated it like he Watson standing wood. On top of that the paint job was the worst. Theres lumps of it and it is not smooth like how it usually is, even with my real nails. I have been getting my nails done for years now and I have always had my real nails, just for it to be ruined by this place with that man. I understand that since its my real nails, the shape will not be all perfect and even, but the paint job would at least be smooth and not clumpy. He also left paint all over my hand. It was completely my fault for not stopping him in the middle of it all once I realize how horrible he was doing my nails. I wish my pictures does justice, but it does not unfortunately, but you would definitely be able to tell in person. Do not reccomend this place at all.

I was in yesterday and was so glad i got in. I had gotten my first sns nails at another salon and hated them, but with a broken nail gel wasnt strong enough. Jenni has completely restored my faith in this type of nail. In fact these are EXACTLY what I have been asking nail techs for every time. The shape is spot on and they are not clunky and chunky like mt last pair. I was having a rough day and I am sooooooo glad I stopped by. Already marked in my phone in a couple of weeks and I think I have found my new place. Thank you Jenni for taking such good care of my nails.

Just did a color change. Its not horrible though Im a little disappointed with the uneven distribution of the color on my nails it almost seems the topcoat didnt cover completely all of the color so you can clearly see where its dried and theres some differences.It looks like its bleeding in some of the corners and a little bit bumpyIm going to give them another try however, because I have been going to this place on and off for a few years but not consistently in the last couple of years.I was happy with the service back then.I think maybe because I did such a small service that they didnt put so much quality into the work.Im hoping for a better outcome next time around. Everyone was friendly enough not real talkative but not rude or anything

Absolutely awful experience and so frustrating. Waited an entire hour and was not acknowledged one time. Six other ladies that walked in after me were attended to and helped, while I continued to wait.. after the second person I jumped up and asked and was just told to be seated and wait .. I asked two of the ladies that came in after that and they said they did not have appointments and were still seen before me and not one staff member in the entire hour I sat ever acknowledged me in anyway besides the guy I stopped to tell I was still waiting after two girls were seen before me.

I liked the nails when they were done then within a week they broke snapped right .had the dip done.60.00. Will not go back here.

I got a full set and the very next day my nail fell off she cut my cuticle so bad that it bled. Left my fingers so dry and cuticles so bad that I have so many hangnails. it’s not worth the 40 dollars at all just for them to break and fall off, just wanting to get my nails done before Christmas so i can feel beautiful about myself and now I have to walk around with broken nails when I got my nails done five days ago, I also added pictures Do not recommend going here.

I was recommended this place by a friend who recently got her nails done there. They looked amazing so I knew I had to go. I called the day of and made an appointment for the afternoon. The lady at the front desk was super nice and they started my manicure right now. The lady was super gently and nice. My nails came out amazing and I am definitely coming back. I received a gel manicure with acrylic and the total came out to $41 plus tips which is a very good price.

Busy but always had good service. Ive been several times and had different technicians and have always left with happy feet.

I got a dip French manicure and everything was going great. They seated me right away and they were very nice but the quality of how it came out is awful. They are white specs that look like dust or bubbles all in the pink part of my manicure. When I questioned this I was told that is how it always looks because her pink powder is very “sheer”. Not worth how much I paid.

The place was nice and clean the staff seemed to be nice. It was very cramped in there though. The pedicure myself and my husband recieved was rushed and was over priced. I could justify what I spent there if the pedicures were good, but they werent. I am usually a big tipper because Im a hair stylist and I know what its like. They each only got $5 instead of the $10 i was going to give had we gotten a quality service. I will go back to fx nails on Dean rd.

My service was great, the pedicure and manicure massage was great along with their awesome massage chairs. However, LESS than a week after getting gel that cost me $60, my nails have chipped and the polish has started to peel off from the back as well. This has NEVER happened to me with any other gel service at another salon. It’s always lasted around two weeks. I tried Super Nails because my friend goes here but now I need to get my nails done again and it hasn’t even been a week...can truly say I won’t be wasting my money here ever again!

Flex did an amazing job! I’m in love with how my nails turned out. It was good service and he was super sweet.

My gel acrylic set started peeling the next day from getting them done. I came back to get them fixed and there was no positive results. The tip of the nails peeled so bad it was obvious and didn’t last a week.

The person who was doing my nails was very rude. When I told him I wanted a soak off he rolled his eyes because he thought I should do a fill, which is bot what I wanted. He then proceeded to do the soak off but drilled tooooo low on my natural nails so now some of them are super damaged. He filed my nails WAY too short. Honestly my nails look disgusting. I used to be a nail tech and did my own nails so I know how they can look after a soak off and this is NOT it. My little sister could of done a better job. NOT ONLY THAT but buddy wasn’t wearing a mask the whole time and scarred his nose a couple times. I never seen him sanitize anything either. He then stated “your nails look gross right now because we just took the acrylic off but give it a couple weeks to grow and they will be fine.” Umm excuse ? You realize you are calling your own work gross sir. Anyways this place is terrible. Mainly HE was terrible. If you are expecting a baby like I am and are super cautious about cleanliness this place is NOT it. Go somewhere else sis. If I could give this place 0 stars I would .

I always love going to super nails and spa. They do a great job, are reasonably priced and dont take too long. Also the whole place is very covid conscious.

My friend and I visited. The workers proceeded to fat shame my friend (very degrading) and treated her poorly because she decided to get acrylic with normal polish. After speaking with the manager he laughed and didn’t show any urgency in making sure my friend and i was emotionally taken care of. He laughed along with the employee and continued to humiliate my friend. They made her sit under the dryer for 2 hours because they wouldn’t tell us if her nails were finished. Please do not spend your money on this disrespectful establishment.

Not bad for a quick, cheap mani. Definitely not what I’m used to, but it will do! I really appreciated the nail tech, I told her my nails are very thin and will snap right off and she was very gentle with the drill constantly checking making sure it wasn’t too hot and that they were okay! Also didn’t apply the gel polish super thick either. Will definitely return!

I seriously love this place! They take their time and the polish is always done well and lasts much longer than other places Ive been. Their pedicures are great too! The callus removal is amazing and you actually get what youre paying for (unlike other salons where it feels like nothings been done and you just paid for nothing).

I dont know why this place has a 3.3 It should be higher. Its quiet and relaxing.They not seem personal by being too talkative but they do focus on the customer. It could be that English is a barrier for them, but that shouldnt stop you from coming to this hidden gem. What are you waiting on? You shouldnt be waiting on your nail spa but they should be waiting on and apple nails does that exactly.

First off, let me tell you my manicure is perfect. PERFECT. I have never had a perfect French. And the pedicure? Amazing. I have had such a relaxing experience in a long time.Super Nails and Spa got everything right ... A relaxing, clean and friendly experience.

This place is deffinetly a hit or miss! I have been going for several months and sometimes my nails come out great and other times not so great. I always get acrylic and gel. This time the gel peeled off 2 of my nails. The lady said I must of done something for them to peel. No, they just peeled on the side. Maybe bad nail polish? Do they ever get new nail polish? Oh and one time I was getting my nails done and there was a roach climbing up the wall. I never bring my purse in. Looking for a new nail salon.

Usually I like this place but today was awful . I had a pedicure and the guy used the pumice stone so hard I asked him to stop. He said he was trying to get it smooth which I get but OUCH! I came home and he cut into my skin ! I was there around 4 pm today and even had a buff and polish manicure which was 14. He didn’t use any lotion, was super fast and I’m like ‘ really?!!!’ I’m going back tomorrow as I now have to clean the cut ;( I have a picture, too . So mad 😡

On my third trip to this salon, I made the decision that I will not be going back. The first time I went, things were average. The second time, the lady who did my pedicure was so good at her job, I decided to come back despite her trashing my eyebrows. I was so happy with the pedicure, I decided to only come back for a pedicure. Now for the third time, I specifically told the guy who did my pedicure how I wanted them. He did a terrible job at shaping my nails and then proceeded to explain to me why my nails were that shape. He said the reason why my nails are this shape is because that’s how they “grew”. He made them SLANTED! I SAW him cut too much off and then tried to blame his mistake on me. I will not be going back. HIGHLY frustrated. I only gave this place 2 stars for the lady served me on my second trip.

This was my third time back at this salon and I was a bit displeased. First off the lady that did my nails didnt seem too personable.She was a bit rough at that. I had old polish on and found it strange she just drilled them off instead if using nail polish remover since my nails are already thin. As she drills she keeps saying bear with me ???!! I got an S&S done and I told her I wanted them squared shaped on top. By the time she was done my fingernails were shaped like circles. Absolutely hated it. Not one for confrontation, so as they grow out I file them. I only like the color and its been two weeks with no chipping, so I guess something was done right. I wont be coming back here. Needless to say I kept my tip to buy a smoothie next door which was great.

This place is hit or miss. the first two times i came my nails were perfect and i had no problems, but this time all of my nails are different lengths, very uneven, and messy looking. i got a gel acrylic fill in and i had to knit pick my lady the whole time so by the end i jus gave up and accepted my loss. my nails look awful so i know not to get the same lady next time.

1st visit- I got a gel manicure with Kevin (I think was his name) and it was awesome. He was a very nice guy, very friendly, & my nails looked perfect2nd visit- Gel manicure & eyebrows with the lady in the last chair in the store. Manicure was fine besides that she kept answering her phone calls and was arguing with her husband while doing my nails & her breath stunk when she was doing my eyebrows.. just bad customer serviceProbably won’t return here. Okay, I went here a few times in the past and had a great experience. I just finished growing out damage from SNS at a different salon and I decided to dabble in gel again. I got a nice, pretty neutral pink color - by day 3 I had three chipped nails. I went back in, they asked me for a receipt so they could see who did it. I didn’t keep the receipt because I didn’t think I’d need it. They offered to fix it... to remove the chipped polish they DRILLED my nails instead of soaking them. After the redid the polish, I was home working and I noticed one of the newly polish nails lifting... when I pushed the polish, It slid right off my nail. Needless to say, I don’t think I can bring myself to make a third trip there.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Wonderful atmosphere and super clean. Staff is warm and very professional. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

This is the only place I trust for waxing my eyebrows and a clean and awesome pedicure. I have been coming for about a year now. I never make an appointment, but the ladies are always greeting and seating me immediately. They also understand when I am in a rush to get my eyebrows done. It only takes 5 minutes and all the prices are very reasonable. Try them! You wont regret it.

Worst manicure ever. I basically just paid $14 for someone to simply paint my nails. I could have done that myself, and with polish that hasn’t been compromised by the adding of acetone to thin it out, might I add. Why should I be penalized because I don’t want anything fancy? No gel, no acrylic, I just wanted a good basic manicure! So because the ticket is low, all technique goes out the window? The technician used no cuticle remover, no cuticle oil, did not clean under my nails, and did not remove the cuticle from the nail plate until I asked her to do so. I figured it was a battle I’d lose with the language barrier and all so I simply accepted the bad service. What a disappointment. My nails were in bad shape which is the only reason I wanted a manicure to begin with. I doubt it, but hopefully this will encourage you to teach your technicians the proper manicure process for the sake of the rest out your customers because I, for one, will not be returning.

I used to be a regular here because the service was good for the right price but in the past few months the customer service has decreased insanely. Also, some of th technicians are not good at their job at all!! I got a acrylic full set, coffin shape last week, the guy who did my nails was named Kent & he did my nails the worst I’ve ever had them. He didn’t repair the 3 nails that were obviously lifting from the nail bed, he was watching the World Cup in his phone the entire time he did my nails, he skipped multiple steps in the process, he left so much polish in my fingers & didn’t clean it up until I asked him to & he cut me FOUR times. The only person worth going to at this salon is Tracy, she always does a great job on my nails & takes care to make sure that I am satisfied. This salon deserves 1 star but I gave 2 only because Tracy is so good.

Poor management, waited almost two hours to do a full set, pedicure and eyebrows to be told that they can’t complete the service. Very unorganized. When ask for a manager I was told she was not in. When she was clearly sitting in the front table

I came in just looking for a polish change. The man who painted my toes did a good job, but on the big toe the polish was not evenly applied. I got someone’s attention because he was starting on someone else. The lady just added another coat on to the toes that already had top coat on. I said it’s just the big toe I needed fixed and that these nails already had top coat on them. She didn’t listen and still applied more coat to them. Not returning. Poor service and unkind staff.

My sister and I were visiting Orlando and very disappointed. I explicitly told the nail tech to not cut my nails and demonstrated that only two nails need to be cut down a small amount - but she commenced to chop off all of my nails entirely. My nails grow very long to where I don’t need to add fake ones so it was devastating. Secondly, I explained that my cuticles are thin and to not pull or yank as they will tear - and she still continued to do so. She then jokingly responds after I told her a third time to be careful “oh you’re scared,” and at that point was fed up. My sister got a pedicure and explained that they scrubbed her feet with a dirty scrubber that had not been cleaned. They only spray the tools with alcohol and don’t use new tools. Don’t waste your time here.

Customer services are very nice. My nails lasted over 3 weeks still looks crisp. The atmosphere is calming and fresh. I rarely give 5 stars but this salon deserves it.

So I’ve been here several times, my first experience was not so good, at the time I was using regular polish I let my nails dry for about 20 minutes and my nails still were not dry I feel like they put something in there polish to make the bottle last longer, now I use gel but it seems whatever products they use to apply the acrylic is cheap because my nail cracked off the next day and by the end of the week 2 more of my nails were lifting. I honestly give up on this place.

Its hit or miss there. They do a great job but its always packed. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing, try another spot, but a quick pedi and mani...its not bad.

Ive been going here for months now and have never had a problem with any of the employees until today. My experience today was horrible! I can admit I arrived when it was closing time and I didnt realize it until the manager turned the person down after me but he should have told me at the door that is was closing and I would have gladly come back the next day. The manager is the person who took care of me today and basically got pissed off at me because I wanted my whole finger nail painted. His exact words were Do you want to do it and Your really picky and I dont have time to do your pedicure today. Then to top everything off the top coat he was using had some kind of white flecks in it which ruined my manicure completely. He told me to come back tomorrow and they can fix it. I paid for my services and I STILL left him a tip because Ive never been petty or PICKY for that matter. Needless to say I wont be coming here anymore and they wont get any recommendations from me. Way to go manager!!!!

Worst mani-pedi I ever had. Asked several times to have my cuticles cut, came home with several nails with cuticles still visible. Soaked my hands in cold water. Every nail a different shape. Pediatric was worst. Had to tell them to put on hot water. Heels still cracked. Lady kept putting on oil so my feet looked smooth. Nail polish on both uneven and on my skin. I do not recommend this place

I found Supper Nails and Spa in Orlando as my new place. Its well worth it to come to this place. I was in a rush for an appointment but they still got me a sit. They used gloves when doing nailsThe nail setting lights are nice. Its definitely customer service for a good price. I will be back to support. I hope they still stay in business.

15 dollars for a fill then 2 dollars for coffin shape which I wish I could add a photo to show the before and after my technician did not make any difference and charged me an additional two dollars because he touched up supposedly fixed the shape I had prior. Then my technician told me to dry my nails for 10 minutes and as I was doing so another technician came over and touched my nails then said I could leave just be careful but in a way to just get me out of her coworkers chair. They dont have effective nail dryers its just a built in fan on the work table that blows out cold air and you have to hold you hand in the air so it can dry very uncomfortable and after about 8 minutes and this woman telling me I could leave I left and my nails hit something and messed up which that happened in the nail salon which no one cared to fix because of the tacky nail dryer built into the working table so ladies and gentlemen if there is another nail salon in your area try them because there are way better salons that can do your nails for cheaper, better designs and shapes, and experiences.

Would not recommend this salon at all. I took off my ring and laid it on the table beside me as she was putting lotion all over my hands. She then asked me to wash my hands. When I left I forgot my ring. Thinking back I’m not sure if it was even there when I returned after washing my hands. Because I do remember checking to make sure I had everything and obviously didn’t see it or else I would have certainly remembered it. The next day as soon as I realized I left it there, I called immediately. I was told she was busy and would check later and call me if they found it. I drove there to talk to them and no one really seemed to care. They halfheartedly looked around the table where I sat (as if it would still be laying there), checked the cash drawer and was told they would call me if it showed up. I have no prove but I am certain someone there knows exactly where my ring is. Someone told me they have cameras, but no one offered to check the cameras. And besides all of this I was completely disappointed with my manicure. Asked if they could do a snowflake on one finger. They said yes, yes, but the finished product does not even look anything like a snowflake. The jewel they put in the middle fell off that evening. Needless to say I will never return to such a dishonest place, there is no way someone did not see what happened to my ring. I was at the second table on the left with technicians and customers on both sides of me. And the man at the register walked over to my table where my things were, while I was washing my hands. Not sure why or what transpired but I was keeping an eye on my purse which I left hanging there, not remembering my ring was also laying there. Hindsight is 20/20 and I should have most certainly been more careful. I should have put my ring in my pocket or purse and taken all my belongings with me to wash my hands. It is truly sad that we live in such a dishonest world where we need to be ever so vigilant. This ring was very sentimental to me. It was the very first ring my husband gave me almost 30 years ago, black hills gold with a small diamond. And now it’s gone.

The lady that took care of me did a great job with my nails and my eyebrows. I did a Gel polish in a deep red color and it lasted more than a month with no chips or peeling and my eyebrows were on point. The shape is perfect.

This salon is the worst salon you can get your nails done at. I usually go to jade spa i from of the fl mall but I didn’t want to travel that far. I came in for a fill and pedicure. Told the lady from the beginning I was doing regular nail polish. She over filed my nails. I was suppose to keep the length of my nails a lot were shorter than others. They were shaped coffin and she over filed them to the point where their crooked and over shaped on one side. Than it got to the pet where she started painting my nails she brought out the led light I told her regular polish. She started arguing with me that my polish I had on before was gel and she called over her manager and I told her no it’s regular polish I know what I have on my nails. So she said it would be an extra charge because she had to remove gel I told her it was not gel and the manager had to do a cotton swatch with remover on the table for them to see it was regular polish. She painted my nails and than started wiping the polish brush on the towel that collected all the acrylic. The nail polish has chunky pieces in it and everything. WORST PLACE EVER THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS.

I came here after removing my full set to get a manicure and agreed for the cuticle treatment. First of all, I was skeptical of getting white and for a good reason. It was a messy job. Second, it lasted me for 3 days. A gel color that cost me 25 dollars for 3 days? Ridiculous. For that I could buy an 8 dollar white color opi and do it myself. But what ticked me off the most was when I gradually started getting what I thought to be an ingrown fingernail. I let days go by and allowed my finger to look like a swollen grape to finally realize it was a cuticle infection. When I could finally have a day off to get it checked by and told the doctor about having my cuticles done by you guys, he assured me you guys most likely clipped my skin. What was a 25 dollar manicure ended up costing me another 104 dollars because of your improper practice. You will be hearing from me soon.

I got my nails done here 2 weeks ago and I felt like it was bad but didn’t say anything, i thought to myself, maybe I am being too hard. But today when I went to a new place and was treated like its expected I am sure the service was bad. The lady that did my fill in did a bad job. Now for my pedi her massage was close to literally a pet on my feet and she didn’t help me get my sandals back on so I wouldn’t mess up the pedi....she finished and left me there to struggle getting out between my chair and the person that was really close to me. Overall bad service if I am treated one way in most places and this is the only place where they don’t help with sandals and horrible massages and customer service etiquette then obviously they are the outlier..most likely will not go back.

I just got my eyebrows done at this place. I’ve been going here for years and absolutely loved it but this time I didn’t have the great experience as everytime. Unfortunately when I was taken to the room I said to the lady not to apply baby oil. Well when she was done I decided to open my eyes and see what she was doing. She was going to apply baby oil on my eyebrows when I specifically told her not to and she had agreed to not applying any. I do know people are human and make mistakes and she could have forgotten, that’s fine but when I told her no baby oil again. She went ahead and questioned me and started to go back and forth with me. And then I told her I was allergic to baby oil because my skin is extremely sensitive. She stopped arguing with me. At the end I know there was something wrong with my eyebrows, she took off my arch on one of my eyebrows. It’s I know it will grow back but still everyone will be able to notice it. I hate to say this but I’m definitely not going back which sucks because I’ve been going here since I was 18 for everything and now I need to find a new place. I did end up paying for it. I didn’t want to make a scene but if I can save someone from going there eyebrows done here I will. Don’t go here go somewhere else. It’s hair it will grow back but it’s still my face.

I love this nail salon. I always go to table 08. She’s so sweet! She always does a wonderful job making sure they’re all even and the same shape. A full set has lasted me 3 weeks (since my last fill) and not a crack or lost nail yet!! And the prices are not bad at all!Ok so I posted this about 3 moths ago. I haven’t returned. I was so loyal to my tech and I gave her 3 chances. I was rushed so bad the last service I received was my last! Not to mention I made an appointment but the customer before me was late to hers so I had wait about 45 mins after my scheduled time😡 My polish had still not set after about 20 mins under the dryer. Come to find out she knew it wouldn’t because it wasn’t gel. I didn’t know I was told to pick a color. Then after having to sit back down for a different person to take it off because she was just “too busy” I was told when you have ombré why you not wear this? 1st of their my nails, it shouldn’t matter what’s under the polish. That’s not what I asked for and it coming out of MY POCKET!!!! I was even more upset at the fact that she didn’t use the same color ombré to fill my nails so could see a fill line that looked absolutely horrible. I had to soak my nails off about 3 days later because the corners broke due the acrylic being so thin, even tho I asked was that ok and she said yes. So there was money down the drain. My grandmother tried to give them another chance and went back to see Anne, her service was also rushed that day. She asked me soak her nails off and on almost every finger was a nail fungus. I bought everything I need to do our nails and we saved so much money and hassle. Just sad that you can be so loyal to people and your still viewed as a dollar sign. No longer will they get my money. Ever since Trina left the place has declined in customer care

I went there today for SNS nails and they did a great job and they pretty good!

I will travel 30+ minutes to come see Ivy now that I have moved. I have always have had wonderful service from all the techs here.

I have been coming here since I first moved to Orlando (4 years ago). The staff is excellent and friendly, my personal favorites are Ivy and Quang I would recommend them for all of your services.

Went in to have my gf pampered for her babymoon celebration, ended up getting a pedicure myself and thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair and kneading hands of the staff. Although I could care less above how my feet look, she did a great job cleaning up my ugly feet, removing dead skin, and relaxing my feet n legs for the duration of the service. Decent prices too and everybody was very friendly. Thanks for taking care of us!Best,~S

Got gel nails done, after a few days the pink color I was supposed to have turned this gross brown color. When I went back to complain they acted like I was an inconvenience and did my nails quickly and sloppily. Not to mention, when I first got them done, the guy who did them was less than satisfactory. He gave me both my manicure and pedicure and didnt do all of the things youre supposed to do. Like the cuticle treatments, massage and lotion. I paid the same as my friend and got 35% of what I paid for.

I disagree with some of the other posts. Ive never been rushed and i receive great treatment. If u want to get ur nails done right- ask for Sandy- shes the best!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I advise you not to go to this place if you have natural nails. I wanted a gel manicure and the nail tech used the drill first which is ok I guess to take off the coating on top, then soaked off my previous gel if you can call it soak off because she disnt even wait 3 minutes when she was taking it off and drilling my nail to nothing to take off the gel. The cut me multiple times with the drill because since my nails were not soaked off properly the gel was still tough. After she supposedly took off the gel my nails had ridges where she has drilled to much and my tips were so worn off due to the drill. I had to stop her and walk out. It was so terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone, when I wanted to speak to someone in charge there was no one in charge.

I am from North Florida and was visiting a friend in the area. Very clean salon and I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and quality of my gel manicure. Kevin is amazing!

First time customer and will never go back. I get a mani/pedi because I need my nails trimmed and cuticles cleaned up etc. They polish and send you out the door. I did a dip manicure and in less than a week the dip was lifting and cracked on several nails. Worst place I’ve ever been to. Go elsewhere!

Tried this place for the first time the other day and WILL not be going back. One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. Since I had never been there before I called to get prices on services before going in. Was ok with what they told me. Went in and the girl I had broke one of my natural nails and was likes oops it broke ok let’s move on. Then I tried letting her know how I wanted them shaped and she kept filing them how she liked I guess cause they were not how I wanted. On top of they were all different lengths. Once we finally got close to the shape that I wanted I noticed the nail she broke still needed some shaping and when I mentioned it to her she was like I can’t because it’s soft. Um no it’s just because you broke it. Then when I went to go pay I noticed they were charging me more than I was quoted on the phone. So i asked them why and after 3minutes one of the ladies came up and said fine we’ll give you a $3.00 discount. Um again what happened to the price I was quoted on the phone. Well because my daughter age 12 (who’s services they were trying to over charge me on) was taller than they thought qualified for her age that’s why they were going to charge me more. Not my fault my daughter is tall for age. But I told them when I called they asked her age and I told them. If height was also a factor they should of said something. But they did not. Just very unhappy with services and will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I go in again to have my nails or anything else done there!

I have been searching for a new salon for my mani/pedis and I think I have found it! Seriously, great attention to detail.
