The guys here at L&S always take care of me when I arrive at their facility. Always fast and courteous. Even the dock workers try their best to get you unloaded fast. There’s never a problem when I come to this location.

That street needs more room to park or the place does. Get your parallel park on.Got into a dock pretty quick and manager and workers seem friendly and professional. Very busy kinda tight place bit not as bad as it looks.

Hello fellow Truck Drivers, I 1st wrote a review on this company 2yrs ago, and my opinion hasnt changed. I hate coming to Florida but I love coming to L&S in Orlando. Its FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, and they are at it 6 days a week. Find a parking space and BEN and KELLY will knock on your door and tell you where to go. One is tall like a basketball player and the other is a weightlifter, two of the koolest guys you will ever meet, I have been coming here for over 3 yrs.

I admire how Kelly, Bennie, runs this facility with such professionalism, great communication! And getting you in and out the facility very quickly! As well the respect they show all the drivers!! This is the best facility I ever went to! And I really appreciate those guys, the dock workers!! They make you feel like your part of the family!! May the Lord, always bless everyone there!!!

Absolutely zero problems. Every single person i was in contact was down and incredibly cool in nature. 8 am appointment was out by 9. Tight location in some areas however backing into the docks was no issue

Avoid this company at all costs...management is very, very unprofessional. Company refuses to pay claims, then places blame on the customer. This has happened on multiple occasions...this last time resulting in repeated unprofessional emails from L&S...in an attempt to bully me.Update: Instead of responding professionally to my review - they responded by leaving a 1 star review for the company that I work for. This is a prime example of the lack of professionalism exhibited by L & S. Please be warned....they are one of the worst carriers in Florida.Update 2: As a final update and response to L & S...yes, after 7 years of being a customer....I was appalled to receive the disrespectful emails from your company. I requested dock pick up of my Trike that was shipped in a 10L x 5.5W crate. The crew took additional time and was VERY helpful and CONCERNED my trike was loaded properly.It wasnt their fault I showed up with a trailer that made loading a challenge. But they certainly met that challenge. Great job by Kelly, Ben and Tom... there were others also, the whole team was great from the front office until I drove out the gate.Im not a professional driver, just a guy that appreciates great customer service.Thanks L& S for a job very well done.

They are trying their best to expand their property. After a last review one of the owners came out and talked to me and explained what they are trying to do. Nice guy. These guys work hard to get you unloaded. We discussed a few things. Nice to see actual owners giving a care about the job. WOW and he works the dock too.

Need signs to tell you procedures like check in. Small tight place be ready to work at it. No parking .

Dedicated people who work hard to get your shipment done!

Drove 3hrs to pickup my freight. When I arrived the staff was initially helpful, having me sign for shipment and telling me where to go and wait for freight to be brought out. After about 15-20 minutes my pallet is brought out on a forklift. The pallet and freight were in exceptional condition. Shrink wrapped incredibly well too. When it came time put pallet in my truck the forklift driver was very quick to say he couldn’t do it. The pallet would of easily fit in my truck. Having been hyster(forklift) certified I knew he just need the fork extensions. He initially told me they weren’t available and after I insisted he reluctantly went and got them and came back with another employee. He tried using the extensions with no success and said I would need to leave the freight and try to pick it up at a different time. Keep in mind I drove 3hours one way! As he pulled his forks out I noticed the problem, he had one of the fork extensions on upside down! I even asked for a knife to cut shrink wrap so I could break down pallet myself and hand load all 1,600lbs into my truck by myself but no luck, Had to use a dull key from my key ring to cut it! Thanks for nothing L&S! *in response to your response* How would you delivering it been any better?? I dont have a dock at my location and since it cant be moved with a forklift(supposedly) how would the delivery driver move it with a pallet jack??? Your response has more holes then Swiss cheese! I pickup freight regularly and my vehicle not being dock height has NEVER been an issue! Your guys aren’t even allowed to hand me a knife when I’m struggling to cut shrink wrap with a dull key?? Oh your thinking of taking away the customers right to get there own freight?? That response speaks volumes about there attitude! In also noticed you didn’t mention your own employees lack of forklift training and how that was the REAL issue and not my vehicle. The point of my review is this....plain and simple this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a freight company. Use them with low expectations.

Can only speak to my single experience, very helpful staff, helped load my load which I was dreading doing by myself. Take it for what its worth.

Kelly & Ben are very helpful & I appreciate all that they do, they cut the locks off the trailer & picked them up, I really appreciate that, sometimes they even help guide me into the dock that’s mostly appreciated because it’s dark & no lines that’s visible & they get the freight off quickly as possible Good Dock Workers Thnx For All You Guy’s Do Thxs

They have had my order since April 23 I scheduled a delivery took the day off from work they never showed up. Called they said they didnt have me phone number so couldnt deliver it but it magically appeared in there system so scheduled another delivery they never showed up. Called again supposedly paper work never got sent to loading dock so scheduled another delivery and its 8:30 and they still aint here would never recommend this company to anyone

Top 5 worse places to deliver!

Overall a learning experience working here (Good and moslty BAD) very dirty and unsafe environment, walls falling out and filled with dangerous dust that gets into your eyes and lungs. Not only I was working six days a week for a year and about 3 months (50+ hours per day, with no overtime pay, i still dont know how is that legal), after I need it to take a few fays off (10days to be exact) they tell me that I was not a full time employee, that I did not qualified to get the vacation time that I requested quested, this was the icing on the cake for me and this company.Bottom line, supervisors will support you and they do what they can with the few tools that they give them, owners and manager do not care whats going on or choose to let it happend

This place is a bad dream for delivering drivers. My appointment was at 9AM, by 2:30PM they finally assigned me a dock. By 6:20 I was finally able leave.Trucking companies that value their drivers time will avoid this place like the plague.Reply to owner:I do understand that you may be short staffed. On my arrival I was told I have 10 trucks ahead of me and it would be several hours, not afternoon, let alone all day.

I have no idea what Mario Cisneros is talking about but I too delivered yesterday and had 5 trucks in front of me. The guys were respectful and as a different person passed me they all made sure I was good as a driver and apologized constantly for the wait. They did move quickly and promptly. I was expecting to be in there 4+ hours but was out of there in 2. Communication is all that was needed, if you had a question, they had a answer and tried their best to accompany every driver needs. Good job guys, I’m pleased.

I started with a new company and they have me delivering here for Orlando loads. These guys are the fastest in the business. And nice? And professional? Yes sir! Rick runs the place and he will go way out of his way to help you. If you have a choice between delivering a load here or someplace else, choose L&S in Orlando. They will do it right!

Poor service, the company will not let you inspect product even if the box is all tore to bits, driver and owner were rude and yelled and cursed at me and driver assaulted me. I never want them on my property again

A manager called me back to learn what happened with the poor service I received. He listened and it sounded like he was going to act on the information I provided in hopes that my experience would never be replicated. Service was a one star, but following up and showing someone actually cares and takes ownership is a five star.

I lease on with roadrunner transportation services. I have been delivering to L&S pretty much every other week for the past three and a half years. Never had any problems. They try their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. Rick is always great and very easy to work with and very professional. I’m usually in and out pretty quickly sometimes there are hold ups but never a big deal. I have to say it’s one of the best places I deliver to.

My assessment of L&S Logistics in Orlando,FL. is this. The dock manager Rick and his team are about getting the job done accurately and quickly as possible along with attention to details. This team sense of urgency goes beyond and above expectations. I have no second thoughts about whether I want to deliver or p/u a load from this facility. I come here weekly! I’ve definitely noticed their improvement, and growth from when I 1st started delivering here a year ago. Driving for Road Runner Transportation Systems, I deliver to L&S Logistics once a week. In and out is fast once Im docked. And Rick and his staff are very professional. Rick makes it a point to speak to you letting you know an approximate wait time, and most times his crew is done before that time. Never had a problem when Im here, Rick and crew are doing an amazing job!

As a business owner of AFS ive shipped pallets for many decades ive never had any problems with L&S they pick up when they say and they deliver on time with no problems “with care” and intact and Competitive rates ... everything your looking for in a shipping Co. Highly recommended.

I am an IC for road runner,Thus far of all the shippers and receivers I have picked up a load or deliver a load too, L&S logistics have been really good with unloading me and getting me out to get back on the road. The second I arrive, no more than 15min I am already backing into a door. Customer service is great, when I call to confirm what time I am going to arrive, I get treated with respect on the phone. The dock employees I have interacted with also show good customer service that’s key to always coming back..

I never had a problem here. Theyve gotten me in and out in a timely manner. Out standing customer service. Theyve even took me when I showed up a little after 4 p.m. I really appreciate that because I had doctors appointment the next day and didnt even have to say anything to them to get me back on the road to get home.Thanx a lot !!

This review is for the delivery side. Ordered something on Etsy and paid for three day shipping. The shipper paid Road runner to deliver in three days. Road Runner got it to L&S in two days, and I have now been waiting over a month for delivery to my home. Customer service is always very nice when I call, but they have failed multiple delivery appts. We ended up having the item sent to another provider for delivery.

Ive been using L&S for quite some time now. The customer service is great, and Rick the dock manager has always helped us with our shipments in a prompt and professional manner. We will continue to use them, and in my opinion they are the best local trucking company in Orlando.

Probably the most incompetent people are in charge of setting up delivery’s. I had wheels and tires set to be delivered by them. But after excuse and excuses I had to physically pick up my shipment from the warehouse because the delays got to be long after I needed them. They would not set up anything until the day before delivery and when that day came because I didn’t have a forklift or a loading dock that my shipment would be delayed. I’m sorry but I would think the vast majority of residential delivery’s don’t have this so why would you even come close to sending a truck like that or not call to confirm that my location could handle the delivery. Also whoever is in charge of answering the phone is arrogant and really needs a customer service lesson. He is a terrible person to represent a company.

I am a driver for roadrunner and been coming to L&S Services for 2 years and since Rick has been there its been a great change, for the best, he has great communication with the drivers and try to get u in and out, and Jayson also is also great to work with to. Bottom line, its what is done about it. Ive been coming here regularly for over 2 years, its kind of a smaller place for the amount of traffic they handle every day. They are usually very fast and efficient getting you in and out and Traffic manager Rick is always on the ball and does a good job keeping us moving.. They do understand we arent making money if were sitting forever. Personally i enjoy coming here every other week or so

Quick unloading, nice people

I was promised a delivery for Thursday. Driver communicated that the product was not on truck. I waited for a call no response. I personally had to call the warehouse and schedule my own delivery. Next day no word on delivery. I had to call the warehouse again to find that the mattress could not be deliver till the next business day(Monday). That added 5days of shipping for a mattress. Horrible

L & S ships the majority of my in-bound and outbound freight. They work around the clock to make sure my cargo reaches its destination as promised. Highly recommend.

Visited L&S today and was greeted personally by management. They got me in early, unloaded me within 20 minutes and I was out of there. Very friendly associates, wouldnt mind going back. And P.S. Cowboys sucks... lol. Go Patriots

Worst shipping company to use. I will never order anything that uses this shipping company again. Driver very unhelpful and wanted to drop my small toilet off in the parking lot instead of my front door. I refused the shipment. You people want to get in the big leagues with the mainstream shipping companies, you better start acting like them. Hiring personable employees would be a start. I’ve used your competing shipping company before and he helped me carry a 200 pound mini refrigerator up the stairs so I know it can be done, but not L&S LOGISTICS. I never received a tracking number either but that could be an issue from the company I purchased from.

Very unprofessional. We expected a delivery on Friday and were told it was there. However they did not send not on the truck for delivery to our facility. Monday was a holiday and the shipment was to be delivered on Tuesday. They did not have enough room on the truck so they did not send it. Wednesday they stated the shipment was never received to their facility and David proceeded to yell at me and ask do you think I am a liar?? Instead of locating the shipment and having it sent. I would run in the other direction and not use this company if you actually need the shipment to arrive timely. Only gave 1 star because zero was not an option.

We have used L&S Logistics for 4 years now.......great family run business!! Honest, reliable! Sure we have had a few glitches along the way, some our fault and some logistic flubbs! JC Rod in response to your post L&S is actually one of the best companies. We dont hire sub-contractors, we have company drivers and owner operators. Every single pc of equipment has the company name and/or DOT #...REQUIRED BY LAW. Also, understand industry policy that carriers are not responsible for CONCEALED DAMAGE and it wasnt to your liking/understanding you couldnt open the box when there isnt any physical damage. Finally, no company has to give out any PERSONAL information. Especially when comments can be posted that are definitely not credible..

This is one of the worst carriers I have had to work with. They have lied to us numerous times, it almost like they just tell you what you want to hear so they can get you off the phone. Cheryl in their office is so unprofessional and has not been helpful one bit, just lying continuously over and over. Be very weary when using this carrier. EVEN IF YOU ARE IN A BIND AND HAVE NO ONE ELSE, DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF NOT EVEN SHIPPING THE FREIGHT WITH THIS CARRIER

This place literally sucks they took from 5-11:20 to load my truck but since it wasn’t that late for them they took another 40-45 min just to get the paperwork ready !!!! Im definitley not coming here again !! I don’t recommend this place !!!

Takes 9 days to deliver a shipment after it arrives at their terminal. Absolutely unacceptable for even the cheapest of low-end carriers. Continuous lies when you call to get you off the phone.RE: Owners responseL&S has been delivering to us for at least 3 years now for shipments sent through Frontline Logistics. Not a single one of those shipments was delivered the next day. The minimum was 3 days and the max was 10. Every single time we are told that they havent gotten around to unloading the container yet because they are too busy. We have never had a delivery appointment, liftgate, or any other circumstance that would cause a delay. Its just bad service plain and simple.

I cant say enough about the major beneficial changes Ive witnessed since the beginning of this year. Rick and his crew expedite our frieght into and out of our trucks with the greatest consideration and professional mannerism to the drivers. Most companies should take to their example on how to run a frieght company. I never mind when I have to go to L& S warehouse in Orlando, FL. Heres to our contimcon relationship.
