I am a hard worker, an asset with over 15 years in the trucking industry and was a slave for these people for 3 years, corporate decided to add to our duties, I mention raise at the meeting, turned down and a couple of weeks later FIRED for a dirty torn uniform, they called it destruction of company property. It has ruined me personally and I refuse to work at ANY part of the trucking industry for anyone. Hope you have better experience with them but I doubt it seriously

NFI is a very good work area I like the ppl that works there they are always motivating each other its more of like a family there great opportunity if you are willing to learn and go to greater heights...

Worked many places in 40 years this was the worst. I lasted one day and that never happened before sounds like very few temps last 9o days. Dont quit a job to go THERE! Amazon_NFI THAT IS. Not everybody saying bad things is wrong or not being truthful. It is our experience with the place.

“Horrible place to work for” I couldn’t agree any more. NFI only cares about the orange shirts and uses all new hires to boost their numbers and then sends them back to their temp agencies.

This is not the place to land a job at. I have worked here for 3 weeks and never received a full check. Hardly worked a full shift. They used all the temp workers for “prime week” and then got rid of all of them. Depressing. Supervisor lied to me in my face and told me that NFI doesn’t use people and then get rid of them. All the positive reviews are most likely truck drivers or forklift operators. Dont come in here wanting to work inbound/outbound or be a material handler this is not a stable job and you will be sitting at home after a month!

Amazon Warehouse here too. Very friendly crew and fast unloading. In and out in about an hour!

I dont know if this is the right place to leave review but I had a delivery here for amazon, and let me tell you this is the worst load I have ever done, I was supposed to deliver at 6am and could not make it in time because I did not have enough driving hours on my log. Got here at 10am and they told me the appointments was canceled, not the new appointment is for friday at 8am, is wednesday 5:26pm, I picked this up yesterday at Lenoir, NC, and I have to deal with this, not just me, my dad and I are here, we are owner operator for our own company, apparently there is nothing we can do, so for a few hours late the whole load is postpone 2 days.... beware any driver that is going to deliver here for amazon, watch your delivery time, you have to be here on time... comes to show what little appreciation there is for us drivers, no consideration at all, one more time the system creating robots for workers.P.S- the guy that sets the appointments for amazon, is a so called Vincent, piece of trash guy if you ask me, cant even answer the phone to give us a half decent sorry for the situation

I know you’re on a job search or are considering this job but please whatever you do, look elsewhere. Nfi uses temp services for their “peak seasons” or “amazon weeks” and then sends them back to wherever they came from. Not only that, there is hardly any work as a “promised” 10 hour shift is rare and most shifts are 8 or less. Waste of gas and waste of time. The pay rate is useless if there is no work(which there isn’t). There’s too many warehouse jobs in Orlando that pay well for any human being to be behind on rent, barely feed their kids, or feel useless by a Expletive company like NFI. But, if you bypass this review and would like to try NFI out I STRONGLY advise you to get your forklift license. They need more of those than anything and not only that but they rarely are out of work. Just don’t walk in here as a regular temp service worker that’s gonna be on the lines. Good luck.

Terrible place for delivery i have mattres is in the floor but I ask for help and they not want all time I make delivery in another place warehouse wherever and I work for delivery and. Never take more the 1:30 maximo this’s my experiencia here very but and they are very rude whit security old man they not respect for this employee ths any way but and never comeback for sure I don’t need jjjj amen
