My wife hired Junk-King to remove some downed tree limbs from our back yard. They arrived on time and said they would “pack the truck down tight” to make sure everything fit in one load. 1/3rd of the way through the job they decided the truck was full and left after charging the full amount. They left the street and backyard a total mess. I believe they took advantage of her being a female at the house alone. Shameful.

I found this company while searching online. I am so glad I did! Just moved to a new place and had accumulated many bags and boxes that needed to be carried out. I made an appointment for this company to come out and help remove our moving boxes and packing materials from our garage. With hurricane season coming I wanted to be able to pull my car inside the garage and keep it safe. I made the appointment for 11am today. I got a text message claiming I asked for a pick up window starting at 9am. Such was NOT true! I then get woken up at 7:30am this morning by the truck driver telling me he would be at my house in 30 minutes. I was appalled at the audacity of them to try and do that. This is very unprofessional behavior. I told them I was disabled and needed time to get ready for the day and prepare the garage and thats why I asked for 11am. They call back after 5 minutes and say ok fine...and then I get a call at 9:30am saying they will be there in 30 minutes again! I said fine I was ready. The 2 men come with an empty truck after claiming that they were coming directly from another womans place. One man took photos of my boxes and text them to the boss. Then he told me he was figuring out pricing for the job. He claimed it would be at least 2 trucks worth of junk. It was only taking up less than half of my 2 car garage and would be less space if broken down and flat packed which they refused to do themselves! My jaw hit the floor as they wanted to try and charge over $1300 to remove cardboard and bubble wrap! I was told if I broke down all the boxes and prepped them myself it might be cheaper but not by much. I explained to them I am disabled and cant spend much time standing up on my leg and they expected me to do hard labor tearing up the boxes myself . I told them their prices were obscenely high and method ridiculous and to please leave! Now I have to find someone to help me break down all the boxes and materials and spend the next several months of Wednesdays waiting for junk pickup and hope I dont get an HOA violation in my neighborhood.

We had a refrigerator that we needed to have hauled away. Junk King was able to send their truck the very next morning. The job was a little harder than expected because the refrigerator did not fit through the door. The 2 men came up with an alternative solution and it ended up taking longer than anticipated but they got the job done and were very patient.

They were quick and managed to move everything in under 30 minutes. I would use this service again. To the company: Add a space to tip drivers through the credit card transaction. I was unprepared and wanted to give the movers a tip.

Ive used Junk King many times for home cleanouts, apartment cleanouts, and garage cleanouts. I am never disappointed. They call ahead of your appt and they are always on time. They are professional and courteous. They are upfront on their pricing. I will always use Junk King.

We had a hoarder house to start cleaning out. Junk King was able to send a truck within an hour. Excellent job. The 2 workers were very hard working, proficient and polite. They made the maximum use of space in the truck. On one hand the cost seemed a little much but but they did the heavy lifting and made quite a dent in the hoard with one truck load so worth it.

I moved into a new home and the previous owner left a great deal of junk in the driveway. The gentlemen who came and picked up the large furniture I had were great and incredibly nice. My biggest complaint is when I was quoted over the phone a certain price for pickup but was then told when the men arrived it would be more than double what I was quoted. The men then spoke with their supervisor they were then able to get the updated price down to somewhere more manageable, but still more than I was quoted. I the piece was also smaller than I had originally notified them.Regardless the piece had been removed, nothing was broken, and the men who did the removal were incredibly pleasant and nice.

Ben and his partner did a fantastic job of demolishing and cleaning up an above-ground hot tub as well as the gazebo over top of it. They were able to accomplish this inside a screened-in lanai area without having to remove any screen paneling as they were able to haul everything through the door. I am so pleased with how quickly they removed the hot tub as well as how professional they were. I highly recommend them if you are also looking to remove a hot tub from your property.

Contacted them via text Friday 8/7 to remove damaged garage door. The representative responded quickly to my request and set appointment for following day between 10am and 1 pm. Received call from employee Antonio with availability earlier than scheduled. They arrived and inspected item. Price was high at first,but then renegotiated a lower price which we were very happy with. They broke the garage door down within 30 minutes and was placed on the back of thier truck. All around satisfied withthe efficiency of the whole process and would happily recommend for any removal. May contact them again in the future.

The company worked with me to accommodate our schedule and sent Damien and Jerrell to do the quote. We tore down a shed and we’re going to haul it away ourselves but we just didn’t have the time. Junk King was on time with their appointment. Depending on the load size it can be pricey, they price by truck loads, but the did such a wonderful job I didn’t mind! They call 15-20 minutes before they arrive and send confirmations as needed.
