We had the best experience with DisposAll. First, they called prior to arrival to make sure we would be home to show them where the can could be delivered. Then the driver took his time to show our kids his truck from a safe area and was very professional. They continued on the pickup trip to provide the same safe and responsive service as the drop off trip. I would highly recommend DisposAll to anyone in need of their service.
If you need dependable and prompt service at an excellent rate then you should definitely call DisposAll. I will continue to use their services. They are extremely professional and will return your calls. My company is very demanding due to time constraints and they always rise to each and every occasion. They are just awesome especially my point of contact and dispatch.
When I called into DisposAll, I did not get a recording with options to choose from. It was a friendly voice that sent me to a person that answered all of my questions. From start to finish, DisposAll was very professional and was able to help me with what I needed done. I will be calling them again.

I used them for front load garbage and until recently construction. Just horrible! the only rep that was there for a long period time was fired after he left for cancer treatment! The front load changed to Orion, which isn’t that much better. I liked my driver, but I found out he had was on work release and paid little because he’s an ex felon (his words).
Great company to work with! They were very prompt with both the delivery and pick up of the dumpster. Their prices are more than reasonable. Will continue to use them!
It has been more than 6 months since they have NOT collected the garbage and yet they are charging me. In addition to that they have never picked up the container, which is just taking up valuable space. The times we have called we just get transferred around and nobody can say anything, yet they do have time for trying to collect cash for services not rendered.
The tl:dr version: our trash hasnt been picked up in 4 weeks, and the dumpster was supposed to be removed over the weekend, yet it is still there and still full.I have called almost daily for the past several weeks about our dumpster not being emptied. The first time it happened was back in Nov, and was told the driver quit so they were short staffed and it would be emptied that weekend. It was, so I was fine. Then it happened again, and once more in Nov. All these times it was emptied when I called, but I shouldnt have to call weekly to get the dumpster emptied.Then in Dec it happened again, and I called, but this time it was not picked up over the weekend. So I kept calling, and trying to get in touch with Bob in sales, as he is the one supposedly that I would need to speak with to close our account. It took me a week of calling daily, sometimes more than once per day, and leaving messages both with people and on voicemail, before I finally got in touch with him. (Note: my calls were NEVER returned, and I have the call logs to prove it) He apologized, said he would credit our account for a free month, and the trash would be picked up the following day. This was the Friday after Christmas. So when I came in on Monday and saw it had still not been emptied, I called Bob immediately, and he acted horrified that the dumpster hadnt been emptied, and he would personally make sure it was done that day.Jump forward to that Friday, 1/4, and we still did not have an emptied dumpster. I had been calling all week, and that day I decided I would just call repeatedly until I got things resolved. After sitting on hold for about 30 min, I was finally helped, or so I thought, by Natasha. She apologized over and over, said how unprofessional I had been treated, and that she was personally doing the paperwork while I was on the phone with her to close the account, and that the dumpster would be removed on Saturday.Well, I took this picture today, Monday 1/7, and as you can clearly see, the dumpster is STILL there, and the piles of trash surrounding it are growing ever taller. I called first thing this morning, wasnt give the name of the person I spoke with, but he said that our paperwork was finalized this morning, and that it would be picked up tomorrow. I understandably do NOT believe him, and insisted it be picked up today. He told me he was unable to do that, because the route for the driver had already been planned, and that it would be tomorrow.At this point we are at their mercy until they remove the bin, because we cant get the replacement bin until this one is removed, and there is obviously no room in that bin for more trash, so it is a serious health hazard. If the bin is not removed by the time I come into the office tomorrow, 1/8/19, I will be calling the health department to see what sort of recourse there is for this sort of negligence.
Very poor business. I wouldn’t recommend using them or working for them. Management is disorganized, there is no uniformity within the departments. I’d recommend going with a larger professional company to do business with. Cutting corners and not treating customers and employees with respect. United Rentals and Waste Pro are better options.
Dawn Wientjes from customer service was excellent. Really helpful and reliable to us during our transition time from dumpster service to toters service. The dispatch service arrangement can work better on the timely pick up .

Our community just started service with Disposall. They have been co-operative and worked with us to solve all the issues of a new account. None of this would have gone so smoothly without Dawn. Their actual pickup has gone smoothly from day one. Highly recommend them.
Disposall has the best service in town. I called for a container and it was delivered the same day. A customer service rep followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went as expected. Actually it was better than expected from the driver to the girl in the office! Thank you to all!
Worse ever. I have been told for two weeks and and 4 occasions my trash container “is on its way.” If its really not on its way, just be honest rather than blowing smoke. Please. You didn’t hesitate to take 2 months of my money on my credit card, but we cant keep up your end of the deal.

We cancelled our dumpster via certified letter like they require yet they have never picked it up, and they are still billing us even though we have called, sent letters and called the owners. This is the worst run company I have ever seen in my life. This trash company is absolutely garbage look elsewhere.

The WORST company EVER!!!!! The managers never want to answer the phone or emails. We were over charged, that was the reason why we cancelled the service but they are still charging us. They just dont care... I am still waiting for them to pick up their trash bin for over two months and NOTHING. Dont even think about doing business with this horrible company.
If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. This company is a joke. They take your money and dont give you ANY customer service or hold up to their end of any agreement you have with them. Even with a contract involved. Bob Macqueen is the worst person to deal with, he makes nice with you after they royally screw up and once he has given you all kinds of way to get in touch with him with any further issues he will ghost you, for years! Literally, not ONE WORD from him even after countless emails, voicemails, notes written from the girls who answer the phone. The company is full of liars who just blame other departments why your services arent being done. Our contract is FINALLY up and weve been waiting for nearly a month for them to pick up their 4yd bin that we have and I was told that they would FINALLY be coming to get it last week. Nope. So I call their dispatcher and the dispatcher informs me that they havent gotten the all clear to pick up the bin, so they were never planning on coming at all. Its honestly mind blowing how horrible this company is. Never never never do business with them. Thieves and liars.
I will never do business with this people. Their staff is really rude and they will never follow up after your phone call. Once youll sign the contract you will get stuck. No courtesy to help you with anything. Its been 15 days since I have asked to cancel my contract and they havent returned my call yet which they should do in 24 hours of reviewing contract. I had left 6 messages and emails .I dont know what to do with these people. If wont get call by 1 more day I will file formal complain with city and county.

This company gives the worst service ever!They never pick up on the day the tell you they are coming. We needed to call them 3 and 4 times. Each time promising they would retrieve their container. Never showed up or called to at least let us know they were not coming. Took half of trash, 2 cans and 1 bag were left.Was not over weight. At next mobile home i went out to ask why they didnt take my trash. There were 2 men on back, they looked right at me then left. I called disposall before 9am and again at 4. Requested supervisor to call. No call no pick up. Lousy company!
Absolutely one of the worst run companies on the planet. Absolute piss poor customer service. This company refuses to stand by their promises and at this point refuses to pick up their dumpsters and have not dumped them in over a month. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Then when they do come their drivers damage property and leave without saying a word. There are not enough negative things to say about Disposall.

This is the absolute worst garbage company ever, you definitely get what you pay for, they are to picky what the take, and if any item is over 3 ft long they want to charge you 50 bucks to take it, and there garbage collection isnt great either they always make a mess, Im constantly cleaning up after them, so if your thinking about hiring this company for your community I definitely would look else where, very disappointed ., and there customer service sucks to.
UPDATEGarbage FINALLY picked up on Monday the 18th. Supposed to come the 21st and the 25th and SUPRISE A NO SHOWLaguna bay villas in Kissimmee no pickup since 9/7. Missed the 11th for the hurricane but all roads were passable by Thursday and nobody came. Whole complex smells like a landfill right now
This place is a joke.. From Katrina on the phone who is nasty and has terrible customer service, Mary Lou in HR who cant do anything, management who struggles with power and with who says and handles what. Terrible company to get involved with, one of the managers is/was a sex offender..go elsewhere. They are are unresponsive, unorganized, unable to take responsibility and are full of excuses.

Horribly bad. They said they were coming everyday from Thursday to Saturday. And they never did.I ask for my money back and they said, after getting my money electronically, that they could not put it back, (a lie). They said they were going to give me a check Friday, and I called them to tell them I was going to pick it up, and the person in charge of writing the check was out, and didnt come until Monday. Fishy, thats exactly what my lawyer said. Terrible business.

The worst company Ive ever did business with. I spoke several times with Dina, Lisa and Bob regarding an overcharge on my account and I never received a solution. I cancelled the agreement 2 months ago and they never came to pickup their dumpster and they keep charging me! Im going to file with the city and county to fix this issue.

Prepaid my trash service, had to cancel do to change in my HOA rules. Refuse to refund my money after being told that they would. Bad company, horrible service and should not be in business. The consumer has no leverage against companies that operate like this.
Late almost every other week with their trash disposal. I have to constantly call them to sort this out, I am stuck in a contract with them, and I intend to switch to a different company ASAP.
