Had a last minute request the day before a wedding regarding a dance floor I had from a different rental service. Alex answered my call late on a Saturday when everyone else was closed, helped arrange a meet up, and got me the parts I needed. Unfortunately had a problem on my end, and didnt end up using the parts, but thats my fault, and the service I got was fantastic. Would recommend.
