People are very fast very nice but with all Bobcat places that yard is small

The absolute worst company Ive dealt with. They were contracted with our new construction house. The had to do the selling over the phone and I trusted them that the networking system made sense since I was in a design studio looking at a sheet of paper with the layout of the walls of the house.They ran cat5e wire in a brand new house. It will suffice for now but is really outdated for a new construction house. I had them run 3 lines of cat 6 so I can jump from switches to bypass all the cat5e wires. I asked for ethernet ports behind each tv. They did not so that - they ran coxial. I thought I was getting a media shelve in my master closet but its a panel (like a medicine cabinet). The tube i have coming in from the living room is located out the box - makes no sense. They left many ethernet wires cut with not rj45 connectors.The placement of the wires for the 2 of the camera also makes no sense.The prewire for the speakers for the surround sound in the livingroom is totally useless. The subwoofer outlet is in the center of the wall. I asked for left and right rear speaker. The left is in the correct place and the right is directly center too. The 3 front speakers that are pre-wired also make no sense. The front left is centered the center is center/right and the right speaker is good.I am doing all the corrections myself, rewiring basically everything because I do not want them anywhere near my wiring. They are a joke- do the work yourself or find another company. I didnt spend much $ with them but what I did was a waste.

I have never worked so hard for a company to sell my equipment.I would constantly have to follow up with the sales guy. I got so frustrated that I got ahold of his boss who told me that he has fired the sales guy and he would be taking care of me.Well Iv followed up with the boss multiple times and can’t even get simple pricing. Worst customer service Iv ever had buying multiple expensive equipments

I recently bought a brand new Hitachi loader from synergy out of Fort myers on recommendation from Nathan skipper who I have work with for years. When I started having warranty issues the service department wants me to pay shipping on warranty parts which is ridiculous . I got pretty upset and called Nathan skipper to explain, he left me a voice mail saying thatwe dont want your f$%^&*( busines. Quite nice for a division manager. I still have the voice mail saved

These guys are expensive!!! The service guys are nice but again super expensive!!! Rental rates are high but they know that you need their equipment!!!

After being hounded to almost the point of harassment by the sales repthe PM decided to try out Synergy and order equipment. Equipment got delivered right away no issues there however the pick up of the equipment is lengthy to the point the GC gets aggravated as to why our Equipment we order is still on their site long after weve pulled up. We are sitting at 15 days + on equipment pick up. When asked the rep why hasnt it been picked up yet the answer is when we have a truck in that area well get to it.

The equipment broke 2 days ago, its our responsibility, and we dont mind paying for it to be fixed. The service tech came out that day and said he couldnt fix it on site and they would have to bring us a new lift, and fix this one in the shop. No lift showed up yesterday, we called, they said they would find out and call us back, never got a call back. Called that afternoon, they said they would bring us a new one today, it didnt show up. Called the branch, its a different person who says hell deal with it and call me back, never called me back, never brought a lift. Weve been paying rental for 2 days for a lift we cant use. We canceled our rental and called someone else to bring us the equipment. I have work to get done, and 2 days to bring a lift is unacceptable. Will not use this location ever again.

The absolute worst in service. Strongly recommend avoiding renting. They continue to have no machines in stock. Rental sales associates tell you they will call you back and do not.

We have a national account with Synergy, i have dealt with every branch that they have along with other rental companies. This branch in Orlando has the worst customer service that i have every dealt with. I always use the other branches because of this. Horrible customer service!!
