I came into the store at 7 AM when they opened. On Friday, March 5th, I asked if there was a tractor in a bush hog that I could rent for the day and the manager proceeded to give me excuses to why he could not rent me a tractor so I switched it to a front skid loader with a bush hog. And again he gave mine every excuse he could. So I called the Sanford sunbelt and they instantly told me that I would be allowed. And that they don’t know what the manager at jet port was talking about. But it wouldn’t be ready until later on in the day. My point is if your running a equipment rental. You would think they would rent the stuff out. I don’t know. Price was never the issue. It was lack of communication. I just needed to mow grass.

Just did a class here and the instructors and facilities were nice, clean and safe! Highly recommend! Equipment t was in good clean shape too! Staff very knowledgeable and lets be honest when your renting equipment you dont already own you need someone knowledgeable to help!!!

Great place to rent pretty much anything you need. We had to drive to this location from the west side because the other locations didn’t have a lot of items.They were always really nice to me and helped figure out what I needed.

Talented & knowledgeable staff, great service and selection. Make a reservation to get your equipment faster but I would 100% recommend this location for all your general tool needs.

I rented some equipment for removing tile here. The customer service here was excellent and were very helpful. I was having issues with removing the tile and they were able to help me the right equipment for the job.

My company TSG Metal Works, landed several contracts all at once, with not having enough tools to complete my tasks sunbelt was there for me in every sense of the word! Yes it is a little more expensive than the competition, but, you get what you pay for! Worth every dollar, Paolo went far and beyond to get me the best prices and service, if he did not know what i wanted hell go and get me the person who knew it, did not even try to sell me nonsense! Overall based on my experience 5 stars.....

Extremely disappointed in the way I was handled at the store I was told on the phone that yes I could do a cash deposit when I got there the manager stepped in and said oh no you cant doing cash deposit after they decided they would do a cash deposit however when it came time to load this item under my truck and said oh no this cant go on that truck and refused it and had to refund deposit this caused her Roofing job to be 4 days behind and put eight guys out of work for 4 days.

Chip/Skip is very disrespectful and blames all of this locations issues on the customers. I called and for a quote on a lift. When i got the quote I looked it over and called back 30mins later to reserve it for my date. Chip/Skip was on lunch so I left a message with the guy who answered the phone including giving him a purchase order number and my phone number to call back if there were any issues and i thought we were all set. On the day the lift was supposed to be delivered I called about an hour before it was supposed to be dropped off and they said that they never received my reservation. I explained the situation to Chip/Skip, giving him the exact times i called from my phone log. He told me that I am a liar and that I never called back to reserve it because nobody behind the desk remembers speaking to me! I contacted corporate and explained the whole situation to them and they said that they would have the branch manager get in contact with me within a few business days. It has now been two weeks and I have not heard anything from them. Needless to say I will never go back to this location. I just dont understand how you can run a business like this... With my company if I make a mistake I never blame the customer and call them liars... I have had several other issues with this location as well in the past but this time just irritated me enough to give them a rating!

Need to get their stuff together give one price over the phone when u ger there total different price, always trying to charge extra fees, and try to charge for a second day not even half day if ur 15 mins past 8 am the next day

Rented an engine hoist 4 times from them. 2 of the 4 times the hoist wouldn’t lift the motor higher than the engine stand. Absolute garbage. To add to it, they tell you you didn’t use the equipment properly.

These guys always take care of my rental needs, both professionally and for home.

Very clean and attentive!

Reserved a side x side for a 1 month rental about 2 weeks ago. Went in to pick it up and magically earlier on Wednesday they had changed their policies to now not rent several pieces of equipment to customers without a business credit account. Very poor customer service, I will never rent from Sunbelt again, Nor do I trust them enough with my personal information to open a credit account with Sunbelt.
