STAY AWAY! AVOID! CAUTION! I would prefer to give no stars at all! Complete thumbs down! Made an appointment and KD Carpet was no call, no show. I even called to confirm appointment way ahead of time because Dorian was coming our way(which turned out to be a false alarm). Kept calling and leaving voicemails, no reply. Thanks to: A Clean Carpet and Upholstery, I got my carpets cleaned last minute and they did a great job. KD Carpet is the WORST EVER! They only have one good review and I bet its a buddy.

100 negative stars!!!!! No wonder the BBB (Better Business Bureau) score is a C! The initial call was for a quote. Of course he sold it perfectly! As a matter of fact, after I recieved several quotes, he had me convinced!!! I called back and made an appointment. At the time they didn’t have any, so we made it for a week later. Got a date and time. I was also having brand new cabinets put in so I scheduled everything around the floor cleaning. Low and behold I called the morning of to confirm and was told a ridiculous story that vans were getting maintenance (all vans really?!) this is what this business is about! I was told that he’d be there a little past my appointment time. Anyway my appointment time comes around and I wait a half hour, call and no answer. I leave a voicemail. I wait another hour and 45 minutes and call back, no answer. Leave another voicemail. I recieve a call 3 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment and he tells me the van still isn’t done! What BS! I should have read these reviews beforehand, if I would have i would NEVER had made the appointment!

Luis guaranteed the carpet cleaning he did for me and said that after it dried, it there was an issue to just call him back and he would take care of it. After the carpet dried, it didnt look like it had been cleaned at all and the deodorizer wore off after 24 hours. I tried to call him back the next day, and I texted him and emailed him. First he told me he was in a meeting and would call me back but didnt. Next when I reached him, he was going to check with his crew to see if he could get someone to come out, but never called back. After that, he simply dodged my calls. Needless to say on top of the $78 I paid for the carpet cleaning, I was charged $120 by my rental company because they said the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. I should have known something was up when he said it would only take him 20 minutes to clean my carpet. Terrible!!!

This Business and Business Owner is a complete FRAUD!!!! I originally contacted them on 4/19/19 for info on their service and prices for the carpet in my apartment (that I was preparing to move out of) to be cleaned. The Owner, he calls himself Luis provided me info and after telling me the cost, I let him know I also found a Groupon online for his services (same package itself) for 1/2 the cost of what he quoted me by phone and asked the difference. His town immediately changed and he tried to dissuade me from buying it. But if you dont want a potential customer buying your service from Groupon, tell me why would you advertise your business on the website? I made the decision to proceed and purchase the service via groupon and asked to schedule the carpet cleaning service, since I had to submit the keys to my apartment on 4/30/19. He acted like his schedule was so busy and told me he had more availability for 4/30/19 (again same day I had to submit my keys). I agreed to the date and we scheduled for the service to be at 8:30am. I never heard anything from him after that point.So I reached out to him on Sunday 4/28/19 to confirm my appointment w/ him for this morning-no response. So I called him a few times yesterday (4/29/19) and after several tries finally got him on the phone in which he confirmed todays appointment and time for 8:30am. I arrive at the apartment 8:30am-no sign of him. So I waited about 15min in case he could have been stuck in traffic-no sign of him still and no call/text to let me know he was maybe running late. I waited another 10min-nothing. Tried calling him and texting him-no answer. No follow up. It gets to be 9:15am still nothing from this fraudulent animal and Ive now lost count of the times Ive called and texted him to no success. Mind you, I had to go to work, plus submit my apartment keys. Overall, this fraud never contacted me at all today (no email, text, call-nothing) to let me know something happened or why he didnt show up. And thankfully I was able to get another carpet cleaning service over to take care of my apartment. So Im guessing because this fraud didnt like the fact that he wouldnt make much money since I purchased the service on groupon-this is how he treats customers.

Luis did a terrible job with my stairs carpet.I will never use their services again and definelly I dont recomend their services.I notice a visible uneven marks left by their equipment. After dried I brushed to even up.Still visible uneven, partially cleaned and durty areas. Also, all edges lefted visibly dirty and wasnt cleaned.I called him and texted with pictures of his visible bad job.Given him plenty of time and availibity to address the situation.After many ignored calls, voice messages and texts, I didnt hear back from him, up this moment, almost one month later.I felt totally scammed. Very disappointed.At this point I will looking to fix his mess by a reliable and professional company like theprevious one, wich did a great job.

I am happy with their service. Was scared by all the reviews (after i had already booked) but was happy to see all the stain were gone and my carpet being as good as new.

Never showed up for scheduled appointment. Didnt answer the phone or return calls.

My wife and I recently scheduled a cleaning with this company but we knew something was wrong when they still had not arrived to our home at the scheduled time. A brief phone call to Louis revealed that they had double booked themselves and would reschedule with us for a time later that morning. They missed that NEXT appointment, and from that point onward refused to take our calls or respond to our texts. My wife and I moved all of our furniture for nothing. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Total scam, carpet still have spots on them, did half the job, sent him pictures showing all areas that were not completed, replied back saying he would show up but never did, disputed the payment with credit card. Avoid!!!

The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. He talked down to me like I was an idiot and would not let me get a word in. Would not work with this company ever.
