I am so impressed by this company. A pipe in the basement of my building backed up into my unit and flooded my bathroom, closet and half my bedroom. Norman, Sara and Daniel came out even at 11:00 at night to stabilize and assess the damage. They came back the next day to finish the job and worked quickly even on a holiday weekend. Norman was always available to answer all my questions by text and they were all so professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

Team Leader Sara Paez and team was able to get through remediation fast and efficient in a timely manner. This was no easy task at hand so I give kudos to the crew for being able to handle it without issue.

Finding a service nowadays is hard. There will most likely be a problem somewhere along the way. This was not the case with Servpro. They proved they are the best at what they do.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The Crew, Gil and Norman did what they said they were going to do and informed us throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Where do I begin.. Had to use their services to remediate a slab leak that soaked the drywall in my master bath so it had to be removed and the walls dried out. I could write a book on the different issues but I think the problem is training. They ignored my requests for 2 days to address a suspected leak/water damage to our walk thru shower. Because it was not going to be covered by insurance they just ignored me. I informed them I knew that damage would not be covered under the current claim but still needed it addressed. That did nothing to convince them to inspect/remediate the areas and bill me.They removed at least one receptacle in the master suite and did not replace it so now we have no power in there. When I pointed it out to them I was told they were not qualified to put them back only take them out. I asked who was going to restore the electric and he said the next people referring to whatever contractor I hire to make all the repairs. I was astounded and just told them to finish and leave.I was prepared to just forget about the nightmare and move on with our repairs but they just left and I have mopped our hardwood floors in the bedroom three times now and I cannot get the grease up. They put down plastic in the tiled hallway but did not cover the hardwood. Ill have to investigate to find a product to degrease the floors without damaging the finish.The bottom line appears to me is that their biggest concern was doing the minimum while maximizing the amount of money they can get insurance companies to cough up. I felt like just a doorman in my own home because they would only respond to my insurance adjuster.I should add that the workers were very polite and obviously were just following their training and directions from the bosses.

Servpro of Southwest Orlando was fantastic, especially Lynne! Her attention to detail shows how much she really cares about what she does which for me is extremely important. This Servpro is completely different than other Servpros. If you need any restoration needs this is the place to call!
