The staff is great, from Michelle who was my first contact to Liz the ace in the hole, Ingrid who make sure the money is right, and Kayla and Romero who are the ones who make my franchise blossom and I can go to them with all my concerns and they are always there for me. Jan Pro was an incredible partner for our school over the past 5+ years. William Gilliam and Tammy Gardner owe me $621.50 and are refusing to pay me. They pay me under the table thru cashapp i have plenty of proof. I was supposed to get paid today for what i already worked and they declined it. I will be taking them to court. I have a 2 year old to care for and keep a roof over our head. While he brags about having 2 fridges slap full hell drop any bi#ch on a holiday it dont matter. Hes very unprofessional. Ive asked for cleaning supplies numerous times. I got them twice in 4 months.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO CLEAN FOR YOU!I am completely disappointed in this company and their services. I am the manager of a reputable company in Lake County and one of our laptops were stolen from our office from this crew the week before I had asked to switch crews due to the lack of cleanliness of my office. Police reports were filed and the owner, Michelle, was notified. She seemed sincere in that she wanted to resolve the issue and refund me for the missing laptop. Months go by and no refund and because because I didnt have proof that it was them. Michelle admitted that the 1st crew that was cleaning had hired UNAUTHORIZED people to clean my office. Basically these people didnt have a background check done and was allowed access to my facility. SCARY! The 2nd crew that JanPro hired for my office was constantly missing things and would have to come back to clean. When I wanted to cancel services because they do a TERRIBLE JOB cleaning they wont cancel and read lines from the contract. Basically Im stuck in a contract with a crew who doesnt clean properly AND this will be the 3rd crew they have hired for me. I wish we never hired this company.

I needed a new cleaning company to provide service on a 6500 sq ft facility. I called several commercial cleaning companies on angies list, as I am a member there. None of them could make it out in the timeframe I gave or the times i wantedAfter striking out on Angies List I turned to google and found Jan-Pro of Orlando. I spoke with them and explained my situation. They were very nice and Helpful since the very beginning. Thank you so much for your hard dedication to provide amazing customer service.Jan-Pro of Orlando Cares about there customers and they are willing to go the extra mile to earn and keep your business. They do amazing work and are priced better than their competition.

I have witnessed first hand how terrible this company is to franchise owners. They talk big in order to get you to invest your hard earned money. They will promise the world but in the end JanPro will turn their backs on you. This is one of the biggest swindles in the cleaning business. This has nothing to do with the people who clean, they may be doing a fantastic job keeping your business clean but the company itself is dirty. They do not treat franchise owners with respect and dignity beware of these people. BTW i dont lnow how many negative reviews they have but i do know if an owner writes a negative review they threaten to retaliate. I do not work for them, so there is nothing they can do :p stop being evil!
