Truck was dirty from rain/road spray after a ride on a car carrier, as you can see in the photos attached, the wash machine did not remove the dirt from anything but the smooth horizonal and vertical surfaces. anything with any curve, like the gap between the cab and bed, or around and under the mirrors not cleaned. you can see the effect of the rotating brush on the dirt in the photos. This was at the Curry Ford location in Orlando.

Wow. This place has sure gone downhill fast! Half the vacuums don’t work, none of the floor mat cleaners, four of them total, work. So glad I canceled my monthly membership or I’d be paying for things that are broken, that I can’t even use! Time to find a new car wash. It didn’t even get the truck very clean on the outside. For $25!?!

First time at this wash. First, got to the vacuums and every one of hoses at that spot I chose was completely blocked, all four! No excuse for this! Second, had to stop what I was doing and choose another spot. Next, the the carpet cleaner was broke. What? Last, no towels for customers. The Top Dog on East Colonial has towels for customers. Will not be going back this wash, back to Top Dog on East Colonial, far superior!

I called to cancelled membership since i moved out of town. They told me no worries, it will be cancelled. Now I realize they have kept charging me for the past few months. When you call, no one answers!! Do not get a membership with them! The phone number to all locations are the same which means you will not get an answer!

This is a great drive car wash. Probably the most comprehensive and complete car wash experience I have had for self service washes. They are not cheap or stingy with soap or solution in each section of cleaning you drive thru. Some barely spritz out where is they have practically a waterfall of soap and other solutions depending on your level of service you purchased. I purchased the guard dog top of the line speed pass which included 3 layers of wax including ceramic coating. The air dryers are some of the best Ive seen and blows off almost every water droplet. Their vacuums suction are top notch, the have air hoses, buckets with soapy sponges, car mat cleaners, glass cleaner sprays and even car towels. What more can you ask for!

The towels are wet and leave streaks. None of the floor cleaning machines work. Every stall has air blowers and two values. There is only 1 person running it. The line was non existent, I guess thats a good thing. Truthfully I would rather go to the Oviedo one the line may be longer and they may not have the mat washer but everything works and it cleans better

The free mat cleaning machine is awesome. The most fun Ive had at a car wash in a while. Vacuuming mats suck, this made it a breeze. The air duster where you vacuum your car works amazing for the nooks and crannys of your seat, vents, dash, behind steering wheel etc. Anywhere you cant reach with the vacuum. Definitely going to continue to be my go to car wash place.

Great car wash! Love the excellent vacuums. They have glass cleaner and those little air guns that are great. Only reason is not a 5 star is the towels are wet, not dry. But still one of the best car washes Ive used.

All 4 carpet washing machines out of order. there are no wet towels available. employees wasting time talking to each other. Why pay $ 40 a month for a lousy service?

This is one of the best car washes I have seen in a period of 12 years I have always been a do it myself kind of guy but after being with a friend and seeing the work I took my car there and I was glad it didnt leave any scratches just a smudge here and there but came right off with a simple wipe of a micro fiber that they surprisingly provide for Free! As well as a strong vacuum and pressured air to get the little specs that are hard to get at. The soap did happen to get stuck in my trunk jam but hey a simple blow and wipe and came right out.

So this car wash is great. Best I’ve seen in the area with lots of vacuum stations and extras you need to clean your car but one thing I don’t like is the dryers at the end I feel like they’re so aggressive in drying your car I just wish they would tone them down a bit. It hasn’t caused any damage but I can hear panels of my car popping in and out. If they could just lower the blowers a little bit it would be 5 stars for sure.

I had just purchased a monthly membership and Although my car was clean and I appreciate the fact that they have Windex and air blowers for the interior of the car, the tire cleaning service removed the paint from my rim. I’ve had this car for 2 1/2 years and never had a chip on my rims but after using their top car wash, a lot of paint is missing. I live down the street and work from home so I didn’t have time to create an incident but I will be returning today. I recommend they put the pressure down because this is not the only incident per previous reviews.

If I could seriously give this place a 0 rating I would. I tried it out because I live in avalon park. The prewash station has no istruments for you to actually pre wash, the actual wash was ok... I paid the $15 one just to try it out... However, when i actually parked to see what kinda cleaning the wash had done... yeah it did nothing to the rims and the car actually looked like the car shampoo they used didnt work. I went ahead and Attempted to start vacumming.... pressure was so low that whatever it actually vaccumed it actually dropped it back down. And when I went to use the carpet cleaning machine, both of them were out of use. I immediately got back in my car and left.The Car wash on University next to the metro diner provides absolutely everything for the same comparable price, and are always stacked, the pre wash stations are actually pre wash stations, and the basic wash...actually does its job.Dont waste your money, if you need a quick outside rinsing.. you might as well go to a gas station car wash.I am so glad I run tested it first...and the thing is that I ran into several customers who were annoyed with the lack of power in the vaccum and the availability to be able to wash the removable carpets from the vehicle. One guy went as far as saying that they were on top of stuff at the beginning but it was a big drop from there.I usually do not write commentaries like this. I like to promote local businesses, but too many people here locally work hard for their money to get taken advantage of. And this business is doing just that.

My recent experience at this car wash left me a little sour. First and foremost the manger on duty on the evening of 1-12-21 should be fired my car had chips on it from the car wash and the manager said there was nothing he could do about the incident, until the other 3 drivers pulled up to him with the same problem, only thing we could do is file a report and wait for them to come up with a solution.... (Being a member of this car wash I expect better customer service and going to cancel my membership)

I purchased the Top Dog car wash today. Would’ve like for the gentleman spraying the bug removal to do both sides but honestly for $15 I was overall very impressed. The “sudsy-ness” of the wash was on point. I normally go to a car wash off of Goldenrod and they hardly use any soap. This one was very thorough. My favorite part was the vacuum area. They provide terry cloths, glass cleaner, vacuums and something to clean the car mats. My car came out looking amazing! Will definitely come back here!

X Honestly people just love to complain about everything. Its affordable, its right next to my house, Im in and out, each person gets there own personal vacuums on each side of the car. If your lazy dont go to this car wash and if your the type that always need to talk to someone dont come here. Other then that I love this car wash.

I’m writing to express this frustration as for the past month of June, I have been charged multiple times & I typically dont write reviews but this one I had to. In a spark note: cancelled due to poor management.To backtrack I first had Car1 as the only car at this location and then I had my girlfriend add her Car2 on to a family plan as we had multiple vehicles and that is where it went downhill. They were unable to add Car2 due to a promotional period so they wanted to start it on a promotion and I switch to a family plan before the next monthly charge. I then got another vehicle (Car3) to add to the family plan but in doing so they discontinued the cars and I had to get in on a promotional because they said it was not possible. After being discontinued, they got me a new pass (which I paid for) on Car2 so I thought all was well. Turns out, it was not and it came to the end of the month in June so I wanted to have them all on the family plan but for some reason they could not figure this out and terminated Car3 so I terminated Car1 also. They gave me a new badge (which I paid for) for Car3.Today on July 14, 2021 around 6:40pm, I pulled into the station and it would not work so I pressed the help button but no one would respond so I called the store and told them I was waiting outside. This is where things began to get frustrating as he told me that my sunpass was blocking the RFID so I should remove it (even though I’ve been coming here since the day they opened this branch on Curry Ford). I removed it and it wouldn’t work so he told me to come inside. I got inside and he asked for my credit card number to pull up my account. I told him it’s an Apple Card (meaning the numbers are not physically there) so I attempted to use the digital number but it did not show on the screen. He began to get rude with me insisting that I went to a different location to get this pass and that he’s been working there for over 20 years saying I need my card or he can’t search. I said no, search by my last name and then the cars showed up. The one that was given to Car3 would not show a status so I asked what’s the reason for this and he said it’s not in the system. I showed him the charge on my card and he said he didn’t care as I must’ve went to a different location, even though I’ve been here every week since open day. Then he began to threaten me saying that it looks as if I am joining only on promotions and they should ban my account even though all I wanted was a family plan but they kept adding me to the promotion. He did not want to hear this and to make matters worse, I went for my receipts to show the multiple payments from these events and he said he doesn’t care for those as those are not the receipts even though the location is shown at the top of each one. I have PDFs but for obvious reasons, I wont attach here.Never have I ever been so disrespected and I still tried to work with him, but he told me I needed to come back as it was almost closing time so I should come in the morning. I told him no, I’m trying to work with you and make this work but he said I can’t help you without the credit card number which for me was not a possibility. In light of all of this, I terminated my account and it was not due to the actual car wash but due to the poor management which I came across.

My paint on my new car got scracted. I recommend you bless. Management was pretty nice and did not mind correcting the issue.

I canceled my membership. Mat cleaners dont work. I asked an employee about it, he said its an ele trial problem . None of the knows work on them. For the 5th time they are COMPLETELY out of towels. Glass cleaner is nowhere in sight. A TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Go anywhere else. Use a garden hose. This place sucks!socks! On top of everything else, an employee comes by and throws my floor mat in the trash. I have no words to adequately express how bad this place is!

The staff was helpful, but no one wore a mask when speaking to me. The automated car wash was average. I purchased an upgraded wash and It did nothing for the bumpers or wheels, by the side mirrors and license plate seemed untouched. After the wash they have good spaces for vacuuming along with clean towels to use. The pre-wash area had buckets and liquid but no rags or anything to use to dislodge bugs and stuff. In all, not worth the money.

Waited almost 10 minutes in line.... Guessing it was because the attendant was selling a monthly plan to the car at the front of the line. After the initial 7-8 minutes of waiting, another attendant came out but instead of immediately taking people to his lane he stood there with the first guy talking to the first car. After about another 2-3 minutes he opened a second lane.Rinse cycle water was soapy so it didnt get all the soap off. Dry cycle did blow it off the exterior.... Right into the door jambs 😕 Nice that they have a covered area with free vacuums and glass cleaner but no paper towels or rags. Another plus is that they have a bug pre-wash area but because the line backed up the person in the pre-wash area had a hard time backing out to get in the line.

Was VERY disappointed, paid for premium car wash and me and my wife had to take clean rags and wipe all the dirt of the car wash didnt get!!, which was over 25% of car. I was so disappointed i didnt want to run thru again since they missed soooo much. My wife has a white Toyota Camry and the running boards were very dirty, so was the whole back and front of car. Will NEVER go back EVER!!. Update; sent email to customer service and they sent an email to fix the problem and asked for my phone number and I have never heard from them!!! 6-25-21

Great employees and a quality car wash. But anything above the lowest option ($8) is pretty pricey ($13+). Free vacuums but some of them were not working. They also have free automated car mat washers but 2 out of the 3 were also broken. A nice place but needs better upkeep of their equipment.

First time there and the car wash was really nice, as the car was washing it had a lot of soap once the car came out it was very clean, the staff is very polite and friendly. I joined the Top Dog membership it was way more affordable than the other carwash I used to go to on Colonial and Alafaya. Thank you Top Dog.

This is the worse car wash I have ever been at. Prices are not the best and your car always have soap residue on it after each wash. Not only that manager dont seem to agree and have the same rules, before I purchase my cargo box and place it on my Prius I ask them if there was going to be any issues and the told me that none, well they lie after 3 months of it apparently a new manager seems to have one now and told me that he wont let me thru and get a wash because my car cargo box was not allow super unprofessional and I feel this people should stick to the rules and not lie to customers like they did to me. Of course is easy to say I can cancel your membership but thats not fixing my issue is fixing there ego. Top dog at curry ford is garbage

I bought the $30 membership on the Altamonte Springs location for my car. I have family in Orlando so when I pass by to visit I always come here. When I compare both locations, the Altamonte one is smaller and older but it kicks Curry Ford’s butt! They have so much quality control and a better overall service. Curry Ford’s speed pass system doesn’t always work and their drying blowers are WAY to strong and they don’t dry as much. My car always looks cleaner when I go to the Altamonte location.

Awesome. This place has it all. Vacuums, window cleaner, towels & a cleaning machine that will clean your mats. For under $40/month, you cant beat it as you can have your car washed everyday if you want to. The location off 434 just south of 436 does oil changes too.

This wash broke the stock shark fin antenna on my wife’s 2017 Ford Explorer sport. She tried calling just to see if they could retrieve the cover for her so I could try to glue it back on, with no response.

The line attendant guy this morning was super professional even though I drove in the wrong lane because I don’t have a membership lol. Also the young man inside the car wash was equally as professional.

Dude. This place is by far the best in Orlando. They have 4 machines to wash car mats. The vacuums are powerful. The place is clean. No loud music while you wash. The bad thing is that you can find a lower price for a basic wash. Prices start at $8 and move up as you increase in services. I would look for deals or coupons. This place is kicking. Try it out.

I have a 2019 toyota camry. I bought it zero milage and went there for a car wash. But my car was screwed in the car wash, and I know my car very well this was not there before. I keep calling them they say the manager will get back to you and nobody calls back. It was a poor service. They ignore your issue. So if you have a toyota camry don’t go and wash your car there because it will be screwed.

I checked the reviews before I went in myself. There are some bad reviews so let me address them... I saw a post speaking of bugs remaining in their car.. Top dog has a special parking section with cleaning supplies so you can pretreat those tough stuck on spots. They also have free vacuums and window cleaner along with towels for your convenience. You cant beat the unlimited value they are offering so go in yourself and try it out. I will be back again and again.

This car wash was great!! They have a monthly deal promotion going on and the water pressure is good. They were very friendly and the vaccum pressure was strong and they include the air pressure gun for your mats which I havent seen at other car wash places. This will be my new spot.

The machine works great, it drys most of the car. The clean towels in the vacuum area is a nice touch.

Be careful with this place. They sold my husband on a $10 promotion for one month of unlimited washes. He was told if he came back anytime after the month, the price would be $42. He hasnt gone back but today we got charged $42! Once they have your cc number, they will charge your card.

It takes a lot for me to want to use my time to write a review so I hope who ever reads this can benefit when deciding if this is a good company to use. The Curry Ford Road / 417 location was recently build by my house so I thought it would be good to sign up for the monthly membership for unlimited washes. First the quality. It’s no better than any drive through car wash. The issues I had (but dealt with until I recently decided to cancel due to a horrible experience with one of their workers) are 1. Even though they have someone spray the front of your car with a high pressure hose, my car still comes out the other end with bug spots that need to be removed. 2. The end drying part never completely dries your car so it leaves water spots. 3. It always somehow knocks the right rear view mirror off and I have to get out of the car to manually adjust it and put it back in place. 4. The hours are 8am-8pm which don’t seem bad but with my 9-9pm schedule, that only allowed me to utilize it on my days off, if I’m not already busy. Now for the whole reason I’m writing this review. Under no circumstances is it ever ok to be disgustingly rude to a customer. I went today to get a car wash and as I approached the entry, there was a narrow opening with a sign about shield protection sort of in the way. My thought was that the wind must have moved it. I waited for a minute to find someone to ask them to move it but no one was around. There was one guy who was talking with a car in the entry to the car wash but no one else. I decided to just deal with it myself and drive through the narrow opening. Just as I did, that same guy turned around and started walking to my car. He threw his hands out in the air and started getting mad and saying they were down. I then understood why there was a narrow opening. I lowered my window to explain myself to the man and to even apologize and as I started to, he kept shaking his head and walked away and toward that shield protection sign to close the opening more. He ignored me and I even said to him, “Sir I’m trying to talk to you.” He shook his head more, and said “I don’t have time for this,” while pointing to a phone he had in his hand. I said, “ok so how can I get out then?” And he pointed to the gate lever he pulled up. I was so confused and shocked that he acted that way and then I became angry because I initially was trying to apologize as if I did something wrong. As I drove home I became more angry as I thought about it. Why didn’t they have a sign up? Why couldn’t he just have came over to me to apologize himself that the service I pay for, is not working. Why couldn’t he give me a time when it would be best for me to come back. I googled the company name and couldn’t easily find a corporate customer service number. So I called the Lake Nona location and asked for it. He told me that they don’t have one and that the best he could do is to forward my information to his district manager. I told him that every corporate company has a customer service number and asked for it again so I wouldn’t have to spend time searching for it online. I then realized he wasn’t going to give it to me (if it does exist) and told him why I was calling and how angry I was. He then told me that his district manager just so happened to be there today and asked if I wanted to speak to him. I told him yes. When Tim got on the phone he was very quit and listened but didn’t have much to say. I told him that while I was waiting for him to get on the phone, I decided that the service wasn’t worth it and that I wanted to cancel. He then mentioned that it was already paid for. It felt a little like pulling teeth to get him to tell me that he was going to cancel it. He had nothing to say about my comments of the quality of the car wash so if it was something that could be easily fixed, I will never know. But what I do know is I just wasted the past 10 minutes to write this review. So please save your time and money. The car wash service only cleans the outside of your car and no better than the cheap gas station car washes

Not happy with it. I went for the basic one $8 and the windshield was left dirty and around the car the bottom/side part was literally all dirty still. You were able to see the rain dusty dirt. I have been to other car washes and pay for the regular service and it comes out great!

Employees are very nice but the manager is very unprofessional. Bad attitude when you ask to downgrade from grand opening special to a cheaper monthly package.

I went yesterday to use this place. Unfortunately, the wash was poor. All the back of my car was all dirty, the sides had dirty spots also. My neighbors dad had the same issue.

I don’t know where to start, the best car wash that I’ve visited by far ! They have so fast vacuums, they have also washer for mats, you just put your mat inside and it was and dry by the washer machine really amazing, will definitely come back.

It does an ok job, doesnt really feel like it cleans that well but gets most of the dirt off the car...you will probably need to detail it some. Also not sure you get everything you pay for...

If you decide to do the monthly make sure you know that they will charge you without authorization every month.

DO NOT use this company. They mislead their customers and treat you horribly when you try to raise your concerns. I visited during their opening event and was offered a month of unlimited carwashes for 9.99. I explicitly asked the attendant if I would be charged for it again and he said no, and explained I could renew it IF I wanted to. I was then saw a charge for 40 dollars on my account which I did not approve. I was never asked for an email, or even phone number to indicate that this was a subscription service. When I contacted them and expressed my confusion and concern I was quickly dismissed, the person on the phone immediately took the side of the attendant without listening to my full complaint. I even explained I had a receipt where it is not stated at all that I would be automatically charged every month. If that were the case I would have never agreed. They are rude and care very little about their customers.To be clear I never even called to renew the service because after the first time I went through their carwash I was incredibly disappointed with their services.Just dont bother. Go to a different one. There are plenty of good carwashes in this town.

This new car wash is beautiful! There’s a prep station where you can scrub off bugs, then you go through the car wash into vacuums.

I hate driving in a dirty car so I love the unlimited car wash pass. Staff is always friendly and all the amenities are always stocked (glass cleaner & clean towels) all that is missing is signage for the fast pass clients lane.

I was told $10 a month. They never mentioned it was $39.99 afterwards monthly, they emphasised that only $10 so next month I get my bill is $42.59 which surprised me.
