I saw the good reviews and thought I could trust this place. What I got was a bad first time experience. I paid $25 for their second best wash option. I pulled around to the inside to receive the vacuuming and was informed I didnt purchase the inside service.The man I spoke with said I could pay $11 more to have them do the inside which I was willing to pay, but then team leader said they couldnt honor that, and that Id have to pay $26 on top of what I already to get the inside vacuumed. Nothing fancy! I cant believe a wash that expensive doesnt come with at least a towel dry and for their workers to vacuum the inside! Every other car wash Ive been to does that same amount of work, or more for the same amount of money, or less! So the value is not here and I felt like this was a rip off.Also I didnt have enough time for the vacuum and thankfully they gave me another code, but my other big complaint is the vacuum hose has to be stretched across your car when youre trying to vacuum the other side. This caused the hose to bounce up and down and smack my truck every time I moved it. Every other self serve vacuum place Ive been to you can use the vacuums on both sides and not have to even enter a stupid code. Terrible first experience here.

I have the monthly club service and it allows you to get your car clean as many times in one month. My car is never dirty. The club service comes with a vacuum code so the vacuum is free. If your coming multiple times a week then the vacuum only takes you a few minutes to re-clean it. Amazing place!!!!!

The manager worked with me to get exactly what I needed for my car and direct customer service was great. $20.00 only inside detail cleaning. It did the job, but there were dog hairs still all over my back seats. I understand it is hard to clean and it takes time, but the service wasnt free. Maybe, I wouldve considered paying more to have the job completely done. The air vents had dust and the cup holders were still dirty. Lesson: If you want a job done as how you like it, do it yourself. I have been here before to wash my car through the machine and its good. If youre looking to refresh your cars exterior, come here.

I went 2 days ago, they talked to me about this new wash that they have ceramic express. It was the first time I got a ceramic product on my car. The car looks really good! and on rainy days I start to notice how the car dry faster than usual, avoiding water spots. Worth the money. Definitely will be back again!

Car wash itself is great. The bonuses are not worth it. Vacuums are very weak and are timed. They also are only on one side of your car so if you vaccum your other side and have an SUV. Expect it to scratch the top. The tire shine is never worth it. We have the monthly subscription when another carwash we went to closed. Its almost double but not worth the price. A new one is opening and well be cancelling to go there. Id use for last minute quick wash without and a basic vacuum only.

When they first open this was a good place to go get your car washed on Wednesday with wacky car wash. It was only $4. In the last 6 months they upped it to $8.

Place is fast, clean, and efficient. I recommend a monthly subscription.First month $5+tax. Pay what ever wash you chose, (you can down/upgrade two days before due date on charge).They do a good job.. Free vacuum. 😃

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience from the moment I entered to make the payment on the machine, an employee full of attitudes. And then there was another one who looked like he was going to attack me. the other employee very grudgingly wiped the car before he got inside the machine to clean the outside. And they cleaned my car very bad inside, the service was terrible!!! the car got in dirty and got out dirty. I usually wash my cars in the same network in Doctor Philips and its very good there, the service and their work are great!! but at Millenia it left something to be desired.

They leave everything dirty, tires and interiors, its not worth paying full service, I better wash it at home.

Never have I gone thru a car wash like this one. Where my vehicle actually came out dirtier then when it went in. Be aware. There machines may have a build up of dirt on them and need cleaning.

I moved to Orlando and where I live has a lot of trees. That means my car is covered in pollen. This car wash was nearby and it was a busy weekend but they had things moving along quite well. They did a superb job!

Being charged 25cents per minute of vacuum is a scam. They’re free everywhere else. If I knew this before I’ve never come here. Had to go to another car wash so I could vacuum my car properly and comfortably.

I live around the area where this car wash is and i happen to stop by for a quick wash and vacuum. I have an older car Honda crv and i had a tire cover over my spare wheel that i always forget to remove before entering the car wash, anyways i didnt notice until later in the day that it was missing and i called the car wash and they informed me that they had it!... long story short i would like to thank Michelle and Xavier for searching for my wheel cover... losing it wasnt a big deal if they couldnt find it but they went above and beyond to see that i got it back... Xavier had initially found it and hid it somewhere in the office to make sure no one threw it away which i thought was very sweet and considerate! he hid it so well that Mitchell had to search cameras to track it again... ! LOL again above and beyond for something so minor not only was that exceptional and superb customer service it was the dedication for me and the consideration... they could of just brushed me off but they didnt they went above and beyond to help me... i truly appreciate there time and the extra mile they went.... thank you so much for everything you two! may this year bring you all the health, wealth and happiness and more others like myself proud to know there are sincere and considerate people still in this world who care !!! xoxo

Sweetwater Car Was is an average outfit. The problem I have is that their employees do not have any enthusiasm and do the bare minimum in preparing the grill mirrors and rear of the car before you enter the auto wash, if at all.

I travel a long distance and Sweetwater car wash had a special for $5 for the 1st month. During that month I went often and my car still never got clean. I even chose the most expensive wash. It was really easy to cancel by talking to a manager.

Poor quality inside job. Liquid left inside center console cubby along with crumbs and dirt on center console and between seats. Regular car wash for 37 bux plus tip. Major training needed.

Had full service and I could have done a better job myself. They vacuum the van but left the trash inside on the back row. I go to pick up the trash and crumbs went everywhere. Later that day I went and redid it myself, $36 down the drain.

Conveniently located next to Wawa Gas Station. They have several wash packages and membership. They have Wacky Wednesday but they raised the price to $6.99 from I think $4.99 for the very basic wash. Your receipt has the code for the vacuum. If you run out of time, just ask and they’ll give you extra 15 minutes.

The Cash wash service is Fantastic. I have their membership so often go for car wash there. Would Surely recommend to people.

Yesterday I was in a rush time and after bought wash service I tried to use vacuum machine and it wasnt working good. In fact that vacuum machine make me lost more time. I suggest not use those vacuums.

Car wash doesnt clean any differently whether you pay $7 or $15+... When I spoke to the manager that several areas were still dirty, he told me the car wash was just a machine and can only do so much, and sent someone to wipe off my license plate. The add insult to injury the vacuum was so weak it doesnt even pickup beach sand. So I just wasted 20 min and $15 to just have to go elsewhere to actually wash my car properly. Definitely will not be going back in spite of how conveniently located it is

For a quick fix it isnt bad. I usually handwash my car, but was looking for a place incase I didnt have time. Im weary of automatic car washes with brushes, but after 2 trips I dont see any scratches and the brushes look well maintained. It doesnt result in the same shine as handwashing with a good car soap, and I do worry about what it might do to the wax after a few trips, but as I said in a pinch it will get the car clean and save time.

I would not risk taking your vehicle to this car wash. If anything happens to your property while on theirs, they will document the problem for their own records and they will refuse to provide you any information regarding the issue. I myself am a member at this car wash.However, this car wash has caused damage to my friends new vehicle and refused to provide any information other than the verbal word of Gregory (manager) that he would receive a follow-up call two days later. He did receive that call. However, instead of providing any information or resolution, Gregory informed him that he must drive back up to the car wash on Wednesday at noon, 4 days later, to speak with someone from corporate regarding the claim. Out of frustration that the issue was not being taken seriously and there was never any level of trust built, my friend wrote an honest review on google about what happen. Today when he arrived on time at 12, he was approached by someone who insisted he leave the property, otherwise he would be trespassed. He tried to speak with them further. However, they kept saying there is nothing that can be done and they did not want to work with him any further and that he must leave or the police would be called to trespass him.Before my friend left, they accused him of getting in Gregorys face which never occurred. From what I understand, he was in his vehicle for most of his visit except for when he first arrived to point out he damage, he exited to do a full inspection of the vehicle, and to also let another team of management know he was able to locate dash cam footage of the incident.Now, not only has the business refused to help my friend and resolve the issue they caused, they are now also lying further. They responded to his review on google with a long response. One point they made in the review is “To identify a hairline scratch (which we identified on our camera system before the car enters the tunnel).” This is invalid because I spoke with Gregory today who said “We don’t have any physical proof that it happen here, it’s his word against ours”.Also, my friend never claimed that there was $50k worth of damage. He was simply displaying how much the new vehicle he just got was valued at.After all of this, today Gregory said  “Just let ****** know if he takes down that email everything will be fine corporate wants to sue him and come after him because of what he did on the email and the way he addressed me and talked to me” and later “If he does not take down the email we will follow with further, you know, legal issues”. Please use caution when choosing this company. All my friend wants is for this business to fix what they did wrong and repair his vehicle.I will never go to a sweet water car wash ever again due to the franchise management lying and threatening customers with legal action just for speaking the truth about there business.

I am a person who believes in second chances and it is the second chance I gave Sweet Water Car Wash Millenia and they do not deserve my sponsorship. Second time that I request and pay for a service that I do not receive and when you complain to the manager, he assumes a perpotent and uncompromising attitude, without any desire to solve or fix the displeasure alleging that the service they offer is a courtesy and not its something the customer pays for. That when you request cleaning of floor mats they are only the ones in the front and that if you want them to clean the back you have to pay extra. Their staff does not know the product they sell. The work is poor and the car does not look good. And to finish the machine it ruined the antenna of my car and they knowing this, they made the long view. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

They weren’t able to remove tree sap stains. I was recommended to go to Walmart and buy sap remover. Wasted time and $30

There equipment stopped while I was in the middle of a wash. Instead of having me move out, they continued the was while I was in the middle. Their second rolling brush did not have the proper time/distance to fully reset. Instead it caused damage to my vehicle ($50k) that is only a few weeks old with only about 1000 miles on it. This all occurred Saturday June 27th. I was promised a call today, Monday June 29th. I have since received that call however instead of taking care of the matter that keep pushing the issue further and further with no promise of having my hood properly repaired! To top it all off I have video proof from my dash cam!Update, I showed up today Thursday 7.1.20 and was immediately told to leave their property otherwise I would be trespassed. Also lied to me and told me that I got in the managers face which never occurred. They also refused to provide corporate contact information or the information of the insurance company. Then after speaking with the police, the manager approached my vehicle and took a photo of my licenses plate even though they supposedly have video footage of my vehicle and the scratch. If they have proof I’ll drop everything but they don’t because their equipment damaged my vehicle.Also this review can be changed and turned into a 5 star if I would be provided proper service. I am only speaking the truth in what occurred and will not be silenced.

By far the best car wash in the area. At $22 for UNLIMITED car washes, you cant go wrong. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The vacuums are on timers and my car is usually dirty, so I need more time, but the attendants never hesitate to get you another vacuum code. Keep up the good work.

Its a nicely built car wash. The water sprayers are at a nice high pressure so the car really comes out clean. You have to use the code on your receipt to activate the vacuums for 10 minutes. Any extra time will have to be paid for. My only issue was the guys who were directing me into the car wash were pretty rude.

So you pretty much get what you expect from a manual wash spots missed in different corners of the vehicle that you have to manually wash when you get out. My primary issue was the attendant that was their in the beginning upon turning the corner they immediately blasted the windshield with water which made it impossible to see the directions on the sign. Obviously since they were splashing my car with a hose I wasn’t going to roll down the window. The attendant was very rude when I couldn’t follow the directions On the sign due to water being all over the windshield and not being able to clearly see them that alone will probably keep me from coming back again. Work on your guest service a sub par wash I can deal with if the attendants are at least pleasant and understanding.

Use this company at your own risk. They have horrible customer service skills and instead of finding a resolution to an issue they would rather escalate them. They are liars and will not honor their guarantees. Also, based on a previous review, they will threaten people who leave negative reviews.

Got myself a used 2004 Ford pickup truck. You could tell that it was not washed in ages. The staff at Sweetwater did some type of magic because the truck ended up with a shine that was not possible before. The truck looks almost brand new, at least in my eyes. Thank you guys so much for making my old truck look like new again. You guys ROCK!!!

Don’t waste your $ here. Go to the Doctor Phillips Sweetwater if you’re getting “The Works” Full Wash. I have never had a problem with DP location and decided to try Millenia since I was closer at the time. I tried to voice my concerns and was told what I wanted was “detail” work that they don’t do. Tell me how I’ve been paying for the same wash at DP and received have been receiving better results? I drove to the DP location to have them redo the work this location did and also some mat/seat washes (since this location apparently doesn’t do any detail services).

Quick & Clean

Drove up to some workers standing there to find out I needed to go around and paid at a machine to which I paid 14 dollars for a good exterior wash including vacuuming. You are the one that put it through the machine itself and afterwards you have to get out of your car and do the vacuuming YOURSELF with a code from the receipt.....no where in the place it says it is a self car wash!!!....why do they have workers standing around when you do it yourself?!? ..DONT RECOMMEND IT!

Thank you for taking care of my 2019 Raptorwith the Works wash and attention to detail.You really shouldn’t charge extra $4 to clean the rear all weather mat. $30 Full Service should cover that. If not disclose that and have it in your Extras screen to clarify it’s a up charge.

So happy they finally opened this wash by us! I’ve always gone to the one in Dr. Phillips and now I can go here. These people do a great job and they’re always friendly! Most people just don’t know a good priced wash when they see one. If you’re looking for a deal they have a wacky Wednesday deal for $4 and the wash still comes out great!

Got a $30 works wash and my car came out like brand new, all the employees were nice and worked on the car pretty fast. My 2014 BMW M3 came brand new like It was out of the dealership after Ingot my service done. One of the manager named Mike, was helpful and the pay station since it was my first time going to Sweet Water Car Wash, great service and great prices something that you are not going to get in any other car wash in Orlando. Definitely I will bring all my cars and get the same service done. Best car Wash in the area.

I chose the $30 wash... I would have been better off just getting car washed and me cleaning the inside myself. The cup holder was closed to distract and make me think it was cleaned. My doors weren’t wiped down at all as well as the chairs. I will say whichever attendant vacuumed did a great job from what I can see. My experience with SW was by far better at the Windermere location. Disappointed that I just wasted $30. If you don’t care about your coins go there, but I work to hard to give mine away. I watched the attendants from the window and could tell they weren’t doing a thing. I came home and cleaned what they didn’t. An extra 45 minutes that could have been avoided had I done it myself.

I have always used Buffit. on John Young, but having moved to the Millenia area, I decided to give Sweetwater a try. My car hasnt been this clean and shiny since the day I bought it. Door jams are squeaky clean, as is everything else! Im extremely pleased with the team who cleaned my car, as well as the time it all took! You have a new customer for life! Thanks so much!
