First time at this car wash. I received a voucher from Classic Honda for a free car wash. The workers seem nice. It got the job done on getting my car washed.COVID19: Nobody was wearing a 😷 mask.This is why I can’t give it 5 stars.

Not bad for an automated wash if one wants to be lazy or no place to do it yourself. I do believe the old fashion way is better, but this quick and convenient.

Paid for the top cleaning package at $18.99 W/ $10 tip. Rims were supposed to be cleaned along with a couple other detailing of things as advertised. None of that happened. We might as well purchased the lowest package advertised. Will not return and I recommend if you do go here. DO NOT PURRCHASE ANY PACKAGE OVER $10

Excellent wash equipment. Butter then most and it cleans better then others. I go to many drive through car wash and their equipment is a notch better than the other. I did not use the self-serve vacuum but theyre drying blower is pretty weak.if you got dirty car definitely come in and try their $5 wash

Staff takes time to let you know about special deals and do a good job with pre wash scrubbing. Makes it worth while even with all the rain

No matter whos at the register, Im always greeted with respect and professionalism. It is hard to find a great car wash with a great price, and the Roadrunner package suits my needs for the price that they offer. Im able to come and get my car washed every single day for a low price. I work in the construction field where my vehicle is covered in cement or sand every day, so it is a necessity or the sand will eat through my paint. Your shop has never let me down, thanks for all the great service, you have a lifelong customer.

Would give it a five star but the free vacuums are not the best but much appreciation for their employee name Justin he is a hard worker and has excellent customer service skills hes a keeper and deserves a promotion and a raise in pay.

Had an unfortunate issue with the bird in my neighborhood and these berries they eat. My vehicle was COVERED in bird poop and exploded berries. They were able to get 98% of the dried berries off my car and with little effort.

Job well done friendly service vacuum free very clean so thats why I rated it at 5

All services, vac. & stalls maintained well. Occasionally soap & wax sprays not operating. Need to watch for that.

Last time I went there to wash my car one of my tire was damaged I would not recommend this place

Have had the monthly plan for about a yea year the Johnn Young location is the best.Vehicle comes out clean and even the tires get shined not 1 spot missing .2 other locations to take advantage of the monthly plan on Winter Garden Rd & Kirkman and in Sanford, they also have daily washes and only the location on Johnn Young Pkwy has do it yourself bays.Great Job Road Runner!

Ok spot to clean your car. Just in a tight area so cant really take wide turns to get in and out of there. Maybe if it was in a different pocation would be better for customers.

Chipped my paint on brand new car. Check your paint before you leave. Manager will laugh at you over the phone for saying its chipped after you left. Total dick about it before saying have a nice day, and hanging up. Dont ruin your car by coming here.

$15 a month for a carwash everyday with free vacuum is a steal. They have detail service also!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My rocker panel was damage because the employee do not pay attention when given the instructions. He said, sorry but we cannot do anything, I leave my name and phone number to speak with their manager and unfortunately I don’t received any calls from him.

DO NOT GO HERE, they have skim my debt card... and made a purchase on the same street at 7/11 for $1.60 then Best buy on OBT near Florida mall for $1116.79 then at wawa in Kissimmee for 98.72... and tried to steel my rims... when i asked the guy said it might have came off in wash tunnel.....THE GUY at the booth he is the one who skimmed my card ... they are bunch of thefts DO NOT GO HERE.....honestly wash and detailing was not even a okay JOB

Best car wash in town

Don’t go to this car wash!! No competitive in price or service!!!!! They are totally over priced. I have paid $15 for just one minute machine car wash. They don’t do towel dry or no other service for the price. The manager did not show any professionalism and handle the situation with bad attitude. They are so many car wash around the area and this is the worst place I would ever want to stop by.
