The guys are a little fast paced and want you to make a decision rather quickly. Understandable being as theyre running a business. But I could have used a few more mins to decide what kind of tint I wanted and not felt pressured on my decision. They had it tinted faster than they said it would take which was nice. And theyre prices are very reasonable. I checked with a few other companies who were a lot more expensive. Chris was the gentleman who helped me and he was very helpful and explained everything in detail as far as choosing the right tint for my vehicle and they did a great job tinting my vehicle. Definitely would recommend them to anyone whos looking for a tint company. Overall a great tint job but when they first pulled my car out, I noticed a giant bubble at the edge of my visor strip. I informed the manager and he pulled a plastic knife out and got rid of it for me. I also had alot of dried water mess on my center stack. Oh and one spot looks jaggy on my visor strip but you cant see it from the outside but it bugs me a little. I chose this place because of the reviews and the exceptional 3M endorsement they have but if they stepped up the customer experience a bit they could have something. Oh and take care of that ant problem in the waiting area please.

Honestly the labor was great and in time. I’m giving 1 because just of the guy who oriented me. This is my first time adding tints and honestly I did not know anything about the difference types legal, illegal, etc. Once he gave me the options I let him know clearly that I wanted the legal darker tint in the front. When I saw the car, the tint was way to dark. I confirm with another employee that I may have trouble with the law, the tint was in the ilegal parameters. I had to let them know that if they could change it and they said I would have to pay extra. I had to let them know if they could take the tint out. They did still charged me. I understand the labor cost but definitely the guy who oriented did not perform the job.

Came in off of a recommendation. Received great that was efficient! They didn’t try to upswell me for the sake of making money. They listened to my needs and recommended the best options for me. The service was quick too! I am very happy with my decision to use their services.

I came here to get my car cleaned inside because someone had thrown up in it and I wanted my seats cleaned and the seat belt that was thrown up on. The guy who took my car (beard and tatted arm can’t remember his name) quoted me 110 which I thought was fine. I waiting about an hour and a half and my car was done. I left without checking it trusting that they did a good job because the reviews were so good. About 3 minutes after leaving I noticed the seat belt on the passenger side wasn’t cleaned at all. It had stains all over it still. So I brought it back and they were very nice about making sure it was done right and I was assured that seat belts aren’t the norm to clean and I figured it was just overlooked which happens. I didn’t wait 4 or 5 hours to get it cleaned they did it in a timely manner and I walked in with no appointment on a Friday. Also earl the owner made it a point to call and make sure that I was satisfied with the service I received which doesn’t happen often. so UPDATE (next day) I’m changing my stars because over closer examination of my car (which now I know needs to be done AT THE PLACE and I am way to trusting of people) it doesn’t look like a job worth 110 dollars honestly. My emergency break cloth is still completely dirty and the glass/plastic part around my shift gear is spotty and smudged as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. I just feel like 110 dollars is a lot for cleaning the inside of a Toyota and it should’ve been done better. If I ask for a detailing the it needs to be detailed not surfaced cleaned.

I initially chose this place because they gave me the best (lowest quote). It’s also for my car that I’m leasing versus own and the guy I spoke with when I called heard that and was very straight up with me in suggesting the more affordable tint that was still great quality. Even though they were super backed up because of how busy they were, they got my car finished in the amount of time they quoted and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. They obviously care about taking care of their customers and they really stand behind their product and their work. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing tint in Orlando!

After getting my car done by pro tint, I find it to be unprofessional. Noticed particles behind my tint as I was getting ready to leave and had to go back because of that. Got my car back and as I drove off I started to watch my tint and noticed theirs a bubble with water behind my tint, call them back to ask if that was normal. They guy responded Bubbles are normal yes and I ask again if he meant regular bubbles or bubbles with water and he immediately hung up on my face when I was trying to verify that. I would not recommend them as far as my experience goes. I’ve been to better that did it once and once was enough. I’m hoping I don’t have to go back after three days but I can see I might have to go back due to the fact I already can see my tint lifting up on my passenger glass already and I have not touched my windows. In fact I put tape on them so I know I won’t forget to do so. Very nice but when ask questions about things I have not experienced before, to be hung up on while I was asking a question, very disrespectful.

Took my new van here straight from the dealership on 8/30/20 because of good google reviews.Very sloppy work! A couple windows needed to be redone because hair and bubbles were found under the tint.Van was left a mess nothing was wiped down after install. The worst part was the two cuts left on my dashboard. Manager said he would notify the owner but I was never contacted. Paid $850.00 for sloppy work. Wouldn’t recommend.

Recently had my toyota corolla tinted. It was fast service at a great price. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because I had a smudge mark on my window I thought would get cleaned before they placed the tint but now its still their with a tint covering it. Overall great price and excellent quality

Have been using this place for years.Evwry car Ive taken there came out perfect. People always complain about bubbles. I did at first until I was told they need to dry in which the do. 5 🌟 company by far! Same owner for over ten yrs. That speaks volumes!

This is the 2nd time that I have been here. I added my front windshield to the mix. As they were the first time - awesome. The work is phenomenal, great customer service, tremendous people. Most importantly they treat you right with superior products and back it up with their warranty.

I call in yesterday 8/30/21 Spoke to harold something like don’t remember exactly his name, i call And nobody pick up then after like 10 to 15 minutes someone call me, that part was great! So when I specifically ask him about 3m ceramics and told him about my tesla model 3 he said it will me 500 dollars and 250 for the front wind shield i said find see you tomorrow! Got there they said the ceramic was 950, if he would’ve told me this over the phone i will never go today 8/31/2021. Thanks again for giving me miss information and wastingMy time

I want to give 10 stars if system allows. These guys are phenomenal. Extremely friendly and professional. Every window was rechecked a few days later for perfection while you get the free external detail when you tint 360. There were 3 tints that were 99% perfect, but they did not even need me to ask, and just redid it to 100% perfection. They stand behind their installation 100%. You cant go wrong with Pro Tint. I came from Atlanta and I am glad I brought my car here. Price is very reasonable and they match price with competition. However, the quality of work is not any competitor can offer. Strongly recommend even if you have to drive 500 miles to come here, but you do need to stay a couple of days to wait for it to dry enough for the recheck.

Got my interior seats cleaned and they did a great job. Only reason Im knocking it down to a star is due to watermarks on doors and trunk, all windows had streak marks, and interior displays were not wiped down. They did look very understaffed so I took that into consideration as well. They did do what I needed done with was to clean up my seats.

Thanks to Google tracking timeline I can see that I visited on Feb 10, 2018 & had Pro Tint remove my cars old window tint and install new tint on all windows. Then 11 days later, on Feb 21 2018, I had Pro Tint perform an full interior detail. Both services, back in 2018, were performed with excellent results. In January 2021, I noticed that the rear window and drivers side window tint was peeling. I called Pro Tint, which went straight to voicemail, I left a message asking to set up an appointment to have the tint replaced but, though never received a return call. On Feb 8 2020, I was driving down town and decided to go into the store and set the appointment. They told me unless I had a paper receipt the wouldnt fix the failing window tint. I told him I live in Ocoee and dont have the receipt with me and it would take me an hour with traffic to retrieve the receipt from my home office. I asked him to simply search his customer database on his computer to confirm that Pro Tint provided the window tinting service and that I am a repeat customer.He condescendingly said he cant do that and needs the paper receipt. As a 63 year old veteran, I found that answer in the 21st century asinine.I left.I have the receipt in a hanging file in my home office to show the new owner of my car when I decide to sell it.It seems as if Pro Tints professionalism has been in a downturn after looking through recent previous reviews. Got crystalline 70 installed on my 2021 VW Arteon. Process was simple although social distancing isnt too respected inside the office. Called about making an appointment and was told to just swing by when Im available. Quoted at about 3 hour wait as I didnt have a ride however due to the number of walk ins it ended up being closer to 7 hours. Would have much rather made an appointment.Overall good place, the work was good, and the price was very reasonable.

Brought my 2019 Mustang GT in for a full front 3M clear bra, tint all around (40% 3M Crystallin Front, 20% 3M Color Stable Sides & Rear), and ceramic coating. The final product not only met my expectations but far surpassed them! These guys do amazing work and are fast too. Just took my brand new 2020 Altima to get the windows tinted and as always, they do a great job! This is my second time getting a vehicle tinted with them and they always do a great job. I dropped off my car close to 12:00Pm, and was under the impression that it would be done by 4:15Pm the latest. When I arrived my car was still sitting in the same place I left it. I asked the manager if it would be done in time for me to still make it to work and he assured me that it would be done. Had I known that he would of never been able to get the job done I would of taken it else where. Now I have to make a trip out of town with my windows not tinted as expected. The service is just horrible, and he didn’t care at all. I would not recommend this company at all.

This my second time have my windows tinted at this location. Both times they have done an excellent job.

This was the first time I’ve ever had my windows tinted on my vehicle and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out! The guys I dealt with were very polite, professional, and informative. They made sure that I knew not to roll my windows down for 3 days, which I most likely would have done had I not known the tint took time to properly bond to the window. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that when I called ahead they quoted my price at $135, but after I arrived, they said there was another $25 fee per window to remove old tint. Even though I ended up paying more than I had hoped, they seem to have done a good job with everything.

The staff was On Point! with service, suggestions on best value for my vehicle. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner at a fair price. I will definitely come back for my other vehicles. 3m tint is the bomb.

What a joke of a company now every single little issue if would be had on tint theyll be hearing from me and repair for it im going to test this lifetime warrenty out

Ford F-150 Lariat Window Tint On 08/6/2019- I walked in without an appointment. Iam most satisfied with the the appearance of my truck. The staff are very polite friendly and neat. It was an overall good experience and I would definitely visit them again. They deserve more than five STARS.

I called them the morning of, without an appointment (Im sure it is even better with an appointment) and the guy told me to wait about an hour before I came in. I came in about an hour later and they processed my information, and my car was in line to be tinted. The total time was only about an hour and a half maybe two hours (not bad for no appointment). There are plenty of food options within walking distance. The lounge that they have includes two leather couches, a TV and drinks. I just had my tints done yesterday, but so far, so good. They did exactly what I would have expected and for a very fair price. They provide a lifetime warranty on the tints, which is nice. I would definitely recommend Pro Tint; in fact, my wife is going to get her front 2 windows done here.

Tint itself was great. Check before you pay. They forgot to do 2 of the windows at first. They did not believe me at first as the guy at the desk walked outside with the sarcastic show me, to then say oh yea they didnt. Its been 2 weeks now and the tont looks good. If youre looking to walk in and be welcomed with staff that will help you along, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. The guy at the counter might as well have said what u want and hurry up because thats how it felt. He was not helpful at all. While in the store we basically had to use google and their website to figure out what we wanted because asking him a question seemed to annoy him, or hes just automatically cynical. I come from a sales background so I sat and watched at least 3 different opportunities to either upsell or speak about the other services offered to walk in customers. He gave everyone coming in the same quote on the same tint and rushed through. No discovery questions were asked to really see where the need was and how the company can benefit as well as the customer. 2 stars because of service. Im huge on how you treat your customers. Tint looks great so far. I probably wouldnt reccomend family or friends. I value customer service.

I called just to get an estimate to tint my front and back windows for my Nissan Sentra 2017 and I said all five windows and the guy on the phone was kinda rude and said “for front and back windows it’ll be 135 i don’t know what you mean by five windows and I don’t wanna get confused but for front and back is 135” and I just hung up after the call because it was all in the tone of voice and he seemed already annoyed before answering my simple question. I don’t know anything about cars but I just wanted to ask how much would it be for my windows to get done and by 5 windows I meant the two front windows, the two back windows and the big rear back window ?! Was it that hard to try to explain that to me!? Will not even try this place, I just wanted to talk about my windows man !

Quality in every aspect. Did the Paint protection film and window tint at the same time. Not only were they very friendly but honest and fast in my opinion. Will be using them again in the very near future as my kids turning 16 and Im buying him a car thats gonna need tint. Thanks alot for the great service!

Worst tint job ever! Bubbles everywhere, edges are lifting up and they stained all the door panels. Quoted a price on the phone and when i got there it was way more. Not computer cut like they claim on the website! Waited 2 weeks and took it back to correct the issues.

I just got my tail lights tinted & they came out amazing!! Thanks a lot. I went to one place & they said they’ll call me back which they never did & I seen Pro Tint’s rankings and gave them a call & the rest is history. I asked the same question and they gave me an answer that moment & a quote. They’re so knowledgeable about vehicles, they quoted me about $160 because of how the RC tail lights are & it turned out to be $80 because I decided not to do the whole tail light. Amazing Work again!! I recommend Pro Tint to anyone looking to get their windows and/or tail lights tinted.

Good work and fast

I’ve had one car get its windows tinted here, and was shopping to get another car done.My problem with them is they can never seem to get their story straight. You’ll get one story on the phone, and another in person. Both times I’ve spoken to them over the phone, not once has it lined up with what the shop said when I arrived, or what I’d eventually pay when it’s done.They do a decent job, but I think I’ll look elsewhere. I really don’t care to be lied to, much less paying for the pleasure.

I noticed they were still open and doing business so I stopped by Friday on my way to pick up togo food to get a quote for my back window to be tinted. I told the guy I was spoke to that my brother had come by a couple months ago with my car and gotten a quote of $50 to re-tint my back window. I also mentioned that I was interested in getting my car cleaned. The guy working (I am so upset I didnt get his name) told me to come back Monday due to there only being one detail guy working. I live walking distance from here so that was fine. He told me $90 out the door for both. He mentioned that they normally do charge for removing the tint but that he would do both the re-tint and the detail for $90. It is a back window of a convertible, its not that big. I unfortunately was unable to come by on Monday and today, Thursday was the earliest I could stop in and the gentlemen working (who was polite) told me it was $90 for just the window. Had I been told that from the start it would be one thing, but the fact that the price jumped that much after two previous quotes. I am so upset right now! My husband and I live within walking distance and we love supporting the local businesses, but this one has lost my potential business. They gave me one quote IN PERSON and then the price nearly doubled when I brought it back 4 days later.

Would have been my 3rd personal vehicle plus our fleet vehicles...Seemed to do a good job previously.
