We had such a good experience. We originally booked with Ace Rental company but waited over 40 minutes for their shuttle. I canceled that reservation and booked priceless last minute. We had great shuttle ride, awesome counter service at pick up and the HEMI Dodge Charger. Even drop of and shuttle back was quick and easy. Thank you Priceless
UPDATE: $47.25 Mischarge... Travelocity has been trying to reach Priceless for 3 days to get this corrected. No one from Priceless Car Rental will respond! ABSOLUTE PREDATORY COMPANY ... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!VERY SKETCHY!!! I booked through online site…didn’t know better. Dodge shady businesses like this that just prey on people from out of town and rent from a reputable place… save yourself from the headache! Beware of this dump for sure!
I would rate 0 if I could.EVERYONE BEWARE THEY DO NOT CONDUCT HONESTLY. My flight was arriving after closure time. I spoke at 9:38 PM prior to reservation time. Was informed I could pick up car tomorrow and couldnt cancel reservation.I called 8:10 am following morning. Informed them I would get back to airport after 4pm to retrieve car. Was told that is fine. Arrive after 4. Was very rudely told I missed my reservation so though money have been taken from My account they wont give a car. They claim I must have spoken different rental company..... shown below is call log. They hung up and would not answer again. They claimed it doesnt matter if you notified ahead of time of arrival time change or if they committed on phone earlier same day.BEWARE!!!!
“Best Rate parking” if I could give 0 stars I would. Please save yourself the troubles I’ve had and use another company. They say secured parking but park your vehicle outside of the gates/fence near the road. When questioned about that they say they have a “security guard”. How good is he gonna do protecting a vehicle that’s by the main road? See pictures attached for where you’re vehicle will really be… Then the pick up at the airport takes forever and if the person forget to tell you to press 0 when you call the number they gave you, you will sit and wait for an extended amount of time. Then when we addressed the issue with the vehicle being parked in their “secured lot” when it was near the road outside the “security fence/gate” they pulled it around and it had a flat tire. Then the agent tells me that it had a long construction nail and that it couldn’t have happened on their lot. Of course my car would have to be on ur lot and not in the grass for it to happen there. I explained that there was a road near where they parked the vehicle outside of their lot and he stated again it couldn’t have happened on their lot. Then the person that repaired the tire came around d and handed the “long construction nail” to me. Another costumer also agreed that what they handed me was not a construction nail. It appeared to be some type of grease fitting which definitely was not a “Long construction nail”(see photo). Then the guy stated again there was no way that could’ve been from their lot. All I know is I dropped off a vehicle thinking it was going to be secured(not out by a busy road), and with all 4 tires filled with air. I come back and 3 tires have air and they won’t replace the tire they messed up by parking where they did. If you want your vehicle parked where they parked mine then use this place. But it will not be secure and they will not honor any damages done by them(cause their lot is flawless). Look at the pictures from inside and where my vehicle was parked and tell me it’s flawless.
Dont do it to yourself. First you have to wait for a shuttle bus at the airport to get here and its supposed to come every 15-20 minutes but theres no specific schedule or number to call to know if they are on their way or if you just missed them. When you get to the rental place it is so rundown you think you might be in a bad movie: clocks are not working, ceiling tiles are water damaged, and if there are other folks there the wait is LONG. We got off of our flight at 940pm and left the lot with a car at 1140pm to give you an idea of timing. The car they gave us was beat up and smelled like old cigarettes and standing water. We tried to air it out thinking maybe some fresh air would help. We had to return the car the next day because we couldnt take it anymore. Even the front bumper was broken and sticking out (see picture). When we called the manager to ask for a car switch, she was SO RUDE. She started blaming me for the situation and asking why I didnt complain when I first got it. It was almost midnight and we were starving, we just wanted to get to our Airbnb to sleep. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the actual customer service person at the place was incredibly pleasant both times I worked with him and the car they gave me as a replacement had zero issues. I will never use this place again though. The rate is not worth the hassle.
Good service from staff. Shuttle service to and from the airport. My only initial concern was that it was not located at the airport and the vehicle that I had was high mileage BUT the vehicle performed well. I can recommend this business
If I could give zero stars I would just like all the other reviews I see below. Don’t waste your time renting from these people thinking it’s a “good deal” because it is a scam. They gave me a car with extremely low fuel as soon as I got on the highway I had to jump right off to fill the car.Not only that but multiple times a day I had to fill the tires with air and waste money out of my own pocket which was never reimbursed. You try to call their facility and there is absolutely no way on speaking to a representative. So you just have to figure it out on your own. I am still waiting to receive my $500 hold and it has been almost a week. How will I contact them through speaking to machines? Still trying to figure that out. Everyone there is rude and unhelpful. You are better off going to a well known rental company and paying a little more for a car that is 1 filled with gas and 2 you do not have to maintain every single day. They also say they have shuttles 15-20 minutes but that is also untrue. After standing in the shuttle area for almost an hour in heat, we then had to pay for an Uber to arrive at this unprofessional establishment. It is so much worth it to pay a little more for a totally better experience. Please stay away from these people
BE WARNED... Do not rent from this company. First, they are not at the airport. You wait for a shuttle to take you 10-15 minutes away, only to be told a different price at the counter. We were quoted $ 5 daily rate for unlimited mileage. Not true. 100 mile limit per day...and to top it off, they want $1000.00 security deposit. Why? The standard is $250. No big deal but in principle why the need to lock up additional deposit?Unfortunately, the service rep was unwilling to accommodate or rectify situation...even though we had proof of rate and unlimited mileage receipt on email confirmation. Our resolution.....we went back to airport and booked regular price rental with no issues. Did we pay a little more? Yes, but worth the reliability.
Renter beware, this organization does not acknowledge or honor any insurance purchased through a web-based reservation (ie Orbitz). The front desk employee was clear in stating that they only honor insurance purchased in person when renting the vehicle. Our vehicle smelled like cigarettes and was quite unclean.
Good price, no frills, but just wanted a way to get around and for the price it was better than taking an Uber or Lyft.

Wouldn’t book here if there’s a chance your gonna be late 2 hours late after reservation time . They automatically cancel without refund of deposit. So I recommend a place that gives more time in case flight delay or missed flight.
0 stars. 15-minute shuttle ride from the airport. Location is run-down and depressing. Representative tried to scam us into getting their daily insurance for $25/day saying it was “state law” and refused to rent to us if we didn’t take it. We ultimately cancelled and went back to the airport to rent a car there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Terrible service and they tried to charge me an additional 45 bucks in fees after I had paid. They did not do an inspection when I returned it and when I asked about it the response was.... unprofessional and rude.

They will try to up sell you anything! They don’t care about ratings or customers. Be prepared to pay $200-500 more for the price you paid online. Plus a ridiculous deposit amount. Cars are very poorly kept. Dirty and check engine light is on. But have the nerve to charge so many hidden fees. Orlando location is run down.

This is the worst rental car company I have ever used the staff is rude with no good customer service skills, the vehicles are in horrible condition and not cleaned properly. The shutter driver was a horrible and reckless driver. You cannot get anyone on the phone to help you and when you do they are very nasty! I rented a car from the company in March and the company has charge my card twice since than and cannot tell me what the charges are for!! Do not waste your money or time with this horrible company!!
The WORST car rental experience I have ever had. The one lady at the desk ignored me for several minutes while she flirted with the man at the other desk.I had prepaid for the rental, and when I arrived to pick it up, they wanted to charge me another $500 plus a daily fee of $15. I explained that I had already paid for the rental, but the lady was extremely rude and insensitive, caring more about gossiping with her coworkers.I overheard her say several disparaging remarks about me while I was sitting in the lobby for over an hour trying to resolve this issue with the third party booking company (Expedia-- who I would also highly not recommend).We ended up catching a shuttle back to the airport through a different car rental company after an hour and a half of TERRIBLE customer service from the Priceless Car Rental representative.Although I had previously paid for the rental, I never got the rental car from Priceless, and the lady did not care at all.Go ANYWHERE else for your car rental needs in Orlando.
Great first experience with Priceless Car Rental! Check in was a breeze and had NO wait. The staff member I dealt with was exceptional and friendly. A couple observations I made in relationship to other reviews:1) wait time/check in: All car rental companies will have a wait time, and itll all be subjective. From my experience, the wait time was from the next door car rental company - NOT Priceless. We literally walked in and had an employee waiting for us. Call ahead and inquire about estimated wait times. Also, if there is a wait time, they have a sign in sheet and will call you once theyre through the line of customers. The other rental place next door does not have this process.2) Added fees/surcharges/insurances: READ THE TERMS &CONDITIONS aka the fine print. The law - not Priceless - requires you to have carried insurance coverage; PIP, COM at a minimum. You MUST show proof otherwise you have to opt-in to get a rental car. Again, take a few minutes to go through the T&Cs...itll save you money.3) Debit card holders: Read the T&Cs...itll tell you that youre going to be charged the full amount plus a larger deposit.4) Car condition: Youre renting from a 3rd party company; do not expect an Enterprise or Hertz...seriously. However, the car we got is in good condition and safe. Nothing wobbly or shaky or rattling. Also, I did take the time to walk the lot while I was waiting for the car to pull up - and they too, were in great condition.5) wait at the airport: 15 minute wait isnt bad. You may wait that time for Uber or another mode. They have 2 sides on A and B....meet at sign A12 or B12.Overall, Im happy with the first encounter. I realize I have to take the care back, at which point Ill update my review on that aspect. I recommend Ourselves
They dont make it clear that theyre not located at the airport. I should have done more research on that. However, the shuttles are supposed to run every 15 minutes, per the booking info, and they are least 30 minutes between. Shuttle dropped me off at wrong terminal because thats where everyone gets dropped off. I had to walk 30 minutes through the airport just to get to my ticketing counter. Car itself was mediocre at best.
We recently rented a car for a week. I was nervous about it after reading some of the reviews but definitely want to say that it was probably the best car rental experience Ive ever had. We waited approximately 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport which is a totally acceptable amount of time. When we got to the business location we only had to wait for 2 or 3 others that were in line before us. We came with our insurance in hand and had already reserved the car with a credit card so the process didnt take long. The car was very decent. When we returned the car we had an equally good experience. No trouble. Our deposit was removed while we were there and we were promptly taken to the airport. I would most definitely rent from them again.
They arent very clear on where when how their shuttle picks you up from the airport, they charged more than the expedia quote when we got there and tried to tell us we had to get the money back from expedia because they posted the wrong price which is not how that works at all. they only gave us the money back when we loitered on the phone with expedia and other customers were watching. they didnt explain the toll system well and wanted to charge an additional sunpass fee of $10 a day regardless of how many tolls you go through, we declined and ended up only spending $6 for a whole weeks trip. they refused to give us a walk-through when we dropped the vehicle off or anything agreeing to the condition of the vehicle, everyone was really impatient and rude. when my boyfriend asked about checking the cars condition the manager responded with In this rain? No, we will inspect it later which we were NOT happy about (there was a covered awning), when we asked for return paperwork we were told it was emailed to us but all that was sent was another receipt with the wrong total. all in all go spend your money somewhere else
They did their job. Customer service wasnt the best with driver from airport pickup. We had to find our car the night we arrived and then we were also blocked in. However we received the ride to and from the airport and the car was safe.
Do not rent a car from priceless rental! We waiting at the Orlando airport for over an hour to get picked up by the shuttle. The shuttle never came!!! Another company shuttle had to call priceless rental and tell them customers were waiting on them. We never got picked up or got our rental car. We had to take a taxis to our hotel! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
This place is bad to rent car. They told me The reviews is not problem, because we have 500 cars and all are outside. Florida is a State where rain all time, they need focus on safety using liquids for clear windshield when is raining. Car was dirty outside. We was request SUV, but they give me small car.
This is the absolute worst car rental business we have ever experienced! It took an excessively lengthy amount of time to get picked up. But what was worse was very rude treatment received by the service representative at Priceless. We asked for documentation on their second driver policy and were told to look it up. Really?! The car was VERY dirty inside and banged up on the outside. Dont waste your money people!
We had to call the shuttle to come pick us up. The roof in the building looks like it was hit by a hurricane. Nobody on the desk. Door didnt want to open. The list can go on. Cars look like they are repaired salvage. Even though they are 2021, I think they all have been in big accidents at some point
Rarely do I post a bad review, but this place gets my lowest review and recommendation possible. It is dirty, the cars are old and unkempt. In my case the car was unsafe. Customer service was horrible and the wait was long. And now for the bad part. The place appears to be of low ethics and a scam. When I explained the car was not safe and returned it 2 days early I was told either keep it or not, but I would still be charged those additional 2 days. When I protested I was told a manager would call me... no call. I was blown off about my concerns and was simply told its in the contract. I could go on. Simply put, this place is a rip off, has my lowest review, should be investigated, and lastly do yourself a favor and stay away from here.
I took a chance. The only hard part about this company is reading the bad reviews people make. It seems people dont read directions or know how to gracefully save some money.The car ran fine, could probably use a tune up. The gas mileage was superb. The rental cost was significantly lower than the big name rental companies. The people that work there are nice enough: they are direct and no nonsense.Make sure to bring your proof of insurance, and dont forget a credit card for the hold.
Our plane was a little late, 10:45PM and was supposed to be in at 10:30. Went down to the shuttle area a little after 11PM and no shuttle! Waited for about 25 minutes and nothing! Tried calling numerous times, the local number does not work and no one answered the 888 number. Finally caught a cab and went there, lights were out in the lot. Beat on the door, and in a minute a security guy came out. He said the close at 11PM, website and voicemail say 11:30! Did get my truck out and got to go home with it. We were not the only people that got stuck there. I was asked when we dropped it off what time the flight arrived too. Not very happy with them!
***DO NOT RENT from this place. They give you one price and when you check out you have tons of addtl fees.... sanitation fees...wind & tire fees...shuttle fees.. I made a reservation for my father that doesnt speak English. The total cost was 375 when we returned the vehicle we were charged for 513.00 dollars...$ 138.00 in fees.Which they wouldnt remove any because they stated the contract was already signed. I disagree as when we picked up the vehicle i tried to go in to assist with my dad as he doesnt speak English and was told only one at a time. How can he be held for these fees when he doesnt understand English. Since then i have been sending emails to the manager with no response. Finally not to mention the ride back to the airport there was no AC in the shuttle and it was full with families so obviously they werent following social distancing as when they were when signing the contract. We went online to Dollar car rental website and made a reservation and gave our credit car but somehow Priceless was the carrier after we submitted.We went to the location for pickup at B12. They said a shuttle every 15-20 minutes. We waited and waited. Called their phone, no option except a message..pressed 0 to see what would happen and it transferred me to a extension. It played music for 5-10 minutes then it hung up suddenly. Called back, the same result. Been here for an hour with no method of refund. Eventually the van came.Best rate, Right car, Zezgo, & Priceless all share the same space. We stood in line and waited. When it was our time, they asked us to sign a list and then go sit down and wait. After a few minutes they called us up. They wanted all the information again tgat we already put in the website including the credit card again. They said it doesnt transfer from the referral website.We received are car with several dents and a rust spot but I could deal with that since the price was lower than other places but still had to document all those dents so they didnt come back and blame us. The car check engine light came on during our rental. We returned the car without any incidents. They gave us a ride back to the airport which was good.You will save some money but be prepared to have a few hiccups.

Absolutely horrible! Thought we would save money here, they took over an hour to get a shuttle even though they are supposed to run 15-20 minutes. Then wait in a long line. Tell you your full coverage insurance won’t work and you have to pay there 90$ insurance. Save some time and get a rental at the airport, less stuggles even if it’s double the cost!

Priceless car rentals??? Should be named useless car rentals! Arrived in Orlando called the rental company and got a message stating that they had a shuttle pick every 15-20 min. 45 min later work no shuttle we called and finally got someone to answer only to be told oh there is a shuttle every 15-20 min we explained that we had been waiting for 45 min along with two other parties. To their credit they dispatched a driver right away and he arrived about 5 min after our call. We arrived at the rental center only yo wait another 30 min ( with a hangry toddler). We ended up canceling our reservation (which is a while other hassle) and got picked up by different more reputable car rental service. We asked the other service if this happens often because they seemed very used to picking people up ftom useless car rentals. Their response all the time. If I could give useless car rentals negative stars I would. Avoid the hassle and poor customer service and go with a reputable car rental company. We paid about $100 more at the second company (well worth it)!
Extremely unprofessional our plane was delayed by 10 minutes no one would stay to help us. When we returned the following day The gentleman behind the counter and I say gentleman loosely What of absolutely no help, he refused to give us the two cars that we already paid for stating that too many people are complaining in the area And then he said good luck with getting reimbursed and asked us to leave the store. I couldn’t even stop payment with the bank because we paid days in advance. He will not give us his name and we had to call the sheriffs department. Rude employee! Arguing about the rate we got online and didnt wanted to give us the car that we were supposed to get. Offered us another car for extra $$ because he didnt like the rate we paid online. I regret not reading all the reviews. Its not even at the airport. You have to take a shuttle. And the car we got from them had low tire pressure sign, interior lights not working and smells horrible! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Waited over 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport, get to the rental location and there was 1 agent working- we waited another 45 and were never serviced. Called the phone # and asked if we could cancel the reservation and still get a refund and we were told yes so we cancelled the reservation and we left. I never received a cancellation email so I called back and spoke to another person who finally sent me a cancellation email and confirmed we would receive a full refund. Called back 4 days later to see how long before we would receive the refund and then was told we wouldn’t be getting a refund, the lady told me she was the manager and there was nobody else for us to speak to, then said I don’t have time for you and hung up!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE

It was the most demoralizing and humiliating experience of my life. I rented a midsize vehicle. when i arrived at priceless, first they didn’t take Amex and i reserved the rental through Amex concierge. Next Sammie/Samuel tried to put me in a Cadillac then charger for additional money when I am at Disney with my children. when i declined, he gave me a Versa. I explained that’s not what I reserved, it’s a compact car, I was threatened.in front of my children and ganged up on with another man. I was threatened to take the car or go back to the airport with my children watching. Sammie told me his name was first Tammie then changed to Sammie and if i was to call corporate, I would be calling them. It was the worst experience of my life!!!!

Zero stars!! Don’t bother...not worth it! Pay the extra $100 with enterprise!!! The absolute worse place to get a rental! We arrived in Orlando at 9pm....waited for the car rental shuttle (1hr) and when we got to the rental office we didn’t get seen for 3 hrs. Now I get it...covid and locations are understaffed. I wasn’t upset that we had to wait, I was upset when we got seen the vehicle I reserved was not available and we got a piece of junk car. It wasn’t even cleaned and there was sooo much damage to the car. The dash didn’t even work. So when I went to let the clerk know, he said that’s all they had and I can upgrade but I’d have to pay the difference.So now it’s too late to do anything, can’t cancel, all the other rental places are closed and I’m stuck with a piece of junk (needed an oil change 0% oil life and the alignment was awful)....such was a huge mistake. I feel bad because the workers tried to be helpful but honestly they were just as done as we were. It was 1am and they still had people waiting.

This place is nothing but fraud, Reserved a Midsize SUV and when I got there they didnt have one available. Then they tried to put me in a Nissan Versa stating that their website indicates that its an suv or similar which doesnt makes senses because its a car not a SUV. They also tried to forcing me to buy the toll tag stating I would be going through multiple tolls and if I didnt have it they would charge me $25 per toll. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETE GARBAGE!!! STAY AWAY
BE AWARE OF UPCHARGES NOT TOLD AT P/U Reserved Vehicle thru Carrentals.com for an agreed amount of $327.27. I paid $238.36 in advanced and was supposed to pay taxes and fees of $88.91 at pick up.. I arrived at Orlando Airport an hour earlier and proceeded to Priceless Car Rental. Gentleman at counter was very nice and engaged in conversation with me. I provided my personal Insurance information,. I was NEVER told of ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES, so I initialed signed and went on my way. Gentleman at the counter even upgraded my vehicle option. I returned vehicle at 9am, instead of 5:30 pm as originally agreed. Young man at return stated I will receive an invoice via email. Thats when I saw it.. I was charged an additional $94 for Road Side Assistance and Tire Insurance, which was never disclosed to me. When I provided my $100,000/$300,000 full coverage Insurance info, I thought it would be enough. I called and spoke to Manager Merly, who told me you signed the contract, you should have noticed. What I remember signing is a box for initials and a line for signature, nothing else. Unfortunately, I trusted that what was agreed upon, is what I would pay.. I visit Orlando several times a year and have rented from many different agencies. If there are any additional charges, I have always been made aware of those charges prior to signing. Priceless at no time, advised me of that. IF YOU RENT FROM THIS COMPANY BE PREPARED TO BE SCAMMED.

Upon arrival due to an unexpected flight delay twice in one night, I called after looking at the business hours to learn they closed at 11pm, my flight was delayed until 3am arrival, the receptionist told me I was ok to pick up the vehicle the next day. Once I arrived at 7:15am (15 min after opening) the gentleman didn’t greet us and his customer service was very disturbing and rude. I gave him my reservation information and he refused to help if we didn’t rent and pay for a new vehicle. I asked for a manager and he said to us “he’s not gonna answer he just left at 11pm..” we asked for another supervisor he said “he’s in Egypt…” his responses were very careless and nonchalant. Then we had to pay for a new rental which was double to amount we paid for, he told us the car would be cleaned and brought around to us, the vehicle was sprayed down with water and barely vacuumed & he didn’t even give us a slip after inspecting the car. Once we brought it back the same gentlemen said “where’s your slip?” And I said “you never gave me one…” he smirked and made a gesture and just made a random copy, at this point they could have said any damage was my fault - a lady came out to do the inspection, again, no greeting not even a confirmation the car was ok, just slapped the slip and kept walking, I had to take a photo for my records. ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE.

Digusting customer service id rather pay more for a legit rental car company then wait here. Shuttle bus took 45 minutes to come to airport claims they only come when they get a call. Multiple people was calling and you get put on never ending hold. Get to the place and its packed out beyond, you have to take a number and wait and was waiting for over 45 minutes again. Unorganized and horrible service missed all our reservations for the day. Employees show no care in the world.ALSO THEY DONT TELL YOU ITS 25 CENT A MILE NOT UNLIMITED.All the reviews that say this place will ruin your vacation, are legit.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! IF I CAN GIVE IT A ZERO STAR I WOULD!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! Landed at 10pm and waited over an hour no shuttle nothing! Got a taxi and went to the place and it was closed! We had to find another rental last minute. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM HERE!!!!
The property lacked up keep. The building was very dirty. Since we didnt have insurance through a credit card, we had to use their insurance, which was expensive. We ended up spending a lot more than we thought. The car had a nail in the one tire and the tires were almost bald. After bringing the car back and waiting for the shuttle, another costumer came for a rental. Within fifteen minutes they had the car washed, but never fixed the the nail tire. They gave the car to another costumer without addressing the issues.
A year and a half later and i still didnt receive my refund for the security deposit. They dont answer their phones or emails. Total scam
Priceless is worthless!! The rental was old, scratched up and dirty (both inside and out). I returned the vehicle and mentioned it might have an issue because it was wobbling, hard to steer it straight, and it felt as if I was going to lose control, they seemed unbothered.
The place deserve no star . I had to return my car couple days before due date because of military obligations, they said they would give me a refund n email me. I call they put me on hold for 45mins then cut off the call and no refund. Please dont rent from them dont worth it 1 bit never again .

RUN. Zero stars. I left my phone in the rental car when returning it. They confirmed right away that they had it and said they would send it to me for $160 if I paid for shipping, ONLY through the app Moneygram. I couldnt get moneygram to work with my bank account and they were rude and impatient while I was trying to figure it out. I decided to go a different route and found a family member of a friend who lives nearby to go pick it up and send it to me. She called ahead to be sure they had it ready for pickup. They confirmed they had it but to call later when the manager was in so she could get it. She called later and was yelled at and belittled and hung up on, 3 times. No one would help her get my phone. (What?) When I let them know that I would be filing a police report for withholding my property which they confirmed they have, they told me I didnt deserve their help and how dare I threaten them, etc. What a joke! Who is running this place, honestly? I have never used the word crooks before but this place is 100% being run by crooks. On top of this, before the phone fiasco, the customer service was terrible upon arrival - rude, impatient agent pushing more and more sales. To the person who posted pics on their review - yes. It looks like an abandoned junkyard and the agent couldnt be bothered to show me where my car was. He motioned its over there and waved his arm in the general direction of the parking lot, after jacking up the price 4 times more than I expected to pay. Never again. Unreal. I will also be notifying Expedia (who referred me here) the local police department, the BBB and the Attorney General office of Florida. This place is a total scam. If they reply to my review, just know that it is fake and they are only trying to save face.
Slow service. They lied about the tolls. You can pay by cash and do not need the e pass. Car was great. Slow shuttle service.
This place gets a bad rap. It’s totally wrong. Shuttle was quick, safe, easy, and free. Give a tip to the driver, they deserve it. The office was simple, but effective. Ivan took care of us, super fast and easy. We have not finished with our car yet, but it was newer15000 miles, clean, and filled up. What more can you ask for. We will use them again.
If I could give a no star I would. This is an operated business by a family and they were rude. I made reservation through a third party company, after waiting for 1 hour, the gentlemen at the counter greeted me I provided my credit card, he told me he was going to place $1000 hold on my card I told him absolutely not mind you he had charged me $242.34 for my rental already he then said that he will do a $200 waiver which would not be refundable. I stepped away whil I discussed this with my fiancé. The gentleman takes another couple that got dropped off by the shuttle that had a reservation the gentleman at the countertop went ahead and was doing the reservation I was behind them he proceeded to charge their card several times and they had several pending charges the husband was a little bit upset and walked away and looked at me and said that he was he felt like he was gonna go off on the guy the guy that’s at the register comes from behind a register and starts yelling at the customer. The mother of the man that’s at the register because again this is a family owned business came to see what was going on there was a lot of yelling the couples trying to explain to them how their son was treating them and went out back for no reason, The whole family the mother of the father the son are very rude the couple who were there to get the reservation we’re explaining to them that it was unprofessional for the guy to come from behind the counter so yell at the gentleman gentlemen been sent around and asked me did I even say a curse word at him I went ahead and reply was like no that was very unprofessional you did not curse at them and he had no right to leave from the register the man then looked at me and pointed at me angrily and said that he was going to cancel my reservation well that was fine because I was canceling my reservation I just wasn’t line to get my money that they had charged my card pleaseStay away from this place they have low prices but when you get there they overcharge customers with a bunch of fees stay away
Absolute worst car rental Ive ever had. Waited an hour for the shuttle. There were three people in line before us and it took 3 hours to get our car. I paid $200 a day for a tiny little mid-size car. We needed to extend the rental and couldnt call or change the reservation online. They charged $200 / day for Monday - Wednesday too even though rates were at $50 per day for everyone else. Dont use these people if you have any choice.

I WISH I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING THIS A STAR. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE MOMENT I STEPPED INTO THIS CAR RENTAL. Horrible costumer service, I ENDED UP PAYING AN EXTRA 400& in fees that literally came out of no where, paid for taxes twice? There was a charge for 130$ on the receipt that the rep. Had no idea what it was for, what was taken out of my account, and what was on the receipt, completely different. Then when asked about it, I was told “ask the your bank” everything was my bank, never the business. Horrible, horrible experience. I wish I never rented a car from here, but I took the cheap way out using Expedia, and I neglected the reviews, never again.
If you don’t bring proof of insurance with you, they will charge you for their insurance!!This will double the expected cost of the rental car!Since there was no mention of this when booking the rental, my proof of insurance was back home in my car.Would not recommend this place.
This was my first time renting car from Priceless Car Rental and the experience was mostly positive. I waited about a half hour at the shuttle pick up location and another 45 minutes in line at the actual rental facility. There was only 1 employee working the counter and he was going as fast as he could. The gentleman working the counter was Ivan and he did a great job taking care of us and making both pick up and drop off a smooth process. Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us recommendations for a local restaurant. The customer in front of us was complaining and was rude but Ivan kept his cool and remained positive and courteous. I can honestly say I’ll be a returning customer thanks to Ivan’s outstanding customer service.

Strange place. No shuttle service between 11 pm and 5 am. My flight was at 6 am and I returned at 10:30 pm, at which time they were already closed. So I had to Uber both ways. I might as well have parked at the airport. There were people at the airport waiting for a shuttle because they had rented a car from here and had no idea that theyd have to wait until the next day.
I would rate 0 stars if i could. i reserved our car online, and tried to cancel after finding out the rental place was not at the airport. there was no option online, and there is no active phone number for the location. that part was on me, though, because i did not double check that they were located at the airport. so, i took a shuttle from the airport to their location. the building is sketchy. the bathrooms are filthy. there was only one person working at the desk, and we had to wait 45 minutes before we could even get our car. there were unexpected additional fees, so this place is not as cheap as it looks. save your time and your money and play it safe. rent a car elsewhere!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! EVER! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! READ ALL THE OTHER HORRIBLE REVIEWS! I had a reservation to pick a car up from Priceless in Orlando at 11:00pm. My family and I arrived at 10:30pm to wait for their shuttle. After an hour and a half of waiting for their shuttle, all the while I was trying to call them (with nobody answering), one of the drivers of the other rental car shuttles told me that Priceless closed for the night. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I then rented from another rental car company. The next day I finally got a hold of Priceless and the guy says oh yeah we closed at 10:30. Seriously! The online system let me reserve for 11:00pm. He was super RUDE! They close up shop when they want, even if they know you are coming. Save yourself the headache and lost brain cells and rent from a reputable agency. PLEASE!
This was the WORST car rental experience Ive ever had. I had purchased insurance through the company but when something happened they told me I wasnt covered. Apparently when they asked if I would like to add the insurance they didnt mean collision insurance. Furthermore, when the representative told me I wouldnt be charged for the remainder of the rental because the car was returned early, they STILL charged me. They also would not replace the vehicle so I had to contact another rental company. When I called them after my trip about the charge, the manager HUNG UP ON ME after I explained the situation. I contacted corporate to report the issue and they couldnt do anything because this location is a franchise (i.e. they dont answer to anybody and dont care about the quality of their services because nothing will happen). Now, 4 months later theyve CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT TELLING ME.
If I could give negative stars I would. We waited over an hour for shuttle when the shuttle full of people arrived to facility, only one agent was working, which meant another line. When you return car, they do not inspect if in front of you because of the lack of employees, this in of itself is sketchy way to screw people over. Also, failed to return my deposit. Still working on that....Short story, my experience was that working with this company was a nightmare.

NEGATIVE TEN STARS!!!!! I have no idea how or why this place is in business. My reservation was booked through Expedia, a shuttle from the airport took us to the Priceless store. The online rental information said my total 3 day rental with tax and fees would be $168. The attendant at the desk was very shady in not telling all of the information upfront regarding renting from them. By the time he finished trying to finesse me, the cost for a 3 day rental was nearly $1000!!!!!! Yes, ONE THOUSAND! Apparently, there was an additional fee for using a bank card instead of my credit card, they require a $500 deposit, then since I dont have my own insurance (no car), it was mandatory to use theirs. We gleaned this information after several attempts to get our questions answered. Needless to say, my daughter and I quickly called an Uber to pick us up.
Im not even going to sugar-coat. They have the Worst airport transportation ever!!!!! If you have a meeting or conference please skip this rental company. I waited 45 mins for a pick up, then an extra 30 mins in line. I should have went with my gut and booked at the airport location. I wouldve been done in 20mins with a reservation. If a car rental company is doing business with airport passengers...then you should have shuttles running every 10 mins during peak hours. If youre coming to Orlando for business, I strongly dont recommended this place. Florida heat is real, providing complementary water would be nice for those who wait forever. Please cut the over grown grass and weeds so the place can look like its in good business.
I rented a car from here a week ago and they were great.I needed to keep the car a for a additional hour because my flight was delayed and the said no problem,why the negative reviews I dont know but I love them and will return
CERO stars!!! This place is a joke. I had to change the rental car 3 TIMES!!!! they DO NOT take care of their cars. They gave me a DIRTY car INDIDE OUT and the OIL SERVICE light ON. The funny thing is that they charge a $200.00 fee if you return your car dirty. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I do not recommend this place for nothing I have rented cars everywhere I have gone and they have never told me anything here they told me I had a crazy face and they could not rent it to me and they do not want to return the money they charged me

I had fantastic experience with Priceless Car rental so far! Pick up time at MCO was between 15 and 20 min, which is very reasonable. I called for pick up, and Ricky was very polite and professional over the phone. Shuttle driver was nice too. Process of picking up rental was smooth and fast, and I even got an upgrade! Car was in perfect conditions, clean, and tank was full, little smoke smell does not really count.The best experience ever. Reservation was easy to make too! I was not paid for this review.

This is a great place to rent a car! I had mine in Orlando, FL. It was clean and in good condition. All the staff was friendly, and professional. The prices are the best that I found online. I recommend this place and will use it again.
