Good service, the car was clean, and new. The employees are kind. We were waiting for a few.minutes but it whorthy. The shuttle was on.time and fast. We will book with them again. 100% recommended.
Be careful with this company as they dont have a working phone number for you to notify about the flight delay or other changes.I booked the car rental more than a month early to secure a competitive price. After I learned about the flight delay the night prior, I tried call them at the 2 numbers given on the reservation confirmation at least 20-30 times both on the night prior and in the morning of the day, no live person answered the call. I also tried to send a WhatsApp message to the given number and it proved to be a dead channel too.When I finally arrived at the airport, waited 20+ minutes for their shuttle, and reached to a location with live people, I was asked to pay $200 more for an upgrade due to my fault of arriving late and therefore my car was already given out. When I questioned about their non-working phone numbers as the culprit of lack of notification and therefore I would expect a free upgrade in the situation, they threatened to send me back to the airport.
My experience with the company is very good, they offer and excellent service, they are punctual, the shuttle was very friendly and attentive, the car was very clean and air conditioned during the transfer. And also their costs are very affordable, i really recommend them

Took nearly an hour to come get us at the airport, even though we called multiple times and told a driver was right around the corner.Charged my card nearly 7 months after I rented stating it was for toll road charges. Asked them to send the agreement and the invoice of the charges, but was never received.
First I would like to start by saying this was by far the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. Upon arrival to the airport we called for the shuttle. We were picked up about 20 mins later. We were 3rd in line at the rental car facility, which took another hour with only 1 counter person. The agent at the desk, Paul, was very rude. My rental agreement was for $215 and I paid $15 as a deposit. I was to pay $200 upon arrival. Paul made us get the fast pass for a few after I told him several times we did not need it. I knew we wouldn’t be going through tolls but he threatened a large fee if we did. Then when I tried to put the deposit down my CC wasn’t accepted. My husband was going to use his MasterCard to which we were told he couldn’t unless we paid another $50 fee and added him as a driver. I explained he didn’t drive and wouldn’t be but Paul again didn’t care. He simply said add him as a driver and pay or don’t. So now I am literally crying and I ask for a business card to which he gladly presents me one and writes his name on it. I ask him how we get to the airport of they do not open until 6 am as we have to drop the car off at 4 am. He says you should be able to get an Uber. I was surprised he so gladly handed us the business car... I discovered why... no one answers any of the numbers on the card!!! As we are waiting for our car the lady in front of us gets hers and is disgusted by the cleanliness of the car. The agent outside, more polite, tells her they have no other options. As we get our car we fully understand the lady’s concerns. There are stains everywhere, it smells and is just gross! As we drive away the car is literally a mechanical nightmare! The brakes grind, it feels like there are no shocks and the steering is super loose. I tried several times to call and no one answers and then it just hangs up the call! The car was left at the airport as the agent on the phone explained to do. I have pictures and am just lost. I’ve tried contacting a human several times with no luck. Then they just call me with a group laughing and then state they are unsure why they called, never mind and hung up on me!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Sent from my iPhone
According to their policy, they retain a security deposit of $150. And anow additional charge of $60. For debit card use, I used my personal full coverage insurance, and they still charged me an additional $150. Said to be Additional Liability insurance-OSRC thats insane, but when youre in situation and need a rental quickly, this is what happens, losing money /time, Im still waiting for my security deposit 10 days has been long gone just like my money, they take your money, give you extremely Poor Service. Do not rent from next car rentals also go by the name of one switch rent a car, they are BOGUS.

They denied that this reservation existed despite showing them the reservation details on the Qeeq app and confirmations on my emails.They were very rude were unwilling to talk, kept me waiting for nearly two hours. Even when I put a Qeeq representative on the line they did not want to speak to the agent. When I put the phone on speaker with Qeeq agent on the line, the One Switch agent again denied the reservation and said it was cancelled. They would not say who cancelled it and were unwilling to recognise that Qeeq application and the Qeeq agent clearly told them this was showing as a valid reservation. There were no cancellation emails sent or received anywhere and also my credit card had been charged.One Switch then tried to have me book a new rental with them on the daily rate that was way higher than the Qeeq rate I used to earlier.The Qeeq agent heard the entire conversation between One Switch representative and me on the phone since I had kept the call going.One Switch then shoved me out of the shop saying they dont care and wont help my situation, leaving me stranded near Miami airport having traveled all the way from Newark, New Jersey.I eventually had to book impromptu cabs and taxis (uber and another local taxi provider) to get to Key West that day where my hotel stay was booked, costing me a fortune.

Horrible, would not recommend. I traveled to Florida with my family and reserved a car from NextCar. At the airport they told us to wait for them to pick us up from the airport which took them almost an hour. We finally arrived and as I was filling out the paper work, not only did they over charge me, but they lied to me. He said auto insurance was mandatory and made me pay for it. He also said that Florida doesnt have toll-free highways and tried his best to force it upon me to purchase unnecessary passes that I didnt need. Wasted about an hour and thirty minutes to get our car. The car we received was not full on gas, and as of today I still havent received my receipt that I keep asking for. They said they have sent it to my email but Im still waiting for it. They are scamers, so I recommed to everyone to look for scratches and take a video of the car before pickup and after drop off. They will try to overcharge you with anything they can find. Very horrible customer service, no satisfaction, and will not recommend to anyone renting a car.This is what they posted on the wall.
This was my first time renting with them. I rented through VIPcars.com hoping to save some money and ended up losing money AND time. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews ahead of time about their poor service in Orlando They weren’t very busy but take forever to service you. Once there, they tell me about their very specific requirements for insurance. They REQUIRE a certain level of insurance that is beyond what I needed for renting with Fox Rent a Car and Enterprise (because I’ve rented with them before). I called my insurance provider to obtain their required level of insurance. They updated it and sent me a legal document stating the updated level. But this place wouldn’t accept it because he specifically wanted a declaration page. I canceled the reservation and went to look for a car elsewhere because they were charging me $70 for the supplemental insurance even though I now had their required level. I tried to speak to a manager to confirm but “he was in a meeting” Unfortunately there were no cars available elsewhere. I went back to get the car I had reserved but “they rented it out” even though it had just been an hour. After telling me that I couldn’t reinstate it, the guy charged me a $65 reinstatement fee and a $30 upcharge because “I couldn’t get a small car with a reinstating my reservation”. Short story is that my estimated $200 reservation went up to $365.
One of the most horrible experiences I have ever encountered with car rental agency’s in the world, even there booking partner vipcars were shocked on how unprofessional they were. I had booked a car to pick up, when i arrived, associate asked for my ID and credit card, handed them both and asked that I give them a credit card and not a debit even though i told them it would run as credit with no issues. Was told that they would have to charge me around $230 more for my rental, tried to use a different contactless card and even though their machine is contactless they said no. After which I was going to just pay the difference to get out of there, showed them my insurance policy that i had purchased from their booking partner and they said it wasnt accepted. Long story short they kept upcharging until my bill came out to around $1000 even though my confirmation says $570
We rented from 1 switch through VIP car rentals. Our plane was rescheduled to three hours later so we called and let them know that we wanted to keep our reservation but we were Going to pick up the car three hours late. We called up a month in advance when our flight was changed. When we got to the airport our plane was broken and we were going to be delayed another five hours. We called up VIP and they told us to call One switch. I called One switch they didn’t even answer the phone with who they were or what company they represented. They told us our reservation was cancelled and we could pay $45 to reinstate it since we were 2 hr past our reservation time. I pointed out it was only 1.5 hr past and he then changed it to 1 hr past our reservation time. He was rude and very unprofessional We paid $30 more for another company and were very happy. I would never recommend them and VIP was useless as well. Go elsewhere. The Orlando site was horrible.

Waited almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. arrived and they were giving us a minivan instead of the SUV we had ordered. Needed to see insurance papers and then refused to accept our insurance company even though it is a large company. They were going to charge us over three times the price we originally plannwd to pay when booking the reservation. The price they quoted us for not the car we wanted was equal to enterprise price for an SUV. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Run out of a small shipping container and staffed by Hispanics who choose to have poor English when it suits them. We were late due to a flight delay so they allegedly let our car go and forced us into a larger vehicle with full CDW. The cost nearly tripled! Its in the middle of nowhere and should be avoided at all costs! You have been warned!
Do not recommend it. Besides their shuttle lateness (almost 45 min), they make you pay a huge amount of insurance. I made a prepaid to a third-party with One Switch and with that lateness they sort of canceled my rent. When I arrived at the store I had to reopen that previously rent, paying a new amount that was almost 3 times more than expected because it was at night, there was no other place to go, and I pre-paid because I wanted to pay a cheap amount but it didnt happen though. They even said that they didnt know about that prepayment and I shouldve talked to that other company. When I sent an email to that company they tried to get that pre-payments refund but to my surprise, they included that amount in the reopened rent, and I won’t get my refund. That’s the real meaning of “You get what you pay for”.

Wow is all I can say. From our pickup at the airport to the customer service we received while picking up the rental car was exceptional. We were not sure about renting from this company first as we had never heard of the name but when I called them to book the vehicle they gave me a lower price than their website which was the beginning of the experience. Once we got to Orlando, they were exceptional with their service. I requested an 8 passenger van and I received an 8 passenger van. They didnt charge anything extra except for the $250.00 deposit which they had mentioned on the phone. I had forgotten the booster seat for my son and luckily they had one and only charged me $4.99 per day for the booster seat where as the big name brand car rentals charge $13.99 per day. Upon returning the vehicle everything was charged to my credit card and there were no hassles, it was quite fast and back to the airport in time for our flight for us. I would definitely recommend renting from this place and would definitely rent again from One Switch. Thank you Alejandro and Paul.
Im giving One Switch Rent A Car, 3 stars since I had great difficulty at check-in. On the phone and via email, I received great customer service. I rented a car from this company via Discover Cars for 7 days. Comments below.Car: I received a nice, clean, and sanitized Nissan. It drove well, great on gas, and overall I had no complaints. Definitely enjoyed this rental.Customer service: On the phone and via email service was great. In person I had an issues with the front desk.Check in: *Insurance discrepancy*Associates wore face masks which was good. Office is clean and patrons were socially distant as well.Upon signing the document for the car, I was asked about the collision insurance, which I denied because my credit card covers it. I also was told that I had to pay a third party liability insurance, which I also wanted to decline because I have GEICO which covers it. Theres a sign right at check-in that list the insurance companies that are accepted. This is where the discrepancy began as the associate, Pedro I guess didnt realize the agreement with the vendor that I made my booking with and told me that I needed a $300,000 liability coverage, which is kind of absurd for a regular sedan in Florida. I also was told that the car would not be given to me unless I signed. I again declined and when I got my bill it had the insurance coverage that I had just declined. I was going to be charged an additional daily fee bringing my total way above what my estimate was. After getting pretty upset and speaking with another associate, Paul, he looked at the fine print on my reservation that I called out stating that my coverage was in fact acceptable and was able to use my Geico insurance to cover the third-party liability, which was at a lower and normal 20k liability rate covered by my insurance. I was then told I would be refund the difference in the associates went ahead.Please note there is a $10 additional daily rate for using your own insurance to add to your estimate.And be aware of additional toll policy charges. If you dont purchase the toll package with them, you are charged $25 per toll even though the toll can be as low as $0.75. That didnt make sense to me. So be mindful, I believe the extra toll package was another $12 a day or so. I was lucky that where I was residing in Florida at this time had no toll roads and I get it needed so I was able to bypass.Check out: No issues here, speedy and quick check out. Staff was friendly. The only discrepancy was that when I asked about my credit for the third party liability, I was told to wait 7 days. I never got the credit so I had to reach out to the parent company via email who issued me the credit about two weeks after.I would in fact book here again and plan to in December. I think its a solid company, but you just have to be mindful of all the fees, because you can get tricked ok that. to get you on that. Even if you provide proof, unfortunately not all associates are knowledgeable so please be sure to read the fine print on your reservation before arriving.Happy renting!

Read this before renting from this company! You may be interested in renting the car because of the low prices they advertise, but it’s not the actual cost until you get there.It was going to cost me a total of $190 initially, but when I arrived the guy told me that if I drove through a toll that I’d be charged $25 for each one even if I paid for each toll. He upsold the $13/day unlimited toll charge. Then he asked for insurance coverage. I told him that my credit card has insurance, but even without checking he said that it’s not going to be good enough. I then showed him my insurance and he said that the coverage isn’t enough. I was never told that your insurance needs to have a certain coverage before renting it out. He was going to charge me an extra $65/day for it.Another thing to keep in mind is if your flight is late and you show up to your rental late then they will just cancel it and you’ll go car less.The crazy thing was there was a couple other people while I was there experiencing the same thing. We all decided to get an Uber and rent somewhere else. I’ve rented cars from all over the place, but this one is really bad. Don’t use them!

I used this place because it was cheap. After taking 40 minutes to help customer the gentleman at the desk asks me if I have insurance. This is fine, but then he asks me give exact dollar amounts of liabilities which nobody knows off the top of their head. So we waited an extra half an hour while 5 people waited behind me. Everything moved at a snails pace. I think Ill just pay more for an actual airport rental next time.
Like all the others we were over charged and caught it right away. He said the manager had to issue the refund. After contacting the manager he said he issued the refund. His verification email never arrived so we called again and he claimed he sent it but to look on our final invoice upon return of the car. When we returned it the refund was not on the bill and the employee said i was not in the computer either. Employee said he couldnt issue it and the manager would have to. Still havent received it. They are a scam and rip people off. They lie and say the toll roads do not accept anything other the the sunpass which they charge $12 a day. This is not the case and another scam to get more money out of you. STAY AWAY.

Off airport,online its one price then at the counter your pressed for more money like paying $14.99 per day for tolls,make sure you bring your personal car insurance information,its not 24 hours they open at 6a.m. waited outside the fence at 5:30am to return the car get there had to use the restroom the girl said it was out of order,what a total inconvenience for customers,also inconvenience got off plane customer service doesnt tell you that you have to call for pick up the company is named two different things from the van that picks you upI would steer clear of this place,Im not a complainer usually but what a big inconvenience o and a $100 deposit even using a credit card.

This place is an absolute nightmare, and you should heed this warning to avoid it at all costs.I was lured in by what seemed like a great rental rate. One Switch? This company should be called Bait-N-Switch, because thats what it is.If you do not have insurance through one of their 4 approved companies (65% of people dont), then you will be FORCED -- you can NOT decline -- to buy their insanely-priced insurance coverage at a rate of $35/day. This is hidden in the fine print of their contracts. I had sufficient personal auto insurance, as well as insurance through my credit card company, and they would not accept it. My credit card company told me they had never heard such a thing.They operate out of a cramped, dirty shack, and the experience I had was right in line with this. These people are rude, uncooperative, and unapologetic in their terrible customer service. I refused to give them any money. I requested they cancel my reservation (to which they refused to provide documentation), and went back to the airport (but not before hearing another family enter their office behind me and start experiencing the same issue). At the airports rental counter, I told the agent my experience. His response? You went to One Switch? Oh, man. Sorry to hear it. We know all about them.Trust me. Avoid this place.
We arrived at Orlando international airport and went to the pickup location as they did in the confirmation email we have received from the car rental company however the car rental shuttle never showed up and after 45 minutes of waiting with kids and all they said that there is no direct shuttle to this specific car rental company as they are banned from Orlando international airport because of their bad reputation we had to get onto another shuttle to be able to get to their location after changing two shuttles after arriving into the car rental location we were told that we have to wait and they only have one representative available to help 15 people after a long waiting and waiting when we arrived at the counter to be able to pick up our car that we have paid for ahead of time maybe two months in advance we were not able to do that because they said they do not have the card I b have paid for they have to downgrade us to it smaller car and theyre not willing to refund ask for the difference and if I wanted to do an upgrade it was not complimentary and we had to pay $35 parody more than what we had paid before so after all that situation and talking to a representative called Alex he was not cooperating on we had to start an argument with him trying to figure out what can we do at the Orlando international airport one of the drivers of the shuttles mentioned to us that these people are scam and they do not give any right cars and theyre not legit and they have their reputation for that and we should think of run renting another car right away after that the representative of the rental car started to say that were going to refuse a service to anyone even if you paid we dont care were going to charge you because we hold the car for you and where are going to not give you the service. Have you promised in this situation we had no choice done taking the car because coming to Orlando for a vacation to young kids we had to get the car and do something I asked him and I told him that I have going to dispute the charges and also come back to make an official complaint about this and they did not seem to care and did not have any customer service no respect for any customer that its been paying them no respond to any of the customers needs and this disregarding every request do not rent from them they are scam
Worst experience EVER!! Went to one address, it was wrong. Finally found where I rented the car, and theyve moved offices during the week!! What the hell. So you rent a car, tell me to return it there, then move and dont tell anyone. Called the number listed multiple times, and no one bothered to answer. Great customer service there. Despite leaving a lot of time, I was almost late for my flight because of all this. What an absolute joke. Never again....
VERY disrespectful staff, middle of covid and got a car with cigarette ashes, dented on all four corners and 5/8 tank of fuel...I can get past that, but to charge my card 32 days later and think you can get away with it....THATS A NO-NO.....simply put, stay away, yeah they are the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
Car was dirty inside and stains dents scratches and bad brakes. Beware of this company so called policies and make sure you take plenty of photos. I will never ever rent here again. tried to contact customer service for 12 hrs and finally got a live person but they are in miami and supposedly gave manager my contact info and he never called.
Wish there would be a negative stars review option. We waited more than an hour to get picked up from the airport at the location they told us to wait at. The location the shuttle actually arrived to was completely different. When I tried to find the contact info I found sebral bad reviews on this company (strange that they have 4 stars). At the office they said I have to purchase their insurance because they do not work with the insurance company I had. The cheapest insurance was 35$ a day from what they offered. I spent more than 2 hours with them and ended up without a car. I made another reservation with dollar and it cost me much cheaper for a full sized car. Never rent from this company!
STAY AWAY! As many other has advised, the place is shady and a SCAM. The cheap advised price will become DOUBLE once you get there and they put all the compulsory extras. You even have to pay a LOT to use your own insurance.

......INSURANCE SCAM..... ....1st of all they show good rate online but as soon as you go to get a car, they make you wait for an hour outside. they dont have a proper office. Once your process starts they force you to get their insurance which is around $60/day or else they tell you to put ....$7000.....deposit.I know its hard to believe but that is how they make money by claiming damages which are already there before .So Please be careful trying to rent a car from here. This place isnt bad but you drive around the back of a park and ride and go to a metal shipping container which is the office. The price was good the staff isnt the friendliest. Overall I had a good experience and would use them again.
Scammers!-required to see my insurance policy and would not accept my insurance card-gave customer in front of me a Sentra when he was supposed to get a Camry; told him it was the same thing; this is what we have.-picked us up in a van with another name on it, but a placard of One Switch on the hood! -speaking another language to each other when everyone got upset, they went into the office and closed the door.We left, rented from Dollar Rental. Out the door with an Impala in 15 minutes. I could go on, but no need, if you rent from them, there WILL be a problem. They are unknown in FL, I guess that’s why, they won’t be around long.
I would like to give one star - the reason the address they send has been changed to another place so when I went there there was no one then I called them so they give another address so we went there - I consider Its OK it happen sometimes - when I reach at location - first they took 15 minutes to find my reservation even after giving my confirmation - then they check prices and found that I got online deal so they put new car back and bring another car which my bother in law found as he was waiting outside talking over the phone. Third my insurance does not work so I have to buy with them only, same out of state I can not go - if I have to then extra charge and last I have to pay 15 USD for toll even I do not use it that was ridiculous so I did not take car from there and went with another company. From the beginning they were very useful explaining the whole process. Everything very fast. Great service, they comply with everything they offer, they are a great team and they assure the satisfaction of the client, their employees are attentive, Mr. hugo took care of me and I do not have any complaint of him, I explain everything in detail, the car I chose, it was perfect, I was very pleased.
The worst ever Russian thiefs and Dominican illegals adding extra fees and chargers when you paid upfront and hold you and your money hostage stuck in an airport parking lot you have to agree or pay astronomical taxi fee to get back to that airport out of a couple hundred dollars they want to dispute to refund now stuck at the airport with no money for another car buyers beware Tourist communist trap. Quick attention, Rental agent was clear and precise in his recommendations, not force to buy insurance or extras like other companies. Book with fear for the previous reviews but after my experience I really recommend them
I too was sucked in by the good rate for a rental car. The shuttle transportation took us to an office trailer which I thought was sketchy but I figured Id give it a chance. Bad Idea. First of all they only accept 4 insurance companies and would not accept my insurance which is Erie! Second the security deposit was $1000! After a bit of back and forth we cancelled the reservation which they would not give me proof of . The shuttle did however take us back to the airport for free where we rented from Avis for about the same price. I would never recommend this company and lesson learned.
Shady company that has a lot of add on fees! Only accepts 4 insurance companies otherwise have to have $35 per day. Just so many extra charges, but dont worry they are all in the fine print edited contract! Took us 3 hours to get our car
Worst car rental ever, its my 1st bad review, when we arrived we had to wait for an hour in airport till the shuttle finally showed up. When we get to the center they said they need 300,000$ proof of liability insurance, only (18 wheelers has an insurance whit that among of liability ) Florida insurance requirement is 20000. I had Geico insurance with 50000$ liability . They said noth enough and i have to buy insurance from them for 20.99$ a day !! . It was my 1st time to hear it, no other car rental is like that . Just do yourself a huge favor and stay away from thus place
I waited 1 hour for this shuttle service nobody has come during this waiting period I called 4 different numbers several times and received no response I texted the number back from earlier no response Ive left messages no response.I decide to take uber to 3255 McCoy rd thinking maybe they are busy CLOSED gates locked lights off for the night and sadly another Lyft home...I FEEL ANGRY, and CONFUSED, I just got off a 5 hour flight Im tired, and hungry How irresponsible of Next Car you have completely inconvenience me I now have to UBER AGAIN in the morning before work just to get my car... UNACCEPTABLE
I rented a car in November and it had 10/10 for me, they are very responsible and dont have hidden prices.
This is a horrible company, made up of horrible people. I would not suggest that ANYONE gives them your business or u will regret your decision immediately !!!!! They manipulate there contracts scam people out of money, they wont take your insurance, they made us wait 4 hours to rent a vehicle. They are late constantly, when they say they will be there..trust me they wont be. They have there office out of a flipping shack, there is no restroom on site, which Im pretty sure is illegal if u are running a business. The staff were so incredibly rude!!!! The BBB will definitively be contacted. Out of all my years I have never met people or a company this disgusting. Again..I strongly suggest nobody rent from these people.

They guys are a scam!!! I got to orlando and called them and no one pick up. Bit a guy text me and tell me to wait at b11. So I was there for a hr waiting and no where to be found. I asked the other shutters there and they said they heard of these guy. Bad stuff of course. So I got 7 people with me with no car, went into theterminal and I told them about this company and they said I wasnt the first. So let me tell u guys..do not rentfromthe.. you been warned..
This place is a scam. Horrible service! The lady at the Orlando office has no clue what she is doing. Any questions you have, get halfass answers. They have hidden fees that are not disclosed until you arrive to pick up the car. After returning the car a month later, I was charged for a toll of $17 which is ironic seeing that I purchased the car with the toll package included, they refused to refund me the addition toll fee. All around worst experience with a car rental company.

Every negative review youve read about this company is probably true. Very shady practices. I had to wait 45 minutes just to see someone. And then they try to force me to buy their insurance coverage which starts at $35 a day. Stay away, and go rent from a reputable company.
Do not rent from this place...we rented the car online, and when we got there they wanted to charge us more for insurance and a 2500 deposit...which we did not have for a deposit, so we bought the daily insurance and a 500 deposit...brought the car back early in the morning a week later and we owed them 415 with the sunpass. They kept the 500 deposit to cover it (683 Canadian) for a small car with no gps, but it was a real scam and very stressful for my husband and I. Buyers Beware of booking online...next time we will pick out a reputable car rental company at the airport.

Everything was excellent from my reception at the airport (since an employee was waiting for me) until the moment you deliver the car, attend the agreed time, the car is in perfect condition, they explain the rental process well, they respond immediately upon contacting them, the cost is economical, excellent service.
Broken driver seat height lever, all 4 tires deflated so I had to stop and inflate at gas station, empty windshield washer fluid. They led me to believe that most toll roads in Orlando dont take cash so I paid $12.99 a day for the sunpass and later discovered that all tolls have a cash boot.Upon returning home I received a notice from my Visa about a fraudulent purchase on it, so had to cancel my credit card. (This was by far the shadiest establishment weve been to on our visit to Florida so I had to mention)When I expressed my displeasure with the vehicle and their service at the end of my rental I was chased out from their metal container office space by one of their attendants telling me to calm down. Apparently I went too far by calling their vehicle a piece of sheet.This should not happen Florida, shame on you for allowing crooks to operate legally in your state and defraud tourists like that.
I was pleased with the service of the company I really liked the car that I was renting, it was great, neat and in good condition, besides super comfortable, they went to look for me at the airport at the scheduled time and they complied with everything established in the contract, definitely I will choose this company to rent a car
Worst car rental experience in my entire life. 3 hours after our flight got in we still werent in the car. The place was sketchy as could be, office in a walk-in closet on the 2nd floor or a hotel. Car ran out of washer fluid almost immediately (not maintained). 1 guy walked out because the place was so sketchy but he refused to leave this other woman alone until she got her car and was out of there out of courtesy. Their accents were difficult to understand, they try to make you purchase their insurance and refuse to rent to you until you do which would make their cheap costs end up more than a reputable company that would have the car at the airport and have maintained the car etc... I just cant tell you enough how horrible of an experience this place was, you would be very wise to pay an extra $20 for the week and go with someone reputable.

These guys are rip-off artists. They only accept your insurance if its GEICO or Allstate. Otherwise youre forced to buy their insurance which is more expensive than the rental itself.Also, they are a far ride from the Orlando airport. When you turn off the main road, you literally have to drive DEEP into the woods. Until you reach a storage container that serves as their office.Once the bus pulled away, we discovered that the rep was no where to be found. We had to wait 45 mins for him to get back. When he did... not a single word of apology.

Low rate caught me off guard. Next thing I know Im by a Trailor with no one there to present me with my rental. I called ahead of time and let them know I was coming in late due to the flight delay and they assured me that I would be fine. Worst service Ive ever had with a rental car company. Even with drop off the failed to give instructions on how to do so and get a shuttle back to the airport.. Lesson learnt.. Do not always grab the lowest price so your research.

On arrival at the rental office that is a half of a shipping container hidden away at the rear of a public car park they want $2600 deposit $350 for a sunpass because they said every road in Orlando is a toll road. Then they said the insurance you took when booking the car is not good enough and they cant give you the car unless you take the insurance they provide. $1200 more not to mention that it has a $5000 deductible that is held on your credit card. This is a scam.please dont waste your time and money. Believe all the bad reviews and dont do it. I cant say enough bad things about this company. They also trade under the name terex

Worst place to rent a vehicle from. They kept my for $600.00 deposit! then the driver drove like a maniac on his way to drop us off at the airport. They said I would get my $600.00 deposit back WHAT A LIE! they kept it!! saying its a bank error.. like really?? dont ever TRUST these people!!!Very unprofessional! I had to rate 1 star to post this, otherwise believe me it would be a negative star rating.

This place is really sketchy. Every bad review there is, believe it. It’s in a shack, they showed up really late, and barely spoke English. We asked them if our return time would be okay, and they said there would be no guarantee someone would be there and we would just have to trust and leave the car there. When he showed up late he said “people are human.” Understandable, but be professional and show up when you say you will. I would highly recommend not renting from them.
It has a very good location, it was easy to access the page to find the car you were looking for, allyn was very helpful, attentive and responsible. They gave me the car at the agreed time without any problem, I have no complaints, since the car that rente was very comfortable and its staff is very capable, so I could notice, thanks for the service, it is wonderful and accessible.
Terrible experience !!!! negligence in service, I am more than 1 hour waiting at the airport for the car to take me to the rental store. customer service no longer responds, and I just missed appointments for that!
Update 1 :This is one the worst rental car company i have ever seen in my life. The initial rate from easyrentcars was reasonable and i went to this rental place, they are horrible. I had best insurance coverage that i will cover all rental cars but this company will not take my insurance. They charged me additional 25$ per day which was way way more than the top class rental car companies charges. The whole price came to be extra 100$ of rental charge than regular ones. On top of if they charged me 1000$ upfront cost and gave me reciept of it and they say they would refund it later.. I am warning this company and will warn again on this company and never go to this rental place if you see this company name buying rental cars from other sources. very very bad experience in florida in the beginning only. I am not sure why no one is closing this company. I will report in all places where i can .. Dont ever believe 5 Star ratings of this company.. I repeat dont believe 5 star ratings.. They are all trash.. Remember this company when you buy car rental and immediately go and cancel the order, otherwise you will have a night mare in the begining of the trip.. i will post more and more bad reviews on this companyUpdate 2 :Collision Damange waiver is optional but this company forces you take the collision Damage waiver after going in shuttle for an hour to that small trailer and wait for an hour to come to your line and they say that you need additional insurance for the car to take it otherwise go back to aiport and find a new car.. I rented a car with them and thought it was going to be fine. I had to put $1000 security deposit on the car, without notice ahead of time. We have the rental car and the USB doesnt even work. We returned the car before the place opened at 6am, apparently its 24hrs and waited 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to pick us up and take us to the airport. Then 3.5 weeks later after returning the car, making sure I checked to see if the return was okay because I did not receive a follow up email or ANYTHING. They charge me for gas when I filled the tank at half like I was supposed to return it with half. The tank costs $25.00 to fill and I returned it at half a tank like I did when I picked it up. --$12.76 charge to my account 3.5 weeks later, now being told it is because of gas???! This is ridiculous, the customer service is terrible, I try to call and get a busy signal, I text on Whatsapp and try to call and they tell me I dont speak english!
I rented a car, I felt very comfortable because all the time they were very kind to me, they made me a budget adjusted to my needs and they respected it all the time, it is an honest and very reliable company.

I see all the reviews are in agreement. What a rip off. After being dropped off in front of a literal shed! We discovered that they only accept 4 insurance companies. So the only way we could get a car was to pay their insurance. Luckily we were not in a hurry. So we took a shuttle back to airport.What a bait and switch

I dont know how they are an average of 4 stars. They should be a 0 if that were an option. My fiancé went to them because of their reservation price. Once he got there, they tacked on around $170 and said that they dont accept our insurance (never heard that from any car rental place ever). The customer service was hurting them more than helping them. The people behind him then had the same problem, and so on. This business is a COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
