Having AC problems for the last few weeks with VW Atlas (I live in Florida so is super hot).We take the car in 2 weeks ago but their AC machine was down. Since I didn’t receive a call to schedule an appointment I stop by there today and they tell me machine is fixed but they are backed up and can’t fix my car today. I asked if I could leave my car and get a loaner but that was not an option. I now have an appointment for a week from now! Wow after paying $48K for a vehicle I definitely expected better service! Payed 23K for a Honda and have received way better service there.

I knocked a star off because we were there over 5 hours trying to close this deal. We did not have a very pleasant experience with the first business manager we met with and he then disappeared for over an hour and a half before the new manager came out, but seems to have been a unique circumstance as everyone else there was very pleasant. My first experience at this place was horrible. The service team was not kind at all and on top of that damaged my starter even more after taking it here. On top of that one man was joking around while checking my car and the day I was picking it the car up I was welcomed by the sales team and they said oh your the lady from yesterday like if they were talking about my car situation amongst themselves and they laughed and said maybe you need to replace the whole car. Very unprofessional and inhumane. God bless those people who took advantage of an inexperienced person who just needed assistance.

We walked into this dealership on Sunday, and we’re pleasantly greeted and promptly introduced to a sales agent to help us. We were helped by Shy who quickly got down to business and figured out what we were looking for and got us set up for a test drive. We knew more or less what we were looking for and he helped us narrow down our choices and set us up for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the model we test drove and eased all our concerns about buying used v. new. Wish we could have dealt with him exclusively as he was friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, and did not exude the sleazy car salesman-y feel that we were turned off by when the manager or finance guy stepped in. I get that the car sales process has changed quite a bit due to shortages, etc, but as a customer, one should feel like their sale is wanted and/or appreciated - and he made it feel like he was doing us a favor and we were unreasonable to even entertain that there was any room to negotiate. But that being said, we were OK with the price and once we didn’t have to deal with that guy again, the process continued to go smoothly. Happy with our sales associate and with our purchase!

Bought a pretty nice 2015 Toyota Corolla with Jonathans help a few Sundays ago. Pretty disappointed with my first experience. Arrived on time for my 9:45am routine maintenance appointment (oil change and tire rotation) with a customer waiting mark. I was informed that it may be a couple of hours. At 12:15 pm, I walked over to service desk to check on status. Service rep confirmed that they just started the service and it should be ready by 1pm.I observed several customers come in after me for service and were finished prior to 12:15pm.Waiting area was clean and multiple hot drink maker available which is why my review gets 2 stars. Had the waiting area not held up, this would have been a 1 star review.

The Atlas has more space for family so that is what we decided on. No pressure, honest and nice people. The worst place to get service in your car, Is the second time that I go there and I have the same problem with the same advisor his name Was Mr Rosado, I have a Factory Recall on my mail, I scheduled a services with different advisor and she was not there today, so I have to see him again, I told him that I have the factory recall and right away the answer from him was, I don’t know what are you talking about because I have the same car and isn’t recall on my car he said, I have to show him with my phone and then I believe what I m talking about, Also I told him that my radio is acting up and he said is impossible because there’s not problems reported with that, this is my 12 ‘s VW car that I owned, I m a loyal customer, and I being treated like a fool, I ask for a manager, and they said they don’t have one, can you believe that? Any way, this people from service department needs to be sent to get a new training to learn how to treat specially loyalty customers....
