I was impressed from the start. When I googled Chevy dealership near me and clicked on the Starling website, I was immediately greeted by a chat box. I thought it was a bot but decided to give it a shot and sure enough, the rep took care of everything I needed. I had to bring in my 2018 Malibu for an ECM recall and she set up the service dealer to call me. They called me less than 2 hours later and set me up an appointment within the week. I was late due to traffic and they still took me in no problem immediately. The process was very quick, easy and free and my rep, Donny, was very polite and kind and made me feel like a valued customer even though I didnt buy my Chevy at this particular dealer. The recall was taken care of quickly and that day and my car is good to go. They even did a free inspection for me for added piece of mind. I had an appointment for 4:00PM for an oil change. I showed up at 3:40 to get checked in and the advisor told me it would be 3-4 hours for the service. That is totally unacceptable. There is a reason you have appointment times. I decided to wait. It still took a little over 2 1/2 hours. For an oil change.While I was waiting I decided to walk around the lobby and lot. Not once was I approached by anyone. Not once. Even when there were groups of employees standing outside the front door chatting it up between themselves. We are looking to buy a brand new Suburban. $80+k.Between the vehicle service here and the lack of customer service, I think we will take all of our business elsewhere.On a positive note, our service advisor was great. Very friendly and understanding about my service time complaint.

Shopping for a car is simply not fun, hard to trust people and walking into a dealership can feel like walking into a pond full of gators, but at Starling Chevrolet, my experience was different after visiting 5 dealers that weekend. Since the moment I got off my car, I was approached by Christian Melo, very nice Colombian dude who walked me into the building and immediately asked me for what I was looking for. He directed me to the type of car I wanted, we went on a test drive, and came back to the office. We tried working out the numbers but I was not at the point where I was happy. Erik, the manager came out, tried working some numbers for me, but I weren’t at the price point where I felt comfortable. I left the dealer, went home, and a few minutes later I got a call from them with a new proposal. It worked for both. I went back and just signed. I’m happy with the car that I got, which is actually a trim higher then what I was thinking of getting, but at the end with their knowledge and willingness to make a deal where we both were happy it all ended well for both.I’m very happy with the car, and will definitely recommend Christian to anybody who is shopping for a vehicle. Let me start by saying I am extremely particular about who handles and who works on my 2019 Camaro SS. I just moved to the Orlando area from Jacksonville Florida and needed to get an oil change as well as have a recall checked. I did a lot of research and determined that Starling Chevrolet had an excellent reputation on Google reviews. I was not disappointed at all. From the moment I called to make the appointment all the way through completion and payment when Noel Cepeda sent me on my way home. The technician Saul, while doing a complete review of the car determined that the tires needed to be changed. Noel and Saul approached me and showed me a print out that made it very clear to me that indeed the tires needed to be changed. They had the exact style of tire that my car needed and were able to change them that very day. The tire change and alignment solved a noise problem that I had with the car for sometime and had given up trying to diagnose.I cannot thank Noel, Saul, Ron the manager and the staff that answered the phone enough. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing service on their Chevrolet. Thank you all very much! I will be back the next time my beloved Camaro needs service.

Is it possible to give less than zero stars? This place is a circus and I believe they think that customers are the clowns. VERY unprofessional behavior. A complete lack of respect for its customers. I had negotiated a certified pre-own vehicle from this dealership. We agreed on the price and I sent the details for the payment. They were going to bring the car from one store to another (both from the same group/company – Chevrolet Starling). Everything good and then suddenly (a few minutes later), they told me the car was sold already. So, next day I called the store on where the car was supposed to be and guess what? The car was there. Available. They even asked me if I wanted to go there and check the car out. They lied to me. PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR… there are other Chevy dealerships in Orlando, try Don Mealey. At least, they will treat you with more professionalism and no lies.

You really need a quicker in and out service for simple oil changes and tire rotations, I really think I am going to fords quick lane, 20-30 or another quick service for simple maintenance. Running the car through a car wash after service cant hurt neither too. What happened to service from 15 years ago? Simple things like this make a difference in my car buying choice even if I move away from domestic car manufacturers all together. Its great to make a sale and buy American but the after sales experience is most important. The old days of just sitting around waiting for simple things when other dealers of foreign makers and dealers have better selling experience online and in person as well as great after sales experience. My next purchase is coming soon and it was going to be a Trail Blazer since I had one before and fell in love with it. I am definitely going to take my time and prioritize my needs vs want and find a manufacturer and dealer who can provide. American car manufacturers are just falling so far behind, time to make the little changes that make a big difference. Listen to your customers. Its not about cupholders or off road, its tech, reliability, easy maintenance and not spending 1-2 hours for an oil change. Wireless fast charging and wireless infotainment is a must in these days, no cords, and an actual 7-8 inch display that repels fingerprints would be more realistic. Built in front, rear and maybe side cameras that can record in case of accident is a must these days, especially for design and safety research. That is just a starter.
