I’m happy with Claudia. She has cut my husbands hair. He is always satisfied. I will be going to her again. I have one problem though. When I try to call to see if Claudia is there, no one answers the phone and I cannot leave a message. So, I wind up going there to discover she is not there. Why doesn’t someone answer the phone? I guess next time, I’ll ask her which are the days she’s there.

On Sunday I went to refresh my Asymmetrical haircut. After I got home and washed my hair...I was highly disappointed! I think I could have done a better job!

Worst experience ever. I am not one to ever complain or write a bad review for anyone However, my fiancé and I decided to get hair cuts at this location and it was the absolute worst. He walked out with piece of his hair missing on the side and no edges. I asked for a wash, a cut, and blow dry. She refused and told me it’s too busy and she can only cut my hair. We were the only ones in the store so it made no sense. I told her cut off 2 inches. She cut off 4 and it was not even at all. I wish I remembered her name. But she should not be working as a hair stylist. She was more busy worrying about the size of my engagement ring and our personal lives rather than doing her job. Very disappointed. Now I’m waiting on our hair to grow back to where it should be. Never visiting this location again.

Who ever the lady was that was there for opening today, Tuesday 3/2. She clearly rushed my haircut, as when I was done she didnt even show me the back with a mirror. Go home to my wife telling me its completely uneven, which included the blending of the hair into the next size, and I asked to keep the top grabbable and now its too low. Not at all what I was wanting. I asked for how soccer players have it really tight with a nice blend going up to the top. This so what I got. Will be making it a point to not get my hair cut from her again. Last time it was the manager and she did a good job. Very displeased

Claudia was amazing. I explained to her my bad experience and she took her time to make sure we didnt cut my hair shorter than I wanted. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back to see her. :) happy customer 🥰

Awesome place!!!! Daisy cut my hair a few days ago, and was the best. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a few suggestions. And she was right, my hair is amazing. They also had a great deal to buy products discounted with a service. Unfortunately they didnt have what I needed, but got it in for me a few days later and still honored the discount. Very friendly staff. Clean, and inviting. Thank you Daisy and Marie for all you have done!!!! 💜💜

Her sweet/positive attitude was so refreshing during this difficult time. I actually walked out of another Barber Shop today due to the sheer lack of customer service and was so happy when I drove the extra distance to do business with Claudia!
