Armando cut my hair the first time and it was absolutely amazing. Super professional and quick.Yesterday morning however, he was in the middle of a cut and had another waiting on him so I sat in the chair next to his. The kid seemed young but Im willing to give barbers a chance. Asked for a mid skin fade. And today, I looked in the mirror and realized I had lines all the way up. You can see the bald line, half line, 1 line and so on. I think he is new so I totally understand but dont let someone leave your chair if the haircut isnt finishedCalled now to see if I can schedule an appt with armando to fix it but no one is picking up. The sad part is Im even willing to pay Armando since it was on me that I didnt catch it while I was still there

My dad was going to this old school barber shop for years. When I moved back to Orlando I was broke so I cut my own hair. I had clippers and it was/is a clippers cut. Back then I made it easy for myself and used a number 2 clippers guide. This went on until someone saw my hair had multiple levels. So I started going back in 200 or 2001. Soon after that the father retired. At the heyday, that I can remember, there were a total of 5 chairs in use. It dwindled down to 2 guys: the Son (Armando) and tall guy with tattoos. I started going to him. To this day I dont know his name. The 2 had a falling out and tall guy quit. So I started going to Armando. My dad would go early in the morning and wait his turn for the next available (Either Armando or Jamie). I wanted someone I could count on to provide consistent service. Plus he is the Son in Fater & Son (so an owner). After my dad died, I went to get my monthly haircut. I had dads obit complete with picture opened on my phone. Haircut was over. So I told Armando that this was my dad and he passed away 2 months ago (Armando was off when I went in the previous month). Armando said he was wondering where this guy went or what happened. He was genuinely saddened to hear. Months later while cutting my hair he told me he wanted to tell me something but I couldnt wuss out. I agreed. He told me he still misses my dad. Father & Son is truly a FAMILY business! Go and you will feel it!

Came in looking pretty desert islandy since Id been on tour and hadnt gotten around to seeing a barber in 7 months. Barber did a great job tidying me up. Trimmed my beard nicely -- really neatened it up without cutting down a ton of length. Very friendly service. Will return in the future for sure.
