Very professional and by far the cleanest barbershop I’ve been to. They all welcomed me (and everyone that enters through their door), the service was great the owner was paying attention to detail as well as making sure that not only I but everyone was comfortable and having a great experience. The haircut was an Elite cut as promised and with their reasonable price of $20 I felt the need to give $30 and pre booked for my next cut, so needless to say I will come back and definitely recommend Elite Barbers to family, friends and others. I was waiting to get a cut. They had a sign that said walk-ins welcomed. As I walked in 4 gentleman was playing cards and 3 people were cutting hair. I wanted to be greeted and no one said anything so is a done. I wanted about 10-15 no one said anything to me. A barber finished and didn’t even respond to me sitting there. I was looking for a new barber and I have a few friends that are looking as well. I won’t be using this place.Part 2. I called the number as asked if needed an appointment or anything. The person in the back was super polite. I came back in and he greeted me. I simply asked how come no one greeted me when I came in. The Owner was sweeping the floor and said “look man I seen you when I was playing cards but assume you had an appointment “. I said how hard was it for you or anyone else to greet a person walking in. Immediately he got rude and started cussing telling me I can get the F out of the store. He’s the owner he’s been here for 12 years and he knows how to run a business. I simply got up and walked away. Never in my life have I seen such rude behavior.

First time getting cut at this barbershop and I was extremely happy with the experience! The fade and edge up all came out perfectly just as I had described to the barber. Professional environment, super clean and Friendly environment. Definitely found me my new spot to go when I need to get cleaned up and lookin right!

Always satisfied with cuts. Sometimes little language from barber some if easily offended dont come here. Prices little high compare to others but I think its worth it. Would recommend !

Terrible service, waited 45 minutes while I saw multiple people coming in and cut the line. When asked they said these people had appointments, but when I called before coming in they said they werent taking appointments that day.They dont even put your name on a list to keep track of who is in line, no business sense at all. Dont go here if you value your time or want to be treated with respect.

This is the worst barbershop you will ever go to. My boyfriend needed a haircut and because he is a frontline health care worker he is not getting enough time during weekdays, so he went as a walk in. His barber Cisco was extremely rude, became very aggressive and defensive when requested to cut hair in a certain way. He used old semi broken clippers which almost caused injury and cuts and was overall extremely unprofessional. Surprised that this person is allowed to cut hair since his service is extremely poor. Would never return here again.

I usually go weekly for a skin fade and a clean up on my goatee but Ive seen them do it all. Blow outs, fades, shape ups, beards, eyebrows, mohawks, designs, comb overs, everything. I took my son to Elite Barbers for his back to school haircut, and I got the best service ever! They pay attention to detail and are very precise with their work. The only downside is that they dont have a credit card machine, but there is an ATM next door. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend it!!!

Rude AF. I called to book an appointment. Mentioned I’d seen online there was another location and went to ask if they were far from where I’m getting married, so I could book appointments for 10 men but hung up on me when I said I saw there was One online By the airport? N said okay then n hung up. I called BACK to ask why so rude that I was trying to make an appointment and he’s talking over me saying there’s two more that way. I again started to try to talk and he was getting rude like I was bothering him. Forget that. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Someone who has time to talk to me and not be so rude to hang up.

I’ve been coming to this barbershop for seven years and the ambient has not changed. They will treat you like family, customer service is excellent and the prices are great. I’ve been going to elite barber shop since they open. Since they open the entire staff of barbers provide an amazing costumer service. I found out that they had 3 in total barbershops here in Orlando. I took it up on my self to see if they had the same costumer service in all of them and I was amazed that they did. The cuts were always on point never had to worry about having a bad cut. My personal opinion is keep doing what you’re doing elite Barbers because is great. Anyone that is looking for a good place to get a cut most go to elite barbershop.

Came to this barbershop after my son received a horrible cut from a barbershop on Lee Vista. Walked in a addressed my concerns with Alex and the other barbers. Alex took on the task and gave my son an amazing cut skin tight fade. I highly recommend this facility to all seeking experienced talented barbers. The music and vibe was great. So my barber is The best barber in Orlando! Not only is he very interactive but he listens, he takes time to do things right. Waited 1hr for the shop to open they say it opens at 10:00 am. Was there by 9:50am.No lights on doors lock was the first one there 7-10 people came after me and left because the shop was still not open waited like10 more min in the car left at 11 no sho. Great job. Left came back dude was opening the shop at 11:15 ask what happen he told me everyone is thier own boss in the the shop. So I guess no one runs the shop not to mention I still didn’t get my haircut first.

I have to say my visit to Elite Barbers was awesome, while searching for a new barber due to the fact my current barber/friend could not do my hair at this time due to time issues.. So checking out other places trying to find someone else I have been to a few places and did not seem to like the services or barber so when I went to Elite on Friday it was awesome, everyone was cool and got along, and no waiting this dude took me fast had great conversation and great skills. His name is ARSENIO he is awesome if you need a cut,fade,also does designs so hit him up ! it looks like I met my new full time barber when i need my hair faded. These guys sucked, asked them for one thing and they ave me half a buzz cut and this weird bangs thing. They didnt ask me to take a look and see how it was going, hell I didnt see it till the end, not only that but when the guy was doing my eyebrows he cut me, you would think an older barber could shave eyebrows without cutting the person, and he left some of it uneven, I had to fix it myself! Not to mention instead of shaving my whole face, he took his buzzer and only did my right cheek. Oh and btw they dont take credit cards, and will hold onto your personal belongings until you get cash from an ATM next door.

Went to get my sons haircut it looked good when we was at the shop but when we got home it looks horrible one side is shorter then the other its all jacked up I wont be back my poor sons hair is messed up I could have done his hair myself for what they did to it :( and to make matters worst he is crying over it thank you and has autism way to make a kid feel terrible bout himself now

Made me wait 15 mins (which is fine the barber had a client in the chair). I asked if he would take a credit card he said we can figure something out. Asked me to pay for his uber which I do not use and told me there is an atm next door which I dont carry a debit card or cash. I drove 7 miles to get to your shop and wanted to pay by credit card. You call yourself elite. Get a freaking credit card machine or a square. It costs ten dollars at a local phone store. Not so elite when you cant afford a ten dollar square in your store. Iam an owner of a very large business in hunters creek. You all made a big mistake upsetting me.To the owner,Thank you for responding. I do not remember the barbers name but he was the only one there at the time and when you enter the shop it is the chair at the far end on the left. He should be unemployed
