I would rate it a Zero!!! We get there and theres only 2 guys working.So it was empty i thought we wouldnt be there too long. After waiting almost an hour they skipped my boys turn and went to someone else..what kind of customer service is that??? I would never go there again

I say that with the upmost truth.. my son waited in there for 45 minutes without any communication from these unprofessional people and the prices are horrible from the beginning to end... found a better place with people who treat clients with respect. Also not one person had a mask on except for my son... will be contacting some people since I’m a lawyer to shut this place down..

Went here recently and the guy who cut my hair didnt speak English. Okay, thats fine. When the other guy translated he was supposed to tell him I want a fade from 2 to 1. I walked out with a skin fade on the bottom. I had to tell him it was supposed to be a 2. He quicker went over the top with a 2 guard but didnt fade it. My side burns are him and my lines are very uneven. Pfft.
