I scheduled an appointment on Booksy. I arrived 10 minutes early. Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted. I informed them that my appointment was with Wesley. After being acknowledged, I waited a few minutes. Wesley was friendly, prompt and attentive to detail. While I waited for my son to be done, I observed the business was very clean and well kept. They have a sign in sheet for walk-ins but appointments are taken first. This was my first time taking my son to this barber shop and we will be returning. Our next appointment for my younger child is with Junior, I will update the experience.

I always have a terrible 1st experience when checking out new barber shops. That changed this time. I finally got a nice fade 1st time around. Thanks!

Waited there while some that did not have an appointment were seen before us. Must be regulars, if theyre too busy to take walk ins they should let the customer know. If they prefer to take regular customers over building new relationships to generate more business then they need to let customers know as well. ALSO, there is a $2 additional fee to use a credit card.

Agree with @Oscar. Some guys are honest and straight up (Wes). But make sure you know what you are getting and what you are paying. (Juan). There is some illegal gambling going on there too. Not too cool. Trying to make up for your losses by passing it on to the customer.

My man Juan really did his thing. I’m down here visiting and I’m a barber as well. And I’m extremely picky about my hair. And he listened to every single detail I said and executed it with precision and as well as with urgency. Didn’t sit there too long. I got a facial and a haircut and it took no more then 45 min. He’s very detailed oriented like my self and I appreciate that. Had great conversation and felt very very comfortable, not only in his chair but the shop as well. It’s a great environment and I’m extremely impressed. Highly recommended from a fellow barber!

Why have a walk-in sheet when you dont use it I Waited for 2 hours for Haircut I walked out I see they have Favoritism there they pick and choose who they wanna Cut hair.

The hours of operations are 9am-7pm. I got there at at 10am and they barely opened and it was only one barber by himself almost there the hole morning… Also poor service and poor quality for the price.

Be careful who you cut your hair with here. Especially if they send you to the back. Another barber had to step in for my sons haircut. Blowout turned in to a mushroom.

As of right now this location gets a 2 star rating. Sat down for about an hour, yes I signed in. I understand barbers might have bookings but not everyone I seen get taking care of after I’ve been sitting there had an appointment. I’m more than positive about that. The shop is a nice shop overall. Very well maintained. They ply music but not loud like other shops which was good. I will return one more time and hopefully I can change this review. But as of right now they only get 2 stars as I didn’t get my haircut here.

James Perez was the Barber that gave me my haircut. Great cut! ... nice guy and when you book an appointment with him online .... guess what? He keeps it, there’s not 2 other guys he squeezed in right before you got there that causes you to wait an additional hour like the rest of the Barber Shops in town. The atmosphere is great the barbers seem to be a bunch of cool guys and I will be returning

5 Star is the plug for a quick and efficient haircut, tied in with that old-school everyone is welcome barber shop feel (especially after the remodel last year). Danny is the best barber theyve got, and has been cutting my hair for 8-9 years now. As per the 5 star standard, he always provides professional service with a fresh ass cut.

Best barbershop in the area! I was in town for a few days and scheduled an appointment with Jae. Hands down one of the best barbers I’ve been to, he’s very knowledgeable with cutting hair and is professional with exact timing for appointments! Highly recommended for anyone on vacation and needing a high quaility barber or if you’re from the area.

Signed in, sat down. Sitting there for 45 minutes looking at multiple barbers just sitting there. Seen them take care of multiple people that walked in which are probably regulars. I’m more than positive not everyone that walked in had an appointment. That’s always the excuse on reviews. Which is b.s. if you looking for a new barbershop I would suggest Not coming here. I guarantee who ever response to this will say they were appointment booked. I moved here 2 years ago from Miami, finding a good Barber was a challenge. I finally found this barbershop and Junior was the first person to cut my 4 year old sons hair, my eyebrows and my husbands hair amd very recently my daughters hair. I always get compliments on my eyebrows. Weve been going to Junior ever since. He is great with kids, and made us feel comfortable from the start. Make an appointment ahead of time and you will be taken care of.

Visiting from Myrtle Beach and needed a cut. Ran into the best cut I ever had. Ask for Juan in the 4th chair and you wont be disappointed. Great place and very professional atmosphere

My son is 16 years old I’ve been coming to the Five Star Barbershop since they were Located in Meadow Woods since my son is four years old open coming in straight razor haicut . Danny, James, Juan, and JR ALL cut my sons hair.Now even my husband’s been coming for like the past eight years getting his haircut too and they change styles they do the eyebrows, the mustache, and the the beards! My son and my husband couldn’t be any more happy they come all the time!! Even, my dad comes for the past 6 years....The guys are great and very talented!!!

Went to a haircut 30 min before it closes, they came to me asking me to leave because they were going home. Never been asked to leave of any store before and it was OPEN! Do not recommend to anybody.

Not sure how to get service here but you put your name on a list that no one looks at then if they know you get service first they are not interested in the new client waiting first,been here for 30 minutes and had about 4 people come in after me and get service before me. They have a lot of guys working but its a free for all!Ive been here 50 minutes to long already.I finally was called and the guy did a great job if it was not for that I would have given this place a 1 star. The way they service thiee clients is horrible and very unfair to the customers on the selection of serving them. I may try them again but not for a while.

After trying different barbers/places, I’ve been coming to this place since they opened a few years back and Danny is my barber even before that, he used to work at a place closer to my house, I don’t mind driving a few extra miles because I know he will do the job right again and again.
