Ive been looking for a nice and professional barber shop for a while, came across Jacas baber shop and was blown away. Ive been coming here for about 3 months and have no complaints. The inside gives a very nice and rustic speakeasy vibe, is very clean and all the employees are professional. They greet you as you come in and meet your needs on whether or not you have an appointment. They use square which makes transactions easy, and you can make appointments online in advance. Prices are good and the cuts are quality, I got a cut from John Borden and hes been great ever since. Friendly, professional and to the point. I would recommend him and the barber shop as a whole to anyone who wants a good barber shop to come to in the long term 👍

Ive been here twice so far, the first being a walk-in appointment. Wes ended up giving me the best (in my opinion) haircut Ive gotten in a long time! After a few months, I made an appointment with Wes and once again hes done a great job.In general Id recommend making an appointment, the walk-in wait can get pretty long depending on the time. The atmosphere at this place is a lot more fun/energetic than your typical barbershop as well, so thats a plus!

I recently moved to the Lake Nona area and this was my first time going Jaca’s. I showed up as a walk in and they were able to accommodate me immediately. The place is awesome, a classic barber shop and they made me feel right at home. Wes did an amazing job cutting my hair. Honestly the best haircut I’ve had in years. I would recommend Wes to anyone in need a great cut.

Words could not describe how good Wes is with children, my boys had an amazing experience and got great cuts!John The Aroma King cut me and right off the bat we hit it off. Amazing place. I used to take my kids to Pigtails and Crew cuts in Lake Nona but it was getting hard to get an appointment, and my 7 year old was growing out of the loud atmosphere. We decided to give Jacas a try, and I was a little nervous because this would be our first “big boy” barbershop experience. I’m so glad we gave this place a try. Erica was amazing. She was so patient, professional, and did such an amazing job on my son’s cut. My son who never pays attention to his haircuts kept on asking to look in the mirror lol. Needless to say, we’ll definitely be regulars.

I haven’t had a decent barber in awhile. I always had clean cuts before but when I moved to Orlando, it was hard to find someone who could imitate the cleanliness and freshness before I moved out here. Needless to say, JOHN was more than exceptional in his skill. He was easy going and made you feel comfortable, and was very precise. Once I gave him an idea on what I wanted, he went beyond my expectations and then some. Would definitely recommend this shop and John as well!

What a great shop! To have two shops and soon to be a third shop says a lot about this business and how Daniel (the owner) runs it. The barber Rey is great at all types of haircuts. He pays very much attention to the little details and your hair comes out clean and professional looking. He knows what tools to use and if you show him a picture he is able to match your haircut to the picture pretty much identically.

Surprised my husband with a boys trip to the barbershop for his birthday. Three generation and my brother-in-law all had the the works. Five guys all were taken back together and were spoiled. I started bringing my son to Jaca’s a few years ago, I came in a few times before I decided to pick the one person that was going to cut my son’s hair. In the times that I went, I always noticed Jose Rodriguez had the most patience with kids, even those that did not like to get their hair cut. I really can’t say enough good about Jose, he is patient,professional, friendly and an excellent barber. Now over 3 years of using his services,my son will not let anyone else cut his hair. I highly recommend Jose Rodriguez, ask for him when you come to Jaca’s, I promise, you won’t be disappointed!

My son has been getting his haircut by Reinaldo “Ray” at the Lake Nona location for the last couple years. Ray is so great with him and always gives him a perfect cut. The shop is always clean..the staff is very friendly. We love it there.

I’m a middle aged man and not “cool” or trendy. I did a walk in and got my haircut from Eric. I was shocked. I would not have asked for what he did. I just said “make me look younger. He said (and I quote) “I’ll make you look fresh.”I posted my new haircut on Facebook and got over 200 compliments. Everyone at work has been complimenting me and people in my neighborhood were like “Damn! Nice cut!!”This may have been the best haircut of my life (no pressure Eric).Update: I went back to him again (to see if it was a fluke). Jeriel is the man! I typically keep my hair short but because of Covid I had to grow it out and it figuratively and literally grew on me. I tried several barbers to do a scissor cut in the style I wanted but it just wasnt working out. Fortunately I met Jeriel and he knew exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. He is now my permanent barber! Jacas Barber Shop is a great place for a great price. They are professional and friendly. I dont think you can go wrong with any barber there but I do recommend Jeriel.

I recently moved from NJ to the Orlando area and I am very lucky to have found Jeriel over at Jacas Barbershop. He is very professional and clean and I always leave with a great experience. I recommend Jeriel to all of my family and friends.

Today was my first time getting a haircut here, Daniel was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. Both my dad and I gave him a general idea of what we wanted and he hit the nail on the head. The only small complaint either one of us had was that he cut into my dads beard slightly, but understandable since we had masks on and may not have noticed my dads beard as well as he may have in normal circumstances. Overall, both of us are quite happy with our cuts. Customer service seemed great, the place was very clean and has a very cool atmosphere. Thank you Daniel!

I arrived for the first time on time for my appointment and i was helped by very attentive and courteous staff. The staff attire and overall look and feel of the shop is great. Price is pretty average for what i pay and they got me in and out with great results. I cant wait to come back again.

I went to get my hair cut and it was great. The shop has a great atmosphere and is very clean. It was close to closing and they were still kind enough to squeeze me in since it was my first time there. Everyone was nice and professional. My barber helped me decide what would look best. I just recently cut my hair down really short and still need advice sometimes. I will definitely be coming back.

This was my first time getting a haircut in this barbershop and it was an amazing experience. Jeriel was my barber, and he gave me one of the best experiences I’ve had. After signing in and waiting for an hour and a half again, they finally called me. As I walked in, he took another person that arrived after me And try to sit me down and make me wait in a shampoo booth, not explaining anything. I wasn’t sure if I was waiting for him or somebody else, I just stood there and finally I walked out. Will never return again. Very unprofessional, lucky there are plenty of barber shops to take my business to.

As a single mom, I feel intimidated at times taking my 2 sons to a barber shop. I never feel like that at Jacas! The staff is professional, courteous and kind. The bathroom is always clean, the floors are constantly swept, even the blinds and window sills are spotless. Cleanliness is very important since COVID hit. Jacas does a great job with how they are handling going back to the barbershop.

I was early for my appointment with Carlos Santiago at 1230. I went inside and made contact with the staff to let them know I was there for Carlos. The policy is to wait in your car due to COVID. At 1250, I went to see if Carlos was ready and he had left the business, presumably for lunch. Bad customer service. I left without a haircut.A couple of months prior, I made an appointment with Rafy. I was on time but Rafy pushed me off onto Carlos for my haircut. Rafy said he expected his clients to be there 15 minutes early to the appointment time. Carlos delivers a quality haircut but the customer service aspect of this business has not been good in my experience.Rafy later left the business to start his own barbershop and solicited me by text to go to his shop instead of Jacas. Not professional!

I had my 2nd haircut today and it was even better than the first. Dont expect super chatty barbers in here but they are all skilled and give really good haircuts. Way better than the chains, I mean way better. Expect two things, possibly have to wait a while, and because they give such good cuts, expect the haircut to take an hour or more. They dont screw you on their time. Love this place. Ill continue to see Carlos.

This place was amazing! Raffy was so good with my son, you can tell they really cater to your needs and wants. My son hadn’t cut his hair in a long time and was ready to chop it off. I am fairly new to this barbershop but it is one of the cleanest and well maintained barbershops I have been to. On every visit the staff is very professional and above all courteous to whomever walks in. My barber for the times I have stopped in was Edwin. He is very professional and the work is does is great. Im very particular when it comes to my line up so very few barbers actually have cut my hair, but I go in there with confidence knowing I am getting a quality haircut.

I have been going a few times to experience what type of stylists work there and to find someone who uniquely fits my look. All of them were great at what they do, but one in particular cuts my hair to beyond my expectations, Eric. If you are near the Nona location, I sincerely recommend you check him out and the other professionals there. My biggest complements to this young man, and again he truly is my recommendation for a clean and importantly personalized cut.

Pros:-Very friendly staff-Clean-Modern looking-Hair cut was excellent-Good ambianceCons:-Pricey when compared to other barber shops in Orlando-I got there at 6:33pm for a walk-in on a weekday since the weekend was too long of a wait, their posted open times on the door are until 7pm. I was politely told that they I could not attend me because they are already closed. When I pointed out the displayed hours, he said that it was for appointments only until 7pm and 6:30 for walk-ins, which is not mentioned on the posted times on the door. I had to leave.-Very busy, expect to wait hours for walk-ins.-Website does not have all barbers to be able to make appointments with, you have to make appointments directly with each barber by getting their business card from each, and each can have their own method of appointments. This makes it difficult to pick a time that best fits you, when you dont really have a barber preference.-Waiting area is tight and the seating is not very comfortable. I recommend they upgrade to cushioned seating since the wait times can be long.Overall, the experience was good. My haircut turned out well. They need to clarify their displayed hours so people dont make plans to arrive there on time only to be told it is for appointments only.

I had to do this it comes straight from the heart ❤️ with great appreciation,! this barbershop 💈 I totally recommend I work at a pediatric office and I have referred parents that take their kids for a great cut, these barbers are a nice big family always willing to help and share love. A few weeks ago me and my family lost our home 🏠 in a cooking fire 🔥 and this family of barbers along with their families as well were the first ones to give me an envelope ✉️ not just with an offering but with support that is what I most need in this time. Look I’ll be honest, I’ve never gotten a bad haircut here and I’ve tried a number of different barbers, some better than others obviously but never a bad cut.This one-star review is not because this place legitimately requires an appointment to get a cut. If you are a walk in, prepare for over an hour wait. Now I can deal with that, but when I set an appointment with a barber, and the guy isn’t at his chair one-hour into waiting after the proposed start time without so much as a phone call or text to explain that something may be going on, or to see if you’re going to make it if he thinks you’re running late. That is extremely unprofessional, and my last visit at this shop.I hope one day they can setup a better system to deal with walk ins and have their barbers follow up better with appointments, because they really are good barbers, but your time isn’t valued here when your rear isn’t in a chair. It’s a shame.

I absolutely love these guys. They are friendly and will cut anyone’s hair indiscriminately. I have had many negative experiences at other barber shops, because a lot of them will refuse to cut women’s hair or are rude to women. Not at Jacas. They greet me every time and recognize me when I return. Many of the barbers have cut my hair, and they are all friendly, talented, and communicative. They seem genuinely interested in getting your hair the way you want it so you have that confidence. 10/10 would recommend

Great quality service, I was surprised with a massage after hot towel was placed on my face for a shave. Luis left such a good impression that I took my 3 yr old son to him afterwards which he also did a great job on his haircut.
