Terrible customer service. Don’t believe me try to call the phone at any time busy or not, no answer. I’ve been going here since they opened and in the past three years service has gone out the window. Zero professionalism and not as sanitary as they should be in times like this. If you need a cut for an event or expect things done in a professional and timely manner I suggest calling another barber.

Really sad. Went in for a cut today and one of the barbers points at me signaling wheres my mask and 2 of his barbers were not wearing a mask so why should I. Very poor interaction and the haircuts didnt look too good anyway. I wouldnt come here again at all.

Not bad. Not the best barbershop ever that Ive been in, but its manageable. Its clean & cool, and you got the young barbers there who do a great job. Certainly not the most professional with their conversations, and you hope they can keep focus long enough to do a great job for you, but Ive found mostly satisfaction while attending there. I recommend this shop for anyone ages 0 to 150 years old. :)

My 1st time here was HORRIBLE. I walked in w/my sons and was NEVER greeted. The barbers looked @ me standing there and NEVER once acknowledged me. I walked out and will NEVER return nor recommend this shop.

My barber is the best

My first time in. Greeted me and met Jose Bermudez. He was very good and fast. The tools seems clean and organize. I would really want to give him 5 stars however, when I got home I saw the right side of my undercut not trimmed enough so I had to touch it up a little. Would that stop me from going to him, absolutely not. I will be seeing him from now on.

Leslie is excellent! She has a heart of gold and executes a perfect fade. She is very good with children and she also cuts my hair. I get at least 2 to 3 compliments a day from perfect strangers that tell me they love my hair.

1st time walking in this place and last. They were great at greeting but then sent me to the back with some guy who doesnt look like he can even cut grass. I still took that leap of faith because of the environment and friendliness. After all was said and done the guy butchered a simple line up. Just plain garbage. Need new barbers and this place could be a great shop.

Was visiting the Orlando area and needed a haircut for an important meeting. I had the opportunity to sit with Jose Bermudez and he did such a great job that I decided to get a hot shave. He did a great job and now I know where to go next time I visit the area. If you are in the area, this is the place to go.

This place is terrible i came in sign there notebook, not an official sign in sheet, waited for the next available barber. Couple of people i. front of me not worries. Some people came in after me and got a put into a seat before me. I left wont come back they rather have there regulars instead. Dont waste your time here youll wait just for the barbers too grab the person who they know who just walked in.

We will be returning to this barber shop every time my boys need their hair done! Everyone was very nice, helpful and made my kids feel comfortable. Their hair looked amazing in the end and the shop looks like a football field, which made for a good visit for the kids.

I just got a simple haircut there a #1 all around and a shape up for my beard and It came out crooked. I am very dissatisfied of the service and personal there. Not to family friendly.

Went there today at 630 and they had already locked there doors and said they were closed. The hours clearly state 9am to 7pm. I own a big business in this area and now will never come back here again nor will I ever send anybody here. Very unprofessional and should take clients all the way till 7. I wish I could find the corporate office number or the owners number. They need to fire the manager of the store. Close this store. You run a business with a lack of customer service.

This place would close, and terrible, and there are few proffisionals who work there, the last time I cut my hair there, the barber stopped cutting to answer the phone and it seemed to me that he was selling himself for the car, The fifth time I went there I went barred at the door, a young man who worked there who had attended me last month, he told me; we are closed, I soon asked; Its not 7am that I close? and he sent me this: today is Monday we are tired and we will close the 6h so there I was outside in the rain!I will never go back there, when I remember what this boy told me!

All of the barbers always mess up on the haircuts or eyebrows every single time. They dont know how to do fades to save their lives.

Got there at 330 with my son. Was told it won’t be too long, watched as the barbers continues to just come up and take their preference on clients joke laugh and completely Disregard my son and I. Finally at 5 o’clock someone took pity on my sending me since we’ve been sitting there so long waiting time already wasted so I leave right, then was told by the assistant manager a mail didn’t get his name that I have to understand that they pick their clients because they get their tips that’s how they make their money. Once my son was sitting at the chair I watched as the manager continued to talk about how I have to understand that he can’t control who goes first when they have their preferred clients showing up. The assistant manager even pointed at me as he was talking to some of the barbers about how I was upset that I was waiting for over an hour and a half. Needless to say I felt violated and as I was standing there naked with the way they were staring as if I did something wrong. The young lady who attended me and my son was courteous and genuinely apologetic and Embarased that the other assistant manager continued to talk loud as if he felt he had the right to tell me I had to wait. Until they were done with their preferred clients. My husband and my brothers were regulars there as of today they will no longer go back.

That are very unprofessional and do not take care of customers. We arrive for first time and no one welcome at all. We were waiting about 30 min and saw them cuting and using their own phones, one of them sending WhatsApp audio messages with the place full of people waiting for their services. They dont even have a list to record the order of arrival. First and last time we are going to be in that place.Game time barber shop, if you read this review make everybody a favor, do a customer service training to know how to treat customers.

Usually my boyfriend walks in and gets his cut from any of the guys, gives a big tip and comes home looking fly af.... but this time a woman cut his hair and it’s jacked up.. she was so lazy she didn’t even finish just hurried him out so she could get the next customer.. smallest tip he’s ever given. How hard is it to take a number 2 to the top of the head?! It’s not, cuz i had to do once he got home. Hair sticking out on the sides of his head, she didn’t even edge the front or soften the fade in the back.., a fade doesn’t have a clear line! If your gonna have females doin men’s hair make sure they know what the hell theyre doing or keep them sweeping the floors.
