This place is horrible and so disrespectful to customers. We were told to come back after waiting 10 minutes to even speak with someone and the lady at the front was on the phone the whole time. Completely rude. We were told to come back within in an hour because they were busy so we agreed. By the time we got back the doors were locked and we were told “this is how we run things here” by the SAME LADY. And btw she wouldn’t let us put our name on the waitlist because it’s a holiday, can someone inform me what holiday is on august 09? I have been coming to that place for YEARS and they won’t get another dime out of me or my family. EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW ON THIS PLACE IS ACCURATE!!

They do good work at a fair price, just dont expect them to be open when theyre supposed to.

Only place in the area open after 6pm on a Sunday. Monly was great, quick. They even wash your hair and provide towels and a self serve station to clean up / add gel & comb up. $23 all in. Not the cheapest but worth it.

This place was by far one of the worst places I have been. I brought my son and they cut him many times, my son was crying because of this. The guy that we got was on his phone or talking to other people most of the time. The guy snatched my phone from my kid, they were all talking about my son and swearing right In front of us. My child now has bald spots and cuts all over him. These people were so disrespectful I left.

Just cause you cut your friends hair twice doesnt make you a barber. Visited this place 3 times total with hopes that the next visit would be better than the last. Every visit actually got worse. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

2 times I did wait for 3 hours and then I had to leave because they didn’t have barbers available and they never told me. That’s not respect for customers. I’m lucky I cross the Landstar Blvd. and a barber shop besides Walmart took care of me very well and professional. I recommend it. “Blue Print” Barber Shop.

I have gone to all of the barbershops in a 20 mile radius, and they do not understand the term customer service. When you go into most of these establishments, you are simply ignored. His Barber Shop is amazing. Joey is my barber but he is not simply a barber, he is an artist. This is my barbershop.

The barbershop was very understaffed and very disorganized. I waited 70 minutes until I grew too impatient to wait any longer.

I’ve received hair cuts there a few times. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Very unprofessional. Barbers have thrown tantrums and threatened violence in front of customers and kids. Managed very unprofessionally.

I understand we going through a pandemic, whatever. Law requires us to wear a mask while being out in public, being inside a barber shop is not the same. It’s a private business,How do they expect us to wear a mask inside while getting a clean shave...the guy in the front was rude and unprofessional, I went back to my car to grab my mask and when I came back inside he had given my spot to another guest because he thought I just left.. I been going to this barbershop for 4 years but I guess not anymore.

Good shop, solid service. You are acknowledged as soon as you walk in. Got a haircut from Jose. He did what I asked, and was efficient, old-school. He performed the cut by the book. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Left a tip for them exceeding my expectations.

A barbershop with only 3 barbers on a Friday…. Be ready to sit and wait for 2 hrs…. And tip the guys for making you wait. Not a good business

I went to the barber shop and the barber EZ was very professional. Noticed that they change all the equipment everytime they have a new client which make me comfortable to see theyre taking all the secure measures to maintain a clean secure and safe environment to come visit and have a haircut . This has to be the best barber shop in all Meadow Woods and Hunters Creek area! My son loves his barber! The entire team of barbers are great! We always feel welcomed here and appreciate very much the high customer service provided. It’s child friendly and ready! They need to hire more professional barbers. Two of theirs almost fought today in front of their customers and a few kids that were there. Really bad vibes.

Richie and his guys are phenomenal, everyone always takes the time to make sure you get the cut you want and even if the style of haircut you want can’t be done at that time(because of length or because it requires multiple steps) they come up with a game plan to get your hair where are you want your hair to be!

Got my haircut through Jay, much recommend go to, explain numerous options what to do with my haircut helped me out, much recommended to him personally always connecting with guest in a great atmosphere always, took his time but got the job done in a fast timely fashion I will be see Jay consistently every time I come you guys got a good one 👌🏽

Moved here from N.J about 3yrs ago. The hardest thing about it was finding a good barber ! Ive been going to the shop since day 1 and Ive went through probably 6 barbers.. A good cut and shave where im from are very important! Jay The Barber is HANDS down the best they got in the shop ! My guy genuinely cares about his clients.. he goes the extra mile for you and he is SICK with the clippers ! If you are looking for a N.Y/N.J style cut or even just a great cut, go see Jay ! You will not be disappointed!

Great place for children-adults. All the barbers are talented, great customer service.. lively environment and my little brother really loved his new cut. Convenient location, and hours they’re open all week even on Sunday’s 9-9pm

I would not recommend. Very unprofessional, they rudely speak another language in your face and call out your price randomly. Charged $30 for a blow out and $15 for your beard.

Ive been getting the best haircut in a long time. Cesar is the greatest Barber in town. This Barbershop is superb and offers full service at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone searching for an upscale haircut.

Probably the most unprofessional and worst barbershop I’ve even been to. Showed the barber a picture of the cut I was looking for, but somehow he gave me a completely different cut and did a horrible job at it then proceeded to say it was my hairs fault that the haircut didn’t come out good. When I asked him to fix my hair because I wasn’t happy with it, he got angry and yelled at me and told me he can fix it but he has to charge me another full price haircut. The fade was horrible and the service was even worse. Definitely do not recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent haircut.

DO NOT go to this barber shop!!! I got a haircut and the barber left a hole in my hair. When I went back I had to lower my whole hair and they didn’t give me a refund. He also had the nerve to insult me in Spanish not knowing that I speak Spanish. Do yourself a favor and find another barber shop.

Ricardo is my guy, my son also loves him, while i may get my hair cut with other guys if Ricardo is busy there is no way for my son to deal with anyone else. Ricardo is very professional and a great guy to deal with.

They cut hair really well and their barbers are nice. They do know exactly what they are doing and would recommend them as I did get a clean cut most of the time but sometimes they dont do it that well. But would totally recommend

This should definitely not be a place to bring your kids. TV on the lounge have very hard scenes and they dont seem to care if little ones are around. Just hard to watch for my son. Make your choice where to take your kids.

Called them around 4:30 to double check their hours as it was a holiday weekend. On the phone I was told they would be open until 6. I got there around 4:50 only to find a locked door and then they told me they were closed for the day. The manager then tried to extort me for more money by saying she would open the doors if I was willing to pay the right price. This place is a joke.

Good family environment

When i went in to cut my hair and i asked specifically to just clean up my waves, but during the cut the barber manages to cut off my waves. I went to the front desk to say i didnt like the cut and I was given attitude saying that i just wanted a free cut and they were wrong they could see i wasnt happy. So she kicked me out and made me pay. Never would go there again.

The worst barbershop

The worst barbershop I have ever been to. Everyone was unprofessional and disrespectful. I showed my barber a picture of what I wanted and he absolutely ruined my hair. He told me to fix it he would have to charge me another full price haircut. Worst service ever. My barber started cursing me out when I told him I had a problem with the outcome.

$30 for a freaking fade & beard line up is ridiculous. No design here so anything over $20 is a ripoff. Not to mention $20 for a toddler cut. Dry razor & no sanitizing the clips is a major turn off. Ritchie you need to realize that this aint NYC. There are cheaper alternatives with higher quality. I used to like coming here til u bumped up the prices.

I have been in Orlando for five years and have had some really negative experiences with Barbers.Richie is the 7th barber who I have allowed to cut my natural hair “Afro”. He’s the Best the shop is clean and staff very professional. Highly recommend!!!!

Visiting Orlando from out of town had to get an emergency hair cut, My concierge at the Doubletree recommended his barber. Im African American and dont play about my hair his cut looked amazing so I took his advice and stopped by the shop called in an made an appointment it was well worth the 20min drive. The shop is located in the meadow woods neighborhood of Orlando. the staff is welcoming and inviting. My partner and i went in on the 4th of july most places wouldnt be open or have a long wait, I only had a person ahead of my when I got there. in and out quickly and didnt hurt my pocket to bad, reasonably priced. all the barbers had full chairs and I can see why they did amazing work, I went to thr best though a Gentlemen named Jay. Jay was recommended by my concierge and he was hands down the best. wish i could get him on a regular back home. No games hooked me up, personable cool guy even gave us some great stuff to do while we were in town. Check out the shop and ask for Jay.

A bit expensive for the service you get with some of the barbers. Like a y barber shop its got its good barber and bad ones.

Inexperienced and honestly didnt appreciate they not being so honest as I kept aaking for a baber that ended up leaving and instead of twlling me hey he left but we have other good ones they kept telling me that either he didnt come today or try in the morning or afternoon. They had me like that for days until I walked in the new barbershop and there he was working for weeks . Way too expensive for a haircut. What is this, hollywood???. Will never go back. There are plenty, cheaper, better places around the neighborhood. Go across the street next to Walmart. And one last note. Whiever give them more than one star has to be a very close friend or family member. I dont see it

I asked for a fade and just a shape up because i have a low top. The puerto rican with dreadlocks shaved all the sides and left me looking like a policeman. He was definetly high cause he smelled like weed and he just was off. Never again

Great shop

Finding a good barber in a new location is sometimes just luck. Unfortunately the barber I was stuck with was terrible. He botched my shape up cut me with a dry razor multiple times and what makes it worse I ended up with some rash apparently from unsanitary bladesMy 2nd attempt at this shop and by far this place is no good.

This barbershop can be a great cut or a terrible cut depending on who you get to cut your hair. The 2 barbers I always prefered have either left or is just never works when I want to get my cut. There was this one time where I just walked in and had just one of the barbers cut my hair because I needed a cut. This dude, I dont remember his name, did a TERRIBLE JOB. He literally tried to cut my hair DRY, he wanted to scissor my hair without wetting it first and he said I have 10 years experience bro, it dont matter. He also gave me a horrible hairline that grew back in like 3 days. Then he did a terrible job at lining my side burns because one of them was completely off. This was my only bad experience but other than that Id say $16 is a decent price to pay but you definitely gotta get a barber who knows how to cut.

Employee spent more time on cellphone than actual customer. Another employee actually vaped all over customer, while socializing with the employee cutting the customer’s hair. Super unprofessional.

Very bad.... you book an appointment you get there and wait an hour just for the lady that cashes you to tell you that your barber that you booked and appointment with and waited an hour for just called out.
