Love Barbers Lounge! My barber Richard gets it right every time, and he can work with just about any mens hairstyles and types. Prices are fair, especially the quality cut you get here. My name is Omega David Hayes. The best places to be to get a haircut. They have several Barbers there. Always call and see whos open and get your haircut. Even if you want to go early morning youre always call and see what Barbara shows up early morning but like I said they have a lot of Barbers and they all look good and all that you was always clean. Got my hair cut today by a guy named Easy. Can honestly say its one of the best fades Ive ever had. He put in a lot of work also, fine tuning the details. First time here, but definitely gonna be back again.

The barber I go to is Lloyd, he does poor job of scheduling his appointments. Often times if you schedule an appointment with him, it will be at least 1 hour later then you scheduled it for.It is rare to be in barbers chair near schedule appointment time.Lloyd is very good at cutting hair but needs to improve his scheduling/customer service. No customer should wait an hour or two for a haircut.

I sat and waited for almost 2 hours!!! I was looking to see if any of the barbers would call me up but none of them did so I decided to leave. If i could give zero stars i would waited over an hour and a half still no haircut while people just walking in sit down half the people not wearibg mask and barbers are very unprofessional especially with customer service 2 black barbers act like they run the place everything unorganized pathetic smh here on vacation just wanted a hairct do not go there go across the street bigger shop and everything better

Called and asked if they accept walk-in and someone said yes ... after 2 hours waiting They said I was the last one since previous client had appointment..It was easy just say we Booked for today

Frank is a good guy and a very experienced barber. Where my problem lies is I had booked an appointment with Lloyd a week and half in advance and he told me i had two people in front of me and passed me on like I was chopped liver. May or may not be back. I called a week and half prior for an appointment I think I should be a priority as a new client also not just someone you pass up bc you have two guys waiting.

Great service and didnt take no time for us to be seen. All four boys hair was cut within 15-20 minutes. Excellent environment.

If i could give no stars I would. I have no idea what people are talking about when they say Lloyd is good. It literally looks like he was dancing while cutting my boyfriends hair. My boyfriend is trying to grow his hair out, SPECIFICALLY the front widows peak so he can pull it back with the rest of his hair. The first picture (with my head cut off) is how long his hair was before he went into this place. The following is what he came out with. He specified to not touch the front or the top and to cut the side at a 2. NONE OF WHAT HE ENDED UP WITH IS WHAT HE SAID. He was too busy saying this customer this, this customer that to listen to the specifics of how my boyfriend wanted his hair cut. Not only is this haircut exactly what my boyfriend DID NOT want, its crooked as heck. He wanted his beard CLEANED UP not reshaped (btw I have no idea what kind of shape he gave my boyfriends beard but it looks ridiculous and again is crooked). My boyfriend voiced his dissatisfaction, which Lloyd pretty much ignored. Being the good person that my boyfriend is, he paid and left so he wouldnt let his anger out on everyone in that shop. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I tried to send my boyfriend back to get it fixed and his money back, but he wasnt sure how he would act with the amount of anger he had towards his sloppy haircut and Lloyd. OH and to top it off this haircut took over 2 hours. He got there around 9:30am and left at 11:45am. My own haircut doesnt take that long!

Not bad if you dont mind spending 2 hours to get a 30 minute cut. Barbers must work there for socializing cause theyre not interested in cutting peoples hair. I sat and watched as 2 of 4 barbers stood in front of the chair just chatting with customers and not cutting hair, as people waited and left hoping to get a cut. Barbers also taking smoke breaks and not washing hands after. Not a clean place.

I had an appointment with the barber L.A. between 7:15-7:30 and I arrived at 7:09 he comes out (of his private rooom) at 7:37 and asks me “Did we have an appointment?” Unprofessional and irresponsible af...he starts explaining to me how he started something he can’t stop (he was doing a man weave) all I could do was walk out before I became ignorant and irate...this was my first attempt getting a cut from this dude and I won’t be back...inconsiderate mf. I made my appointment with him at 10:39am smh I wouldn’t suggest this idiot to anyone...skills don’t make up for lackluster customer service!

When i entered no one greeted me or pointed me to a sign in sheet. Had an aapt with Johnny and still wait 30 mins. because he dbl booked. It was my son first haircut and i showed him a picture. Lets just say i had to keep telling him to fix things and it looked nothing like the picture i showed. I am very disappointed and sad. Never going back again. The other might be good and Johnny may even be good but i feel like he didnt take the time that was needed to accomplish the look i wanted or at least make what he dud do presentable all because his client was waiting smh Good Luck
