My vehicle was towed from my parking spot at the apartment 😑because of my own stupidity I forgot to put my parking pass in the window so I paid $135 because of my forgetfulness. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. I guess if you have to have your vehicle towed what better place than On Point Towing. 🤷

One of your drivers just cut me off on WEst Landstreet Road right before Orange Blossom Trail. I screamed at his window in the pouring rain “What are you doing? I have a child in the car!” He lower his window and says “be a better parent”.Absolutely unprofessional!
