This was my first time dealing with selling my car to Al Buys Junk Cars and it was a pleasant transaction. There was a minor hiccup with scheduling on their part but when the driver, Axel, arrived he was very nice. He was kind, had a nice conversation as he worked, and made me feel comfortable about letting go of my car. There were things I still needed to remove and he was so very patient and allowed me to have my privacy as I cleaned up alittle. The process was very short and a good experience.

They came within 20 minutes of me calling. The process was quick and simple of them getting towing the car away. I would definitely recommend them!

Was given a 24 hour notice from my apartment complex to either update my registration on my vehicle or remove the vehicle from property because at the end of that 24 hour notice my vehicle will be towed at my expense. 24 hour notice for a vehicle that had expired tags that I also was not driving on the road. It has a dead battery and my plan was to replace the battery and sell the car. Currently do not have the money ($250) to replace the battery. So it’s been sitting since I have a second vehicle. So then I thought ok I’ll update the registration, oh wait, I don’t have it insured and won’t be able to until I get it on my insurance and I have less than 24 hours to setup an appointment with DMV, because they are appointment only during the COVID 19 and by the time I get this squared away a car that I was planning on selling has just eaten most of my profit and is now no longer worth my time to sell.So I junked it with Al Buys Junk Cars. Made a call and spoke with Sam who answered all my questions and set me up with Pedro, one of their professional tow truck drivers. Was given instructions by Sam which everything that was instructed was as accurate as could be when Pedro showed up. Pedro called before arriving as instructed to give me an ETA which was spot on and called a second time to alert me he was in the complex. Everything Sam instructed me to have for Pedro I had and everything went off with zero problems. I had a few questions for Pedro which were answered to my utmost satisfaction and he gave me directions on what to do with the DMV on my part.I’d like to thank Sam and Pedro both for their professional manner and for taking care of the situation I was in. They are open late which is nice. But apparently their word dont mean much. Drove an hour for an agreed upon price and everything was revealed over the phone. They Said if I had x y and z parts I would get x dollars.tried to get me 100 less than was already agreed upon. Ended up 50 dollars short of their phone quote. Sooo just dont think they gonna honor their word. Otherwise 👍 lol...

We called 8 different companies and they each offered us between $300 - $350 for our vehicle, but this place only offered us $125 for some reason and they were the closest to us, less than 5 miles away.
