I called Matthew Salmon office this afternoon cause I got an email from my apartment leasing office requesting proof of rental insurance. I didn’t have it, so I reached out for assistance and spoke to agent Maria Monterro, she was able to locate my policy and emailed it to me in less than 5 seconds. I hung up the phone and proceeded to call my apartment leasing office to notify them that I emailed the policy. Unfortunately. I was given a hard time by one of their leasing agent and told I needed additional proof. So, I reached out again to Agent Maria, and she assisted me in the most professional manner. Did not rush me off the phone and was so helpful. Thanks Maria. Words can’t express how grateful I am for your level of professionalism… there is nothing better than great customer service and you provided that.

I want to take this time and say what a great experience I had in dealing with David Pollock. I have had many insurance agents over the years but David is by far the BEST there is and also the only one that has taken the time to explain everything to me in detail and in my many years of having to purchase insurance it never was explained the way he did it, he was kind and took the time to put it in easy terms for me and my wife so that we both understood exactly what coverages we had and what we needed and did not need and by David taking the time to discuss things with us we put together and very comprehensive policy for us and saved us a lot of money in the process without giving up on coverage or service. He will be our insurance agent until we no longer have anything to insure. I am so relieved that David Pollock took our call that day and now we dont have to ever worry again.

I called asking for advice and just was told that they would not help. When I tried to explain the person they dispatched for roadside assistance with flat tire caused damage to my car essentially they said not our problem very rudely. No sense of customer service, staying away from All State because you are Not in good hands.

I have never worked with an insurance agency or agents - Matthew and David - who provided SERVICE at such phenomenal levels! Unlimited efforts made to provide needed referrals, cost saving and policy adjustment recommendations and willingness to take the TIME to ensure we were updated and educated on our options and best choices. I work for a mortgage company and i would like to say that David has been very helpful. The 1st time I had to contact your company it was due to just needing to update a mortgagee clause. Horrible customer service. From the receptionist that scream and are very sarcastic to answer question. David did not do anything when I filed my complaint with him. When I cancel my policy he said it will take them time to cancel it. I also send an email to Matthew Salmon until this day I have not receive a call or email regarding. The horrible customer service experience.

What a nightmare!! I had the great displeasure of working with Eliza while trying to secure a home loan. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes, and when I did manage to finally get her on the phone she was extremely rude and treated me very disrespectfully. She comes across as a complete know it all and she made the process a complete nightmare for not only me but the loan company I was working with as well. After I was shown the correspondence between Eliza and the loan company I realized that in addition to being rude Eliza also doesnt seem to have a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation. When this much money is on the table I expect someone working on my behalf to present themselves in a professional and well spoken manner. Eliza is apparently incapable of doing either of these things. Thankfully my loan was eventually processed but only after I used the services of a more professional insurance company. If I could give this company a 0 star rating i would do so.
