I do have a PIP and I was being giving very high prices even though that it was not ” at fault accident” also the ladies explained me a lot of things that I didn’t know e.g. to have towing services outside your auto policy is way much better that to have it included in your auto policy didn’t know that no one explained me PIP factsthank God I found this company because here in Florida as you all know Auto insurance is mandatory:))

I was called yesterday to renew my insurance. After renewing insurance over the phone and adding a towing service service I found out I was already scheduled to renew on the 20th automatically of this month and I paid $100.00 for the towing service instead of the quoted $20.00. Go figure now I will call to insure I wont pay again and see if I can cancell the towing service.

This company is NO GOOD!!! This particular office is full of lairs and incompetent people who DO NOT DISCLOSE or explain your coverage. They say they can give me a great price and when I went to cancel my previous policy is when I understood that they REMOVED my liability and put me in very high deductibles. The worst comes that when I request the cancellation for their policy (I decided to keep my old one because it did really covered me) they give you all the run around and lame excuses to NOT cancel your policy because they do not want to reimburse my money. I never was without coverage from my old company and we provided all the evidence needed and still NO resolution on my case. This company should be investigated by the state for fraudulent management and fraudulent information as they LIE about the policies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUD.

When the company sent me the paperwork of my policy they were totally different prices. The person who sold me the policy did not accept his responsibility to give me the wrong price.
