I moved back to the great state of Florida about 8 months ago. So, it goes without saying that one of the many daunting tasks that just about everyone dreads is finding an insurance agent to transfer your current policies with. I am a small business owner here in Downtown Orlando and I spent months trying to find decent insurance for my business and spoke to over a dozen agents and companies. Everyone wanted to charge me for things I didnt need or far too much for very poor coverage. Carly and her team listened to my needs and custom tailored my business coverage for exactly what I needed and they gave me a quote that was half the price of the next closest insurance broker.I also had a great deal of difficulty finding coverage for my vehicle because it had a salvage title. Carly told me that was not a problem and again gave me a great quote. I ended up moving my other vehicle, homeowners and life insurance policies to Full Circle Insuranc.I cannot be happier with the level of service and personal care. Ive had the opportunity to move to a supposedly cheaper company and I just laughed. Why would I go for something cheaper that will be twice the price in six months with only a fraction of the service!? I highly recommend Full Circle Insurance for your business insurance needs. Im starting a new business, and when I got my first contract I wanted to sign it and send it right back. But first, it required me to get broad form commercial general liability and completed operations insurance with additional insured endorsements for this and that. Well, if I wanted this contract, I had to quickly get very specific types of insurance, even if I didnt understand what it was. Thats where Carly Stinson stepped in. I took the contract to Carly, and she figured out what insurance I needed, explained it to me, and got to work. Carlys an insurance agent, and Full Circle is an independent insurance broker, so she was able to get quotes from several companies. We ended up getting parts of the required insurance from two different companies, because that gave better coverage for less money. Carly was also able to set up monthly direct-debit payments on one of the policies to reduce up-front costs while I get my business started. And once the insurance was in place, Carly and her staff sent all the required certifications to the main contractor. Now were off and running, thanks in part to Carly and her staff. They were great to work with, very responsive, and I highly recommend them.

I had previously used one of the larger companies(AllState) that had good rates compared to other big agencies.I was surprised when I shopped Full Circle to find his rates to be a little better.Perhaps more important is the service I have had with Carly. No endless holding or transferring on the phone to get an answer that falls outside a programmed menu. The other night, I emailed Carly after hours and I got a reply that night. I received a check for $920 in less than a week. Overall I am very happy that I chose Full Circle Insurance from my automobile insurance.i love this insurance company they save me a ton of money each year. Recently, I got quotes from Geico, Progressive, and Stage Farm and Full Circle still saves me at least 50%. When I asked the other companies to match the price with the coverage I was getting they said, no!To the people bashing the claims and reimbursement process you clearly didnt read your policy when you signed up. Please people do your homework and know what your policy covers with any car insurance. Dont expect to get full coverage treatment if your paying for liability only. Either way these guys are the best insurance broker in Florida!!!

Right away, I felt very welcomed by Rachael; she was on top of everything and made sure I didnt have the same experience from my previous insurance company. There was a mix up on my first bill. I brought it to the attention of Rachael, she assured me they would get it handled. I kid you not, she called me back within a half an hour and not only fixed the mixup but also sent me a Starbucks gift card for my inconvenience.I am really big on customer service and can honesty say this was not only an unexpected gesture but is the true definition of a caring company! Shopping for home insurance(during hurricane season) was not something I was looking forward to, but after working with the Full Circle Insurance Team, I will never feel that way again!The entire staff is well-knowledged, friendly, and so polite. Ive used Carly and Full Circle Insurance for years now and they really are wonderful! At the end of last year I bought a new car, was changing jobs, and ended up having to make Florida my second home. After returning from a trip to scout out housing, a guy backed out into my new car in a parking 3 blocks from home, and destroyed the entire passenger side. I hadnt even had it 3 weeks! Carly was the first person I called. Although I was in the middle of a move, and his insurance company dragged their feet through the whole thing, Carly was on it and made it happen as soon as I got moved!
