Terrible customer service after being a regular customer. They hook you in the beginning with good customer service if it is your first time, but after that dont expect good customer service and they are very unorganized. They do not respond well to the customer any more.

We have been using this agency for a couple of year for our tow service. This time I have to say i am completely disapointed and frustrated, I have been waiting to get a quote for more than three weeks, the recepcionist wont take my call anymore and the agent/ manager Carrie just tells a lot of lies. She says she will call back and never does. When I finally get a hold of the agent she says to give her 2 business days its been three so i called and they send it to voicemail.Total lack of custumer service and professionalism I will not deal with them any more and I will make sure to let everyone I know about my expirience with them

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They never return phone calls, sit on cases, and always seemed bothered by customers. I was specifically told that they have other customers to worry about. Ive been trying to cancel my insurance for a month now, come to find out that Maria has been the one making the mistakes and sitting on the case so I can be billed for longer. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you need insurence go directly to the company.

I went there around 1:00 oklock they seem they are not motivated to see customers . She tried to make a quote for auto insurance . She told me it gonna take abt 20 min which was fine with me, but they are like careless abt the customers and just decided to leave, after they say that they gonna give me a call .I neverreceived any phon calls or email from them.I will never recommend nobody to this place because they are careless and they lack customer service
