Watch Bob Adamson! He will let you down if he does not have a need for your business. Not a good business practice. I have referred a large number of new clients to Bob over the years as he was always the most professional and knowledgeable about Malpractice Insurance. But when I reached out to him this past year he went radio silent and ignored any attempt to reach him. At first I thought God forbid COVID. But I soon found out he was fine and simply avoiding my request for New Business. I asked for an explanation or at least a referral but no response. Hard to believe after all these years and all the business referred that Bob would simply ignor that relationships but it appears he no longer needs the business. A simple reply not interested, please contact @#$%^& would have been nice. Will be letting all of those referrals know about this experience so they can avoid the same disappointment. After some research there are indeed other firms out there!

They were one of the best affordability wise and when it came to answering the hundreds of questions I usually ask. Dealing with the contracts and yearly renewal is easy and they are accommodating and easily available. While my home purchase was FAR from a dream come true, the best thing was finding this insurance company. Would and have recommended to friends. Theyre great!

So I leave an honest review of their company on Facebook about their rude employees, they report it to FB as bullying along with every one else who had a negative review against them. Apparently witnesses describing the behavior of their employees at a work outing on a social media review were reported by LRA as bullying, which they werent, and removed just so they can protect whatever reputation they have left. They were so upset at the truthful reviews, that their HR director Vicki Bisbee started harassing me online at 2 am in the morning over my post through her personal Facebook account. Who does that???? And to insult me as low income who probably couldnt afford a lawyer, get over yourself you white privileged little baby. So unprofessional and immature. You are whats wrong with the country right now.
