Good customer service..always get me to airport on time..pick up is good too..I dont have to call they are always there waiting for their passengers

I have been here on 2 separate trips and never had any issues. The drivers and cashier work in unison especially when traffic is at a standstill around the terminals. I highly recommend parking at Park Bark and Fly! The staff is so friendly and the shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at your car. One of the shuttle drivers, Edwin, was so helpful in explaining how everything worked and picking me up promptly from my car. I felt welcomed and safe leaving my car there for several days. The drive to/from the airport was only about 5-10 minutes, which made it very convenient.

I love the place! They are fast never wait more of 5 minutes! Rene he go above and beyond always friendly with a great smile! Driving super safe! Great place and Rene is a Great person!

We had a great experience here! We left our car for 7 days last week. The drivers Steve and Jose were so nice and quick to pick us up. They pick up and drop off at your parking space. They help you with your luggage. They were safe drivers and wore their masks properly. I will definitely be using this place in the future.

Never used a service like this before so didnt no what to expect. Noemi was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the many options of choices I had to park my car there. I chose to reserve a space online to take advantage of the discounted daily pricing. We were picked up at my car parking space and had assistance loading luggage. We were given instructions for pick up when we return to Florida. Drop off was easy and upon return we made a quick call and the van arrived in less than 15 minutes. This was a very pleasant experience and with me being a very pickly person, this says alot. Will use again in the future. (Ms. Carter)

I’ve been using this parking service for a couple years now and I love it. I haven’t ever had problems with getting to the airport or issues with my car. It’s secure and there’s always someone friendly to help. Whenever I park here, I’m always to the airport within 15 minutes of parking. They are also quick at picking people up from the airport. The drivers are always nice as well. One time my friend left her wallet in the shuttle right before our flight and the driver came back as quickly as he could with her wallet. I also joined their club and get free parking often.

Not a great review. So, when I read the reviews and saw the price, I thought to myself this is going to be an amazing, troublefree service. I was wrong. When i got there and parked at 5 am, I was told a shuttle would pick me up from my spot. It missed me twice, even though when I called she said she was sending me a shuttle for my spot #. By the 3rd time I just walked over to a persons car he was picking someone up at. All that waiting lead me to a wapping 45 minutes later in travel almost making me late to my gate. Had I needed to wait in the long line to check a bag i wouldve missed my 7:15a flight. Then when I returned, it took them an additional 25 minutes to get to the airport at 1 am on a Monday. It makes no sense. Every 15 minutes is a lie, the shuttle will miss you so be vigilant to draw attention to yourself. I saw the Parking Spot and ParkNGo service buses come and go in my wait for them to pick me up 3 times in 25 minutes. I think ill use them next time.

I don’t usually leave reviews unless a company goes above and beyond with their efforts. I originally had another parking reservation confirmed at another location but the reviews of ParkBark led me to change my decision and I have no regrets. From the second I arrived at the facility to the time I left I received exemplary service. Jojo, Jose, and the other gentlemen shuttle driver were phenomenal. They were quick, respectful, attentive, and most importantly in 2020 they were PERSONABLE! Thank you for the great service. I will never park anywhere else on my next trip!

My wife and I travel 4 to 5 times per year. We normally Uber to and from the Airport. However, the last 2 trips with Uber had pick up delays ( 45 minutes) and cost we not worth it.We tried Park Bark & Fly and were very impressed. We drove in to the parking lot and were met immediately by a friendly driver ( sorry I forget his name) at our spot and we were dropped off at our gate.What really impressed us was the pickup. We called as soon as we had our bags. By the time we walked to the assigned spot, Jose, was waiting for us.We were exhausted from traveling. Jose was very understanding, he loaded our bags into his shuttle. He drove us directly to our vehicle and even loaded our suitcases into our vehicle. All with a smile.We will not use Uber again for our trips to the airport. We strongly recommend Park Bark & Fly.

I would consider another service. I waited 43 minutes to be picked up. I will never use them again.

Signs are not up to date. According to the signs, directing passengers where to go for specific rental car companies, we were sent back & forth three different times bc the signs were not updated with the changes. Its not a short walk either! We were not happy! Please update your signs/designated areas.

Ive been parking here for years and I love it. The drivers are always courtious and friendly. Steve was exceptional this trip as he not only handled the bags on and off the bus, but put them in the back of my suv as well. Thank You for giving me piece of mind that my car is taken care of while Im away.

Park Bark and a Fly is one of the best off-site airport parking companies in Orlando. The drivers are always kind and helpful and put you in a good mood. Pedro M. was our driver today and gave exceptionally great customer experience. He took our bags for us and asked how our day was and also made sure the ride was comfortable for us. I think Park Bark and Fly is lucky to have someone that represents them so well. Definitely will continue to use their services and looking forward to meeting Pedro again!

I travel frequently and have been parking at Park Bark & Fly for several years. My experience has been consistently good. The shuttles are there to pick me up quickly, the drivers are courteous and helpful, and its a short trip to and from the airport. My favorite employee is Jo Jo, who is in the booth to welcome me home. Her sweet greeting always uplifts me after the stress of the trip! She is friendly and efficient and is a big part of the reason I have kept coming back for so long.

This is my favorite spot to park when traveling! Everyone is warm & helpful. My personal favorite driver Rene always greets me with a hug and a big smile. It always makes me feel so good after coming home from a long trip. Thanks for making this process so much nicer! Highly recommend!

Francisco was great today! As an airport employee he let me know where crew was able to park when no one else did. Thanks Francisco!I’d been using the airport employee lot and it’s the worst. So I thought I’d give park bark and fly a whirl. It’s been so much better. I’ll never go back to the employee lot again. You call when you get on the tram, and usually they are already there waiting for you by the time you get downstairs. Love them!

As an airline employee, I’ve used this parking site for many years and prefer it to the airport’s employee parking. My favorite driver is Rene. He is consistently friendly and goes above and beyond by putting my bag in the back of my car and ensuring I’m at my drop off spot as quickly and safely as possible. The nighttime manager, Jo Jo, has become more like a family member over the years. She is quick to assist in renewing my monthly parking pass and efficient at handling any situation that may arise. Both of these employees are genuinely caring and sincere about helping their customers. I’ve never been turned away because of a lack of available parking space even during the busiest of travel times and highly recommend this establishment!

Love Park Bark and Fly. I fly for a living and commute between two Florida cities, and these guys help make it so easy. Fransisco and Vern are my favorites, but everyone is so friendly, helpful, and kind. They pick you up and drop you off right at your car, help with bags, and are quick to pick you up when you arrive at the airport. No one else is equal to these guys for off site airport parking. During my last trip, Park bark and fly was top notch and amazing. I had the privilege of having Carmen Figueroa as my cashier and she walked me through everything and was so kind and professional. She made a super long day at the airport quick and enjoyable when it came to a close. The world definitely needs more people like her in it. She is such a sweetheart.

These guys run a lean outfit and their drivers are constantly moving. So just make sure you come a bit earlier and have some patience. My driver Francisco however is someone who all the rest of the drivers should strive to be. I was there an hour before my flight and while the company dictates when he could leave etc. he tried his best to get me to the airport as quickly as possible. Thank you for your kindness!

During the morning of 8|26|2020 aroung 8 am i visit again the park bark & fly as as usual representative Carmen was great help and was efficiente in her work for a fast check in and always carried a great actitud and charismas to us the customers,,i will be coming back for thanks to Carmen customer services.

We had an excellent experience with park, bark and fly. Our driver Rene was extremely kind and helpful. We accidentally left two bags on the shuttle and he found us and brought them to us when he realized. I highly recommend park bark and fly.

We always Park here when traveling out of the Orlando international Airport. The staff is always friendly. He parked the shuttle Dane picks you up and load up your luggage and drop you off at the airport. When you get back to the airport you just simply call a phone number and they send another shuttle out to pick you up.

As an airline employee I have parked here regularly for 9+ years and will probably park here for another nine years. The fact that you are picked up and dropped off at your car is a huge plus. Not only that, but when I arrive back at the airport and need to be picked up, I rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes for a shuttle. The only times I have waited longer have been due to bad traffic conditions. However, the best part of parking here are the employees who are friendly and patient--even when dealing with impatient customers. Drivers like Rene V. treat you like family. Whenever I see he is driving, I know I am going to be greeted with a smile and a hug. He makes sure that I do not lift my bags, and is quick to assist me.Then when I scan my card when leaving or stop to pay my monthly fee, there are employees like Jodene who make a point to greet me personally and alway offer a welcoming smile. She always makes sure I am treated well and that my experience is pleasant. It is their personal touch that makes parking here such a positive experience. The whole team works hard to keep their customers happy.

This is the best parking lot at Orlando airport, Park your own at in the space you want and you keep the keys, you are collected from your car and dropped back at your car, the driver also helped put our heavy bags in the back of my truck, no waiting or carrying bags. The shuttle was also there waiting on our return. Friendly helpful staff. Won’t use anywhere else. Great rates!

We have parked our camper here for years and seen many workers at the booth come and go.July 3rd Jodean (?) was working when we were picking up our camper. She greeted us with a big smile. When we left with our camper she called us by name and told us to have a fun weekend.Today July 5th when we took our camper back Jodean was working again and asked about our weekend and if we got to see fireworks yesterday?She is super sweet! Most affordable airport parking, friendly drivers, frequent pick up in the lot and at the arrival terminals and super hero service. I arrived home after a delayed flight after 12am and Miguel picked me up at the terminal. When I couldnt get my car to start he walked over to ensure I was ok and helped me get my car started before he left to continue with his night. Amazing service! I highly recommend.

This is ridiculous! No one ever picked up your call to get shuttled to your car. My flight got delayed for 9 hours. Plus had to wait many hours for them. No one pick up the calls nothing. Never again

We have been using them for years and the price is the best as is their closeness to the airport. Returning pick up always goes smoothly after our trips.The early flights for departure have us wait longer than we would like for the pick up, but we are still happy with the service. Would have given 5 stars but they no longer have the $5.00 discount coupons that we loved.

Hands down this is the best off site airport parking I have ever used! They have always been extremely fast to pick up and drop off at my airline and are always professional and helpful. I was inclined to leave a review for my recent trip because I was assisted in the biggest way! My car had a flat tire, Miguel (a driver) not only swapped out my tire and put the spare but also ensured the spare had air in it by assisting me at the nearest gas station. This was a life saver for me seeing as I had zero clue on what my plan of action would be. He really did not have to do that at all and went above and beyond. Great customer service and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Great place to park your car while traveling! We were picked up immediately by one of drivers as we parked in the lot before our flight. Upon our return, there was a bus driver waiting for us in the designated spot (I called once we got our bags). It was a hot and steamy afternoon, but the bus had ice cold A/C! Our driver was really nice, asked us about our trip, etc…(He also didnt keep us waiting on 10 other people before he left the airport to take us back to the parking lot.) That is a really nice bonus after a long day of travel. I highly recommend Park Bark & Fly!!

I have been parking at Park Bark and Fly regularly for a few months now and am very satisfied with their service. Their drivers are conscientious, friendly, and offer to assist with luggage. I am usually greeted with a smile at the ticket booth upon entering and leaving the parking lot. I am hopeful to build a long term parking relationship with these folks.
