I met Juan two years ago when I was in Orlando for a conference. He provided excellent service. His car was clean and he provided chilled water. I arranged for him to pick up my co-workers the next day at the airport. Juan made two trips with us to the airport as well. I made another trip to Orlando that same year. Of course once I booked my flight, Juan was my next contact. Once again he picked us up and delivered us safely to our hotel. When I booked my trip this year; I once again reached out to Juan. He was waiting for us at baggage claim, and once again had chilled water waiting for us once we got to the car. I would highly recommend Juan for anyone in Orlando area. Juan is the best! He was on time, had water, sodas and gum for us. We had access to the radio to play our own playlists. I had to go to Orlando for an overnight stay on business. Arranging transportation to and from the airport was the most dreaded part of the trip for me, but I can tell you, I believe my guardian angel put Juan right where I needed him that evening. He was so kind and professional and immediately alleviated all of my fear and dread! He managed my bag for me, opened doors for me and just completely put me at ease. He also made arrangements, at my request, to pick me up and take me back to the airport the next day. Using personal driver was a game time decision. Our plan was to drive to the airport and park in the long term parking. We have two small children that require car seats so we needed to drive our own vehicle. On the day of our flight, we decided to give them a call and see if they offer car seats for the ride to the airport(something that UBER and LYFT dont). Fortunately they did, so having to avoid driving to the airport and parking long term we decided to use Personal Driver. It was the best decision we made. Their website was very easy to navigate and their service was fantastic. On the way back, their driver Luis was waiting for us with a sign and he took us home without any issues. The customer service was fantastic and our trip was worry free. Ill definitely recommend Personal Driver to anyone that wants to get a ride to the airport. We will be using them again for sure.
