I was so so so so happy with how clean our house is! I cant even express how nice it is to come home to a wonderfully clean home! I so appreciate the hard work that went into the bathroom and kitchen especially. I will for sure be requesting a clean in the future and I really like the job Melissa did! Alexandra did great, despite the abundance of accumulated dog hair, she was able to get everything looking really good again. I loved the live updates to the cleaners on the way, arrival, and completion. I work from home so it can be difficult sometimes if I am on the phone but they were very respectful and did a fantastic job while not intruding on my work.

I had several special projects in addition to the general cleaning. They delivered on all projects just as I asked. They worked all morning and never quit. Our property was respected. I am pleased they will continue to serve us.

We used the window washing service Merry Maids offer and we were so pleased with the perfect job well done. We have a lot of windows and a sky light and Dale even went up on the roof and cleaned the outside of the sky light. That was above and beyond what I expected.

They were able to come while I was gone. The windows looked great.

Extremely thorough with great attention to detail. With two kids and two dogs, I love the fact that your cleaning products are safe and non toxic, plus good for the environment. This was our first time having a professional clean our house so I wasnt sure what to expect. My expectations and were met and exceeded. I cant say enough about the intensive and thorough cleaning. Jen did a phenomenal job! Id love to get some cleaning tips from her.

Paid for a “deep clean” but got a mediocre routine clean. Ring around the tub, dusty furniture, etc. Completely skipped areas that I was told were covered by a deep clean, even after a second visit. Waste of money.

Merry Maids completely shocked me when i came home from our one time cleaning request! The level of detail was simply amazing! Every thing was clean! Mandy did such an amazing job! From no dust found in the house to everything spotless to even putting the kids teddies in neat order on their beds. A one time clean request that will now become a more regular event using Merry Maids. Thank you!!!

I have used Merry Maids for two years now for spring cleaning and they have done a great job. Everything from ceiling fans on a suspension rods, windows and screens one cannot reach and those places were you clean once yearly. Will continue to use Merry Maids.

As Im reading these reviews, this organization indeed seems too good to be true!Unfortunately that is the case. Perhaps they are exceptional at medium to large houses when they send actual teams, but if you live in a residence around the size of an apartment or slightly larger (condos etc.) when they send only one person, good luck with them actually doing a thorough job.Seems many of the cleaners I get seem depressed and do a very poor job. Sure I can point out unclean spots after their visit, but the hassle in coordinating another cleaner to come over to get the rest is unbelievable (and yes, I know its free and its the whole guarantee thing, but still), and unfortunately this scenario happens too often (at least in my experience with the one cleaner that arrives).Honestly, if you have a smaller establishment, you will most likely get a cleaner that wont take your unit seriously during cleaning, and will leave so much furniture, objects, etc. either untouched, very very lightly washed when there is still grime/dust/etc., and if washed will leave clear as day mineral spots where they washed. On top of that, if Im ever home when they are cleaning it simultaneously, I would have to instruct the cleaner to clean obvious things that he or she forgets (and Im not even being picky, they will miss mopping floors, which is standard with them and yet seem to never do it, things like VACUUMING carpeted areas, and missing obvious items such as air filters, when dust is clear as day there and seem to be completely oblivious to it (and Im talking about dime sized dust bunnies), tables to wash, and the like.In the end, Im sure they are fantastic when they take your residence seriously (Im talking about medium to large homes). But again, if you live in a condo/apartment sized place, I wouldnt recommend these people, they wont take you seriously, theyll be lazy since its a smaller low stress area, and thus do a poor job.Ah well, guess Ill sign up with Molly Maid instead.

Jennifer is the very very best. Wish I could have her come more often. She is very friendly and appears to take to heart what she is doing.
