It was so easy from start to finish. We booked a car for 4 adults and 2 children. The team was so accommodating and made the booking process easy, including adding the high back car seats.The Mercedes Van was great! So comfortable and they had water for us. Our boys loved it! They were easy to find at the airport and on time for both pickups.We will definitely use them any time we fly into Orlando!

My family used recently Black Diamond on a trip to Disney. We opted to not us the free shuttle to our hotel as we had no desire to be sitting around at the airport waiting for it to show up. Our driver, Bob, texted me once our plane was on the ground and told us exactly where he was. BD also was able to provide car seats for our kids, which they were very excited about. After a stop to the supermarket, Bob brought us to our hotel in the most comfortable fashion, and provided us with some helpful Disney hints. 5 days later, he was there waiting for us to go back to the airport and texted me when he arrived. When we return, Black Diamond will be our car service of choice. Thanks for the great service.
